My lease was expiring and although I leased my car in Bay Ridge Brooklyn, that dealer wouldn't take my car back neither would Plaza Hyundai. Ritchie Armstrong was so nice and so respectful and made the return effortless. It's right off the Verrazano and you should go to this dealer if you care for full service.

Rich Donlin was my service manager who, in his attentive, courteous, interested and friendly way, convinced me that Apple Honda would give me the best possible service. He established trust throughout the entire process. From beginning to end the experience was remarkable. My by old age and rust challenged 1999 CRV is back on the road. It handles beautifully and feels safe and solid after a major subsystem's repair. Kudos to Mr. Donlin, to the company and Mr. Andrychowski, the mechanic. It is a well run business. My visit to Bayside VW Service Center on December 19th went very smoothly from the start to the finish. Service Advisor Giuseppe Coppola was very courteous and helpful. He texted and called to keep me up to date, they sent video to share information about the process, provided car service to take me home after I left my car in the Service Center and the next day again to get me to the Service Center when my car was ready. Being loyal to Volkswagen for more than 40 years made my experience even more enjoyable.

I just want to say 10 stars...10 stars.... 10 stars...period! I had a situation with my car in which been to a shop, and another gmc dealership. I was told the wrong diagnostic from this previous gmc buick dealership to fix a brake pedal issue. I called up to buick gmc in greece and spoke to service manager Greg. He was so Wonderful. He was understanding of my situation and was really willing to help me as much as he can to resolve my issue with my car. He then link me with service advisor Joe Coon. Joe was also so wonderful. Joe was also understanding and felt confident that he would resolve my issue. He kept me updated every step of the way while my car was being worked on. He had one of his senior high quality techs to work on my car. I wish i knew his name because he did a great job on my car also.My car was fixed correctly with the correct diagnostic. This dealership took action when I called and I appreciate that so much. This dealership will be the ONLY dealership I'll be taking my car to. Accident Repairs - JQuadd

Got into a minor fender bender and had SUV towed into Patrick's body shop. They gave me a written estimate and contacted my insurance company about the cost. The repairs were scheduled to take at least a month as parts had to be ordered and the frame needed to be repaired also. Mark and Emily in the body shop kept me informed of their progress at least twice a week by text message and personal phone calls, The repairs were finished a week earlier then promised and a great job was done

I bought my Ford Fiesta 6 months ago ... I love this car! They took the time to help me find the "right car" for me. Now, when I bring it back for routine care, the service department continues deliverying that high quality service. They treat me with respect. They are clean (not covered with oil), and keep my car clean. They explain everything to me. I am never forced to buy service that I don't need or want. They don't pressure me. One service tech even remembered me from when I used to bring my old Nissan Versa in for service!
