Tendency to GHOST trumps their poor service - Ghosted
I went to Neuwirth to get a fuel pump replaced. They successfully replaced the fuel pump, however, in doing so, they didnt re-attach a fuel return line. This made it so gas spilled everywhere when I filled the tank up. I went back to get that fixed and when told it was fixed, I went to fill up and gas spilled everywhere again. Being in the military, I had to move across the country, so I couldn't wait until they figured this out. The service department offered to pay for services at another Ram dealership. Easy day, I figured. I had it fixed at another dealer and guess what? Neuwirth stops answering phone calls. Still waiting on a return phone call. It's a shame because when you stand in front of them, they have no problem keeping you updated, but when it comes to keeping their word, they ghost you right away.

Approximately 3 weeks ago, I accepted delivery of car that I ordered to replace a car that had been totaled back in May of this year. To my surprise, from the point of placing the order to the point of taking delivery was only one month. Of course I was thrilled. As I think back to the time of placing the order, my dealer was well prepared and would provide updates as appropriate. During delivery, he had not changed--cool, calm very knowledgeable about the new car. The thing I like most is that the process only took approximately an hour. Yes, I would definitely recommend this dealer--Mike Roberts--and the dealership location. They were awesome!

Poor service to start - cwcraft
I Went in for an oil change to be told within minutes I needed a $150 service to reset my memory by Jami. I asked what it was for and I was told my seat memory. I declined saying it was working fine and that I would be going out of town the following day. About 1-2 hours later I get a call from Jami telling me I needed a part that was over $1100 and it went from there. I told her I had a warranty and didn’t understand why it wasn’t covered. She asked me what warranty. At this point I told her I would have my dad call. She called him. Never mentioned that part to him or the price. My dad has to call the dealership where the vehicle was purchased for them to tell him the name of the warranty and where the dealership could locate it in their system. Jami knew I was set to go out of town the next morning (told by myself and my dad multiple times), they car wouldn’t be done at the very earliest until the next afternoon, and I was told the only thing that could be done was a loaner that couldn’t leave the state. I was told to text her my license number so she could have it ready for me. When I didn’t receive a response in over 3 hours I called. I spoke to Jason and asked about Jami. He asked about the issue which I told him (don’t believe I mentioned going out of town at this point to him). But that I felt like I was trying to be taken advantage of from the moment I got out of the car and the $150 charge to reset the memory. He said he would speak to Jami and call me back. He had her call me and apologize. I understand someone being new and in training however if I was going to call to tell someone they needed about $2000 worth of work when that person was only coming in for an oil change I would have my “ducks in a row.” And I would also see what could be done since the owner had told me multiple times she needed to travel the next day.
At 10 am the next morning I called and spoke to Jason to see if there was a chance my car would be done by noon so I could still make the 9 hours trip. At this point Jason offered me the rental car. Jami should have told me about this the day before. I did get the rental car. When I came back into town and picked my car up on a Wednesday morning it seemed fine. When I went to leave for work on Sunday morning there was a milky substance all under my car. I called Monday and we insisted the car be towed in as we were unsure what the substance was and when u checked the oil there was barely any in it. There had been an issue from them fixing it which caused the leak. I will say Jason did call to offer updates and to check everything. It is highly unlikely I will return. Up until this issue I never felt taken advantage of or lied to. But now I have lost all faith and trust.

I went to Abernethy for extended warranty repairs on my Jeep. Robert in service was outstanding! Promptly found the problem and repaired. During my wait, I found a new Dodge Journey and ended up leaving in it! Mike Lovelace was great to work with. No pressure and so accommodating. Mike Long went to work and put together an offer that made us both happy! Richard Kolbe in finance closed my deal and was also great to work with. They have earned my business going forward and I hope anyone reading this will at least stop by and give them an opportunity to earn yours! I’d give them 10 stars if I could.

Well, Jordan exceeded my expectations and then some. He got me approved and it didn't take long either. He worked it, and got it done. He was awesome throughout my whole experience. Bought a used Porsche from this Jeep dodge dealer August 2018. Online sale. Great price and fantastic service. Accurate vehicle description. They even picked me up at airport- 2 hrs away. The new owners are doing a great job. I drove car 10 hours home, so I needed someone I could trust with the vehicle description/condition. Old reviews are about previous owners...I’ve owned 34 cars and had mixed experiences with dealers. Jeff and his crew worked for my 5 star review.. i hope to buy from them again soon.

I went in to inquire about a vehicle I had a trade in. I had to leave in time to get my kids they said they would keep me updated I told them I'd come back as soon as they got it worked out. I been calling them for two days just trying to get a simple yes or no. Every time I actually talk to someone they put me on hold and never come back to the phone. Even if they couldn't do it all they had to do was tell me.. I would not recommend them very unprofessional.

Bought a new jeep from this dealership I have had nothing but problems with the jeep leaking. After numerous attempts to fix it for a month the problem got worse. The GM, Reza Asobar told me he couldn't fix it and he would trade it in for a new jeep costing me. I would never buy a vehicle from this dealership again poor customer service.

Bought my wife a car there and was promised (2) keys. After threatening to return car they agreed to reimburse me if I got the key replaced at a local dealer in my area. I sent them receipts and only was reimbursed for the key, but not programming charge. So, they stole $65 dollars from me and I missed time from work. I would not recommend them to anyone!!
