This was our second Jeep Wrangler purchase from Gastonia Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, and our second time working with Danny Craig. I told my husband after our first experience with Danny if we ever bought another Jeep, we would deal with Danny. The first time was for my daughter, but it was my turn this time. These guys are great! I started with Rodney the business development manager who was awesome, wasn't even a salesman but went out of his way to help me from the numbers I told him I could do until the sale was done and time for photos. "Transparency" is the word he used in our discussions and that's what he was, hard to find these days. Samantha was my salesperson and she was awesome too. From putting up with me test drive from Fast and the Furious to a little surprise she had for me. I told her my story of placing a red bow on a new car I had surprised my wife with one Christmas morning and while I was signing the paperwork, she got this huge red bow and after having the car re-detailed, placed the bow on my new purchase. Where did she get that???? Great salesmanship, great listener, great team. I couldn't have had a better experience.

Whenever I need to come in, they are very accommodating at Deacon. They offer a ride if you need to leave your car. Every one is friendly and respectful. They offer coffee, tea, juice, water, biscuits. The waiting area is very comfortable chairs, a tv, good lighting. The bathroom is very clean. Every thing is explained so that I understand. I have been coming to Deacon for 8 years now. I would certainly recommend them

Have been to this dealership twice for warranty recalls. The service advisor Carrie Bost was quick to answer questions I had concerning the recall notice. Carrie assisted me learning the scheduled maintenance chart and other items relating to my newly purchased used vehicle. Even though my purchase was at another dealership I will definitely have any repairs and service at this dealership. Carrie even went over oil changes specials that will assist in saving money. I worked with sales manager, Derek Brown to find an affordable, preowned Chrysler Pacifica in good condition for my son and daughter in law who are currently stationed in Jacksonville, NC. They knew what they wanted, but they could not find the Pacifica in a price point that would fit their allotted budget. Derek jumped in feet first to help them with this purchase. Not only did he have the perfect Pacifica for them, but it fit under their price point!! We then met Dylan Lamm, their sales professional, who is not only extremely knowledgeable on the product, but is also very easy to deal with during the process. A consummate professional from beginning to end. The last part of the process took place in the business office where Matt Ellis took excellent care of them. He was not pushy at all, and he explained the extended service contract that they purchased on their Certified Preowned Chrysler Pacifica in detail. He even answered some of my questions, and he was very courteous throughout the entire process. Alex and Micah could not be happier with their new vehicle! What a terrible dealership in general. Especially customer service from every employee. From day 1, couldn’t get anyone to return my calls and voicemails and if I did, they would say they would call me back. I’ve had multiple transactions from this dealership before and I thought I would get treated better on this 3rd transaction. So this time I was selling a car to the dealership. I was made an offer. I declined at the time. Called into the dealership and spoke to the used car manager about the offer. Was told I could come in and they would honor the original offer. Brought the car in. Had 70 more miles on it than when I was in 9 days before. The used car manager couldn’t offer me the same. I even had it detailed for them. They went back on their word. They will tell you anything they want you to hear on the phone to get you in the door. I have family that is looking to buy a new Wrangler and I will make sure they do not come here. You’ve lost a great customer due to your lies and lack of customer service from multiple people at your dealership and future new car purchases.
ALSO, I was owed back money from them purchasing my vehicle and was promised they would call me by Wednesday of that next week to have me come pick up the check. I called Saturday morning and it took the 6th call for someone to actually say I can come by to get it. Everyone else said they would call me right back and then when I called back after hours of waiting they made up another excuse. What a shame this dealership is.

From start to finish this dealership offered the best customer service. They didn't have what we were looking at listed or on the lot BUT they found us the perfect truck in no time. Only hours later too. Our sales guy Aaron "Will" Williams was very patient, knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. We didn't feel pressured or rushed. Even after closing time, he stayed and worked with us. Want to thank also our Sales Manager Brian Coneal for is assistance and talking with my husband about the trade. As a truck family the trade was important to us. Thank you to their GM, Jacob Amos for his help as well.
