I had my car towed to the dealership to get 3 recalls done, new tires put on and to find out why my car would crank up but not stay running. They called and told me my car was ready, so I had to call and find out how much money to bring (I don’t use credit cards), just to find out they couldn’t do the ignition recall. So I bought a battery and took it with me and had them to put it on and told them to keep my car because it still would crank but not stay running. Then they call me and tell me I need 2 gaskets, one for the intake manifold and one for the egr valve and I told them to look on my passenger seat and there should be 2 boxes, one with gaskets and the other is a new egr valve. So they called me Monday and let me know that my car was ready, but do to my work schedule I wasn’t able to get it until today (Wednesday). After calling to find out how much it is going to cost me ($539), I go to pick it up, and to my surprise, the same parts are still sitting in the passenger seat!! Needless to say, the customer service was good, but the communication sucked and I will never take my car back to them again!! If you don’t give them anything stating what you want/need done, then this could happen to you!!

A little unorganized. Slow to get someone to help. It took a while to get someone to take me to the cashier and to bring my truck around. Had an oil change and tire rotation. When my truck was brought to me, the lady that brought it around noticed that the front tire sensors were showing low air pressure. She added air. You would think that this would be done when serviced and completed by a technician, instead of waiting another 10 minutes or so. You would think that as much as it costs to do services on vehicles, that it would be finished and waiting on the owner, especially when they call and tell you it is ready to pick up.

From start to finish this dealership offered the best customer service. They didn't have what we were looking at listed or on the lot BUT they found us the perfect truck in no time. Only hours later too. Our sales guy Aaron "Will" Williams was very patient, knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. We didn't feel pressured or rushed. Even after closing time, he stayed and worked with us. Want to thank also our Sales Manager Brian Coneal for is assistance and talking with my husband about the trade. As a truck family the trade was important to us. Thank you to their GM, Jacob Amos for his help as well. We were so happy with the dealership we went back the next day and bought a Hell Cat from Will. When you go in ask for Will. He was a pleasure to work with.
