I had a window get stuck half-way down & after contacting the service department and they got me in within the week. The part needed for repair was discontinued from Nissan but they found an aftermarket replacement & got it late the same day. The service tech did a great job installing the part, finishing as they were closing. I paid the bill minutes after closing. When I got home & reviewed the bill, I noticed the part was much more expensive than expected. I went back a few days later & spoke to Aaron McNeill about the part expense. I explained my only concern was the part expense & after review Aaron gave me a large portion of the part expense back. Overall, I was very pleased with my service experience.

Honestly I couldnt say enough about the staff at Asheville Chevrolet. The service department is AMAZING! Frank the service manager had my back though my whole process of dealing with GM. Even though I wasn't too easy to deal with Frank was nothing but professional. Even after I got bad news about my truck Frank told me not to loose hope and took charge, handled everything and fought for the right thing. I've worked at dealerships before and never had a service manager work for customers the way he did. I didn't even buy my truck from Asheville Chevrolet, but I wont go anywhere else. If your looking for a vehicle or need service this is the place to go!

Driving in from Nashville to Charlotte for a convention my Bronco Sport broke down coming into town. I was in an unfamiliar place and didn't know where to go and what was wrong with it. I chose Capital because of Google reviews and proximity. On the way the car finally wouldn't drive anymore so I had to get it towed. Once I arrived at Capital Ford service center I went in and met Todd the Service Advisor. I told him my whole story and he did everything he could to start making sure I could have the car back if possible by the time I would leave on Friday. Todd worked hard to get the transmission there quickly and he along with Daniel the Service Manager moved techs around who could focus on my vehicle. They even got it done a day before when they heard it would save me a day's cost of a rental vehicle. And they did all the recalls that were needed and found a water pump that was leaking. And got approval to replace it because they didn't want it to go out on me as I traveled back to Nashville. How nice! And all of this was under warranty so they didn't make a bunch of money off of me or anything. They just wanted to help a poor stranded traveler to their city. I can't say enough good things about everyone I worked with their including the shuttle drivers who were great in my time of need. If I lived in Charlotte Capital Ford would be my dealership hands down.
