Brought my Lexus RC F sport in for service, got a cv boot clamp put on replacing the zip tie the prior dealership put on, they even put new grease inside. Found the issue with my squealing brakes and solved the issue as well as fixing my water pump… and oil change and alignment…in less than a day! My car didn’t drive this nice even off of the lot on purchase day. I will be returning for all of my future services to classic Lexus! Amazing service

I took my car in because the glove box would not latch. Patrick had hoped it would be an easy fix. Unfortunately, we had to order a part and because it was Friday, it would be in the shop over the weekend. HE HAD ME IN AND OUT WITH A LOANER CAR IN LESS THAN AN HOUR. Patrick contacted me on Monday when the car was ready. Everything was ready when I arrived to pick it up and I was on y way in 10 minutes. Patrick and the service department crew are excellent. Highly recommend Germain Lexus of Dublin service department.
