I truly can’t say enough good things about Colin and the entire team at Lexus (e.g., Peter et al.). They were incredibly informative, patient, and reassuring during what was a genuinely stressful and emotional car-buying process for me. From the very beginning, they took the time to educate me, explain options clearly, and answer every single question I had (and there were many) without pressure, condescension, or rushing. I always felt supported rather than “sold to,” which made all the difference. Colin, in particular, went above and beyond. He was exceptionally attentive, responsive, and thoughtful, and it was clear he was genuinely invested in making sure I had a great experience from start to finish. He checked in often, anticipated concerns before I even voiced them, and handled every detail with care and professionalism. Lexus is already known for being a reliable, high-quality brand, but the customer service here truly sets it apart. The experience was seamless, human, and even enjoyable. Impeccable service, exceptional people, and a team I would recommend without hesitation.

I had a great buying experience at this dealership. Everything went very smoothly and professionally. My salesman was Jim Schenk throughout the entire process. Jim was awesome to work with. He was honest, straight-forward, and understanding that I live 5 hours from their dealership so I needed more pics of the truck before I made the drive to look at it. Within 5 minutes of my request, Jim sent me all the pics I requested plus a short video. Being 99% sure that I was going to buy the truck, I negotiated the deal right over the phone and got a great price!! He really went above and beyond at every turn for us. I had forgotten my phone charger at home so Jim gave me one that he no longer used!! This was by far my best car buying experience.

April 11, 2025 It is with great pleasure that I submit a small survey on my experience with Classic Lexus. I had the opportunity to receive a great deal of excellent service from the Finance Manager, Mr. Aaron Williams. Mr. Williams was exceptionally helpful to me. He made me feel very comfortable. He took the time to share information with me that I would have otherwise not known, and some that I did not think about until I talked with him. When you visit Classic Lexus be sure to request a sit down with Mr. Aaron Williams. It’s not every day, in this era, that you get kind, undivided attention and service in such a busy establishment as Classic Lexus. Mr. Aaron Williams was a gentleman and a scholar, and very knowledgeable about his position and others with regards to Classic Lexus as a whole. I had many questions and he stepped right in and took care of me. He was great. As I am very meticulous, I did not find exactly what I was looking for, but it’s a Lexus; this is my third Toyota. There’s always next year or so. Also, the Parts Department was also very helpful, as I had to return to the Dealer Ship to get a working key. They took care of me with great customer service; they were not your everyday over the counter Parts Department. They were very accommodating. They even gave me a Lexus gift, asking me if anyone had given me one, and I replied, no. I will be returning to Classic Lexus to see if I can get service regarding the operation on some of the electronics, etc., on my vehicle. I will be setting up an appointment with Mr. Aaron Williams, as I was so very comfortable with him, and he is always very responsive to many questions that I have. When I picked up my car he offered his help by saying “give me a call if you need anything”.
