I had an excellent experience working with the service - Charles Scheib

I had an excellent experience working with the service team at Dave White Chevrolet. From start to finish, always professional, knowledgeable, and truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled smoothly. They kept me informed throughout the entire process, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt confident every step of the way. It’s rare to find people who genuinely cares about their customers the way they do. If you’re looking for top-notch service and someone you can trust, I highly recommend asking for Brent, Selena. And tommy. Its the kind of service reps that keeps you coming back!

John was a pleasure to work with. - jerrybryant12

John was a pleasure to work with. You could not do any better than with him as a Service Manager. My concern with the service that was performed (drain and refilled the transmission with new fluid and an addictive and said that corrected the problem according to the mechanic. But, I still feel a slight shudder when the transmission is shifting from to 2nd or 3rd gear. Based on history from other individuals who have this same transmission, they experienced the hesitation coming back after the 1st drain and refill, etc.

I ordered a charging cord for my Jeep because it was about $20 less here than through Mopar. My card was charged immediately. Then they requested my VIN to verify it was correct, replied with my VIN same day. Three days later, I received an email saying there was an error with pricing on the website and they wanted $43 more. Not a chance! Cancelled the order!

All went well except recall couldn’t be completed due to Ford server being down. I will have to reschedule for that.

I'm a long-time Reineke Nissan customer. - hdukeman

I'm a long-time Reineke Nissan customer. The current sales team I dealt with was rather new to this dealership although the senior members had worked within the Reineke organization at other dealerships for some time. My primary contact during the purchase process was Michael Smith. He provided attention and guidance beyond my expectations when handling my trade-in and the purchase process. My onboarding process was handled by Kirsten Tiedy, a sales representative quite new to the business. What she lacked in deep knowledge was offset extremely well by her can-do attitude and willingness to find answers if she did not know something. Zack Ardema was quite well informed about all of the matters related to financing and extended warranties and his input was valuable despite my not needing financing or electing to initially purchase an extended warranty. I purchased a vehicle off the lot rather than ordering one because of a need for immediate gratification. There was some initial difficulty determining how to properly replace the flat tire repair kit provided in lieu of any type of spare tire because of the 21-inch wheels on the vehicle purchased. The matter was satisfactorily resolved quickly when James Gibson, parts manager, became available to research the matter. Bill Squire, general manager, was involved just enough to assure the overall sales process ended on a fully positive note. The entire team in Lima deserve a 5-star rating for the way my purchase was handled from start to finish.

Nice, clean showroom. - buckintex

Nice, clean showroom. Sales representative was friendly and easy to talk to. Was not pushy trying to sell me something I know I couldn’t afford. So far I have had to bring it back once for a tire repair and will need to take it back for driver door lock doesn’t work.
