Finally made a purchase with the assistance of GM and Finance manager. Great experience and I could not be happier. Best dealership around.

Got a quote online from Nicki Moore...Gave me a great price, told him I would submit an online credit application. Emailed me back 30 minutes later with a great deal - good rate, low payments - took in a trade that I was way upside down on. Came into the dealership at 5pm and was gone with my new truck by 5:38pm.

I live a 3 hour drive away from the dealer...I have a physical problem that makes a drive like that almost impossible. James Cristos was willing to drive the car I wanted TO ME! I had been looking for a vehicle that was comfortable for me to ride in for 3 months, visiting many dealers and trying countless number of makes and models. Although I found something before he could help me, I would highly recommend him. He was always available to answer questions and very patient.

Can't complain about how things were handled, however, I feel the prices were a bit too high. But, I guess if one requires premium work and product, they have to pay the premium piper. A known competitor in the area includes tire rotation with an oil change.

Service department perform only part of service! - mattracyus
Had 2500 suburban for transmission service at 115k miles. They swaped fluid and charged me $250. Should have replaced filter too. Service manager said they never do the full service and recommend against what manual and manufacturer require. What a joke. They will be glad to charge me 5k to replace my transmission when it fails prematurely!
This s my second bad experience with them and my second time there. I must have rocks in my head for hoping they got better.

Visited this dealership today and walked all over the lot and show room looking for a new Canyon. No one bothered to acknowledge our presence. Even sat inside a truck truck on the showroom floor and no reaction from the"sales staff". No chance of me ever returning to this dealership. Willing to buy out of town before setting foot on their lot again.

Bad at honoring Appointment made at least 30 days in advance for car repairs or Maintenance. I have waited for 60 days after 2 appointments were dropped due to The front desk Secretary's not calling to confirm online appointment and appointment made in person to repair radio wiring.

I can recommend this dealership for service only, they do a satisfactory job; not exactly the best, and sometimes take too long to get the job done. If you have a good relationship with them, you can get away with most aftermarket modifications on the vehicle without any problems of refused warranty work. Sales on the other hand, they are too uptight on the pricing and the salespersons do not do a good job to make you feel important enough to call you once a vehicle is available, etc. I ended up buying my car from a dealership about an hour away because I could actually haggle a price on it.

Wakefield Automotive was great to deal! Jay Wakefield and his staff are tremendously friendly. They were able to locate the exact truck that I was looking for and we negotiated over the phone. I did not step foot in the dealership until I picked up the vehicle. Jay was quick to return phone calls or would even text me to say that he would call me back soon.
There were no processing fees and they gave me the best price out of all the dealers in the upstate SC area.
They didn't push any "extra" packages on me. I have even had some followup conversations with them after the sale.
You can't go wrong in dealing with Wakefield Buick GMC. They were highly recommended to me and I highly recommend them if you are in the market for a new vehicle!
