I was riding by Hyatt dealership and spotted a car that i admired. I spoke with Anthony F who arranged a test drive. I liked the car and I liked the valuation of my car. The office manager arranged the transfer of my plates and also the registration of my new car and I left with new car in about 2 hrs.. Later that week I noticed a strip of chrome on a door had come loose. I took it in and they repaired the small defect at no charge. I am very satisfied with the dealership and will reccommend them to all.

Non-communicative. Internet sales passes to car sales and no one responds. You call and speak to a salesman to clarify what your seeing on line and they do nothing. You ask for pictures they do nothing. I suppose if you buying from out of state there doesn’t have to be any customer service at this dealership. I hope it is better for the folks who buy and live locally. As a manager of a large team in my business I would have a serious come to “do you still want a job” discussion with this sales team.

Honestly the best experience I've ever had! From the salesmen Al to the Finance Manager Jade the customer service was unbelievable! This was the first time I had to finance a car on my own after getting in a car accident and I was dreading it. Then I decided on a whim to go into this dealership and it was truly a great experience. Al is not pushy or "sales-y" at all and he really listened to me and helped me decide what my needs were and ultimately helped me make my decision so easily. Jade I can't say enough good things about him, he's so caring and good at explaining everything, he is truly a one of a kind finance guy and I can't thank him enough for making the process a smooth one!

So initially we got truck fished. We called to make an appointment to see a specific truck (we live about 2 hours away). When we got there, the truck was on the side of the building with the whole middle console missing, rust every where, flat tire, and that was when we were notified it wasn’t available. So they pulled us in with a great truck and value (so we thought) only to be told “we can get you in another truck” so obviously the other trucks they could get us in were a bit more expensive, but we were there so we took the bait. Unfortunately three weeks after purchasing the truck we were paying a deductible because the computer went out. Three weeks after it was fixed, back in the shop… this time we had to replace the ecm …. And then the next day the water pump went out! On top of the computer model (that was replace) kept glitching and turning our truck off and on sporadically. We took it to the closest Chevy dealer, they said they have to call gm motors and get them involved. Finally I’m over the BROKE truck they sold us so I call. I was told by Steve, the general manager, to get it from out Chevy dealership in town and bring it back, they would help fix the problem. Yeah, they definitely didn’t help at all… they tried to push us (saying keep an open mind or seeing if we would pay more monthly for a NEW truck). So, I didn’t let them steal more money from me buy getting into a new truck, or a vehicle we didn’t want. I told them to fix the truck, and if we left there with this unresolved legal action would be our resort. Well here we are driving home in our truck. They said they would come pick it up, and get it fixed later because they didn’t have a loaner car. The BEST part is there was another guy there with the same problem. I would never recommend anyone get a vehicle from them. Especially used because obviously they have a problem with the vehicle they purchase. So Vaden, stop trying to milk people of money and fix the crappy vehicles you sold us.

The service department is second to none. I had a major issue come up with my vehicle just outside of warranty. Johnson Motor Company was able to repair my truck the same day I brought it in even though the part required was on national back order. The best part, they were able to convince GM to cover the repair even though my vehicle was 7,000 miles outside of my preowned warranty. Very impressed!

Awesome is overused these days, but its a word that fits Hadwin-White Subaru. Sales Manger Dan Fleming, Sales Associates Tyler Martin and Dan Colbert as well as Business Manager Tim Colbert assisted us with professionalism and friendliness. They were all totally at ease when explaining important information about the pre-owned Impreza we chose, and the process involved. Credit approval took less than 10 minutes! Interest rates can't be promised (credit score matters, after all) but the low interest rate mentioned at first as possible, was delivered.
This dealership should be a template for anyone who wants to open a store.

I can recommend this dealership for service only, they do a satisfactory job; not exactly the best, and sometimes take too long to get the job done. If you have a good relationship with them, you can get away with most aftermarket modifications on the vehicle without any problems of refused warranty work. Sales on the other hand, they are too uptight on the pricing and the salespersons do not do a good job to make you feel important enough to call you once a vehicle is available, etc. I ended up buying my car from a dealership about an hour away because I could actually haggle a price on it.

Wakefield Automotive was great to deal! Jay Wakefield and his staff are tremendously friendly. They were able to locate the exact truck that I was looking for and we negotiated over the phone. I did not step foot in the dealership until I picked up the vehicle. Jay was quick to return phone calls or would even text me to say that he would call me back soon.
There were no processing fees and they gave me the best price out of all the dealers in the upstate SC area.
They didn't push any "extra" packages on me. I have even had some followup conversations with them after the sale.
You can't go wrong in dealing with Wakefield Buick GMC. They were highly recommended to me and I highly recommend them if you are in the market for a new vehicle!
