We bought our first Buick from Jacob Stanley 5 years ago and yesterday we bought our second! He’s now the Sales Manager but he took great care of us and had Jason facilitate our sale. This time we drove all the way from Atlanta to buy our car! They offer the best deal and a straight forward “no xx” car buying experience. If you ask for an out-the-door price, they’ll give it to you. No “come in and we’ll talk.” Which is SO appreciated. Buying a car can be such a frustrating, time consuming, stressful thing but not with Integrity. It’s all in the name. They do honest, good business — Which is hard to find in the car world! Absolutely the worst service experience l've ever had. I brought my car to Cadillac of Memphis for what should've been a normal service, and they held it for two months with almost zero updates. When I finally got it back, there was a deep scratch down the passenger door that wasn't there before. Instead of taking responsibility, they refused to acknowledge or fix the damage. On top of that, my experience with their service director, Chandler Matthews, was extremely disappointing - in my opinion he was very rude and unprofessional throughout the process. The communication was nonexistent, the accountability was even worse, and I left with my car in worse condition than when I arrived. I wouldn't trust them with a bicycle, let alone a Cadillac.

My 15 year old Saab had to be towed to Kelly Cadillac Saab Subaru late on a Friday evening.. The Service Department called Monday morning with the diagnosis, made the necessary repairs, and I was soon back on the road. The staff was exceptional.

My Wife and I purchased a GMC truck on August 13, 2013. After a week we were told to return the truck because they could not finish the deal.We were appalled as I had already spent money making some improvements on it. We were not compensated. We were offered another truck and we took it. We later found out that they had destroyed my credit rating by trying over 20 times to secure a lending institution to go the loan on the first truck and failed. Doing this lowered my rating drastically. They promised to fill the tanks on both trucks and did not. The second truck had no owners manual and it took 3 weeks to get it after many phone calls. We are still waiting for our registration and the 30 day tag will expire tomorrow. We were told to alter the date on the tags expiration date by office personnel. We complained to management and were told we would have our registration on Thursday September 12, 2013 by way of overnite mail. We did not receive it and now the tag will expire leaving us truckless. I am considering legal action. I wonder how this dealership stays in business.

Judd is the absolute worst salesman I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Completely rude, condescending, sleazy, know-it-all attitude. I caught him in a lie where he tried to tell me a new rim for my car would be $500, when the parts department from this dealership told me it would be $130 for a brand new rim with the tire pressure sensor and everything when I was looking to replace it. Tried to tell me it would be $1000 to detail my car, when I and everyone else I've told about this knows that a good detail job is very rarely at or above $200. He then got more insistent that he was right and then stated "well everyone has their own opinion" in a snobby tone. Clearly he needs to find a dictionary because I was stating facts. Really wanted to strangle him because of the way he was talking to me. Let's see you try and delete this one Judd :) I told you I wouldn't let up. I'll continue to be the biggest annoyance in your life. Everyone who is smart and looks up a dealership before they do business with them is going to know that you're a lying con artist, but that's perfect for you because you love screwing over stupid people. You just severely messed up when you thought that I was stupid.

We drove to James Corlew in Clarksville, TN where we purchased our first vehicle many years before. I met with David Adams and explained my position, he listened very carefully and gave us all the bells & whistles we requested.
