We had a great purchase experience from this dealership. Our salesperson Dwayne had an encyclopedic knowledge of the vehicle we purchased. Every question we had was answered immediately and thoroughly. We felt like we got the best deal possible. Their sales manager was great too. He was highly competent, very nice, and made sure we got everything we were supposed to. After our purchase, I heard from others how much this dealership gives back to the community. Very glad we purchased from them and will go there first next time.

Salesman Roger Knott was great. I paid in cash and the time it took to do paperwork was ridiculous. Roger's paperwork went quickly but then spent an hour waiting for finance guy to do his part.
I did not like being asked to answer questions about my use of car only for the information to be used to try and sell me other service plans. After that, It was still a while before paperwork was done.
I agreed to buy the car and write a check at 5:30 pm. I did not get to leave the dealership until after 7 pm.

I have a strong phobia about buying a car. After years upon years of watching and hearing about my father's deals and dealings with car salesman, I have always had this sense that no matter what or where I would go buy - I would always have that little voice in the back of my head telling me I could have done better. One Saturday morning in December, I woke up and said to myself... "I'm buying a car today." I went to an Audi dealership, where the salesperson approached me with ambivalence at best. The approach was so annoying I left and was about to head home, my history with car dealers reaffirmed. On a whim, I decided to go see the new Cadillac XT5 that I had seen so much about. I called ahead and the sales manager connected me with Gerry Vermillion, who was waiting for me when I arrived. I immediately liked Gerry and his attentive yet casual way of doing business. He allowed me to navigate my way up through the inventory and really listened to what I was looking for - pivoting as we went along . On the test drive, he let the car do the talking and we just simply took a nice ride. I loved the car - although didn't want to show it.... When it came to making a deal, it was not a grind... or a game... it was a conversation. Gerry and the entire team made me feel like both sides of the transaction were happy by the end - and I must agree. The deal was done and easy and I drove home that night ecstatic. The follow up has been solid - not too much - just letting me know they are there if I need them. As someone who hated the car buying process... couldn't be more happy with the XT5 and couldn't recommend Andrew's Cadillac any higher.

My 15 year old Saab had to be towed to Kelly Cadillac Saab Subaru late on a Friday evening.. The Service Department called Monday morning with the diagnosis, made the necessary repairs, and I was soon back on the road. The staff was exceptional.
Bait & Switch Scam - Ripped off
Champion sent me multiple flyers promising a deal on an oil change and tire rotation and safety inspection at a certain price but when I went in to get it done the price was different because they add on bogus charges for shop supplies and such when they're done. What a racket.
I have bought two brand new Chevy pickups from them but I won't be buying anymore vehicles there and I certainly won't be falling for anymore of their service scams either, I can guarantee you that.

Purchased a new Sierra from Integrity GMC. They were very helpful in explaining process of purchasing. They did a great job of describing vehicles new features on test drive. Very accessible and very quick response time when I submitted questions. Overall, a very pleasant experience from great staff. Would recommend as a dealership to others. Also, I worked with service department regarding a small issue and Josh was quick to work my vehicle in and got issue resolved just as fast. Great group at Integrity!

Poor body shop workmanship - disapointed
My 2017 Canyon was unfortunately damaged by someone else's negligence. Kirk Automotive was recommended by my insurance carrier and since the truck was purchased from Kirk, it only seemed logical to have their body shop handle the repairs to the two drivers side doors. After their third attempt to make the repairs, they finally got the two doors straight. No more dents or wrinkles. Problem now is the doors no longer match the rest of the truck color. The painter and the body shop foreman both agree the color does not match and the cause is there are too many coats of base and intermediate color on the doors. Well duh, if the doors would have been straightened correctly the first time, maybe the color would match. Now their solution is to repaint the two drivers side fenders in an attempt to "blend" the paint.

Overall, great experience at Courtesy. They had several options of Chevy Colorado and GMC Canyon models. I was able to easily test drive different trucks and ask questions about the trim levels. I purchased a 2019 GMC Canyon All Terrain, which I am very happy with. When I arrived to finalize the deal, my truck was parked out front, waiting and was in immaculate condition. Closing process was reasonably quick and hassle free.

Went in with approved credit from Gmac for so much a month went to dealership and they said they wanted $10000 down so of course we don’t have $10000. Didn’t even ask us if wanted to look at something else. Didn’t ask us anything about how much we could put down. Didn’t ask if we can put me on it with my husband. Someone was looking at the same truck and was filling out papers and he went and got the keys and said the deal fell thru. Well of course, he didn’t have 10 grand either. . Wouldn’t even think about lowering the price. Just basically said $10000 down and that’s it. Would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. One star is way to good for this place Stay away from that place unless you have $10000.

I took my vehicle in to have an oil leak repaired. They charged me over $3600. That same day that I picked up my vehicle from them, I noticed a large puddle of oil still leaking on my garage floor. The only difference was that the oil was now clean. The only work that they actually performed was changed the oil. They also put a dent in the hood of my vehicle that they acknowledged doing, but still has not properly repaired.

I had a warranty issue with my 2014 Chevrolet Traverse. When I dropped it off the job was going to take more than an hour. I was told they do not do loaner vehicles.

Judd is the absolute worst salesman I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Completely rude, condescending, sleazy, know-it-all attitude. I caught him in a lie where he tried to tell me a new rim for my car would be $500, when the parts department from this dealership told me it would be $130 for a brand new rim with the tire pressure sensor and everything when I was looking to replace it. Tried to tell me it would be $1000 to detail my car, when I and everyone else I've told about this knows that a good detail job is very rarely at or above $200. He then got more insistent that he was right and then stated "well everyone has their own opinion" in a snobby tone. Clearly he needs to find a dictionary because I was stating facts. Really wanted to strangle him because of the way he was talking to me. Let's see you try and delete this one Judd :) I told you I wouldn't let up. I'll continue to be the biggest annoyance in your life. Everyone who is smart and looks up a dealership before they do business with them is going to know that you're a lying con artist, but that's perfect for you because you love screwing over stupid people. You just severely messed up when you thought that I was stupid.
