Went to Mt. Juliet shopping for a mirror and drove home in a [new to me] ST4 Cadallac. Stopped by Andrews Cadallac just to see what they had and found just what I wanted. Greg Borchers met me and my Daughter in the parking lot and couldn't have been nicer. He brought the ST4 I was interested in around and walked me thru all of the features. I think I got a fair price for my trade in and the price for the ST4. I would highly recomend Andrews Cadallac and Greg Borchers. Didn't find the mirror I wanted but I love my new ride. Thanks Greg.

Was in for an oil change. Was done in under 2 hours, they answered my questions and when asked gave me a copy oh the carfax for my vehicle. I own a 23 c8 z06 and they are the only dealership in my area( northwest Ga. ) that seemed to know about my vehicle.

My truck broke down while on a trip in TN. I brought it to Integrity Cadillac on a Saturday and the only person I talked to was Caleb Anderson. He took his time to answer all my questions and take care of me and my truck to the best of his ability. Turns out the Engine needed to be replaced and I had to get a rental to get home to FL. I was without the Escalade for about 4 weeks in which Caleb kept me well informed and updated on the status of my truck. When the repairs were complete, they shipped my truck back to me in FL. I can't say enough good things about my experience with Caleb and GM/Cadillac in resolving my issue with my truck. Thank you!!!

CAUTION!!! BEWARE!!! SCAMMERS!!! FRAUD!!! I WENT FOR AN OIL CHANGE ON A PERFECT RUNNING VEHICLE. A FEW DAYS LATER MY PRESSURE ON MY XT4 COMPLETELY SHUT DOWN. THEY PROVIDED NO DIAGNOSTIC TEST AND CHARGED ME $3200 TO GET MY TRUCK BACK. IMMEDIATELY AFTER PICKING UP MY VEHICLE, ALL OF THE DASHBOARD LIGHTS CAME BACK ON. MY MOM SAID THEY'RE STEALING PARTS OFF OF VEHICLES WHEN YOU GO IN FOR ROUTINE MAINTENANCE. THEY ARE WORSE THAN CRACKHEADS.

My 15 year old Saab had to be towed to Kelly Cadillac Saab Subaru late on a Friday evening.. The Service Department called Monday morning with the diagnosis, made the necessary repairs, and I was soon back on the road. The staff was exceptional.

My Wife and I purchased a GMC truck on August 13, 2013. After a week we were told to return the truck because they could not finish the deal.We were appalled as I had already spent money making some improvements on it. We were not compensated. We were offered another truck and we took it. We later found out that they had destroyed my credit rating by trying over 20 times to secure a lending institution to go the loan on the first truck and failed. Doing this lowered my rating drastically. They promised to fill the tanks on both trucks and did not. The second truck had no owners manual and it took 3 weeks to get it after many phone calls. We are still waiting for our registration and the 30 day tag will expire tomorrow. We were told to alter the date on the tags expiration date by office personnel. We complained to management and were told we would have our registration on Thursday September 12, 2013 by way of overnite mail. We did not receive it and now the tag will expire leaving us truckless. I am considering legal action. I wonder how this dealership stays in business.

Judd is the absolute worst salesman I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Completely rude, condescending, sleazy, know-it-all attitude. I caught him in a lie where he tried to tell me a new rim for my car would be $500, when the parts department from this dealership told me it would be $130 for a brand new rim with the tire pressure sensor and everything when I was looking to replace it. Tried to tell me it would be $1000 to detail my car, when I and everyone else I've told about this knows that a good detail job is very rarely at or above $200. He then got more insistent that he was right and then stated "well everyone has their own opinion" in a snobby tone. Clearly he needs to find a dictionary because I was stating facts. Really wanted to strangle him because of the way he was talking to me. Let's see you try and delete this one Judd :) I told you I wouldn't let up. I'll continue to be the biggest annoyance in your life. Everyone who is smart and looks up a dealership before they do business with them is going to know that you're a lying con artist, but that's perfect for you because you love screwing over stupid people. You just severely messed up when you thought that I was stupid.

We drove to James Corlew in Clarksville, TN where we purchased our first vehicle many years before.
