Casey worked my deal remotely (I'm over 2 hours away, but they found the truck I wanted) and delivered to me. Not only were they extremely flexible to get the deal I needed, they included extras on lifetime power train warranty. When I went to license in my state, the check they sent was 'a bit short'. it wasn't a ton of money, so I paid it, and didn't complain. Today, without calling our asking, I received a check for the licenses fees not covered. 95% of dealerships would have pocketed that money. These guys are trustworty, and easy to deal with. I will be calling them for my next Ford.

When you find someone who is excellent at what they do--and they enjoy doing it--it changes everything. Professional in every respect, and yet also stunningly human and personal--isn't that illegal for car salesmen?!? Amazing experience. Cannot recommend Caleb more highly, and that says a lot about Johnson City Ford.

Placed trust in their Body Collision Shop from accident - Markerbryan

Placed trust in their Body Collision Shop from accident repairs of over $7000. Only to discover the new wheels they installed was damaged and leaking air. Photo below clearly show new wheels and no road damage and leaking air bubbles from wheel not tire. Was told would take over a week to get wheel and there are not paying for rental due to new faulty parts. Their manager from that department would not return my phone call and when I called back after said lunch time. He had his employees relay and would not take the call. Will be calling their GM Larry upon his return to office to see if he will accept my call and address this matter. If no response will move this further up the legal process.

A simple oil change and again, another review. From the peaceful waiting area to the amazing staff, I am always treated with absolute courtesy and professionalism coupled with compassion. The cost on each occasion has been fair and presented really well. No matter the position of each person, all have key knowledge of every process throughout the dealership. Really rare in my view. They will sell you a "Lemon Law" buy back car without actually telling you and then want you to take the loss....Quote from a person that they sold a lemon law car too..."On 12/12/22, my car was towed to Mtn. View Ford Lincoln. I was told by them that the car was in horrible shape, that it should have never been sold due to the previous history of problems." Let the buyer beware....

We came all the way from Springfield Tn to pick up the Navigator L we wanted. We had already been on the phone with Thomas getting him to send pictures and asking all kinds of questions. Thomas White was great, he had the Navigator all clean and ready to go when we got there the paper work didn't take long at all. We really appreciate everything they did he even set up our phones and door locks for us so my husband and I could talk to each other on the way home we were in separate cars at this time.. We will be recommending them to all our family and friends.
