PSA- Run far far away from this store.
This is the worst dealership that I have dealt with in 5 different states. To begin, they have a send your offer option which they don't care about because I was told later on that it's a one price store. I agreed to their price right before their closing time and told the sales guy that I will have the financing squared away in the morning. As soon as my bank opened, I went there, applied for financing and sent the approval letter to the dealership. After this happened, another salesman of theirs went ahead and sold that very car to another customer. My salesman kept telling them that he had already closed the deal with me and even informed the managers but apparently they didn't care. This just talks loudly of how unethical and unprofessional this store is. Some local people don't like this store. And now I totally understand why.

I was a big fan of Sewell from a previous purchase (Infiniti) but this Audi dealer accepted and printed an offer I could not refuse. They were supposedly going out of their way to give me a great deal on a car they were going to find for me in any three different colors I gave as options. I guess they regretted their offer bcs they never got back to me if I hadn’t called them back. Told me they were sold out and the inventory arriving at the port was presold (meaning they skipped me and sold to others). Never again will I trust them.

I wish I had read the reviews before going here. I guess since I was buying a used vehicle they thought I was a waste of time. At first the sales person Hector was nice but as soon as he closed the deal with me he was a totally different person; arrogant and rude. I got a call 2 weeks later to ask how the car was so I told him that the vehicles inspection sticker was expired 03-10 bought the car in May (that sticker should have been taken care of before they let me drive off in it); he said he was going to talk to the manager and NEVER called me back. I took care of that myself. They need customers to make money so I DO NOT understand why they lack customer service. Used or new its a sale, right!? I WILL NOT recommend anyone to them. Not nice!
