Adam Seely Service advisor was extremely efficient- waiting for me w literally finger on his tablet to check me in- quickly walking me waiting loaner car and efficiently describing Service to be completed and likely timing to finish repair and when to expect a text notifying me of completion. All efficient means of communication and check out equally the same. Just wish they got rid of rattle under dash created when they replaced a speaker from previous visit- Still rattles but over all everything went good

i have been looking for a used honda crv for 8 months. thousands of cars reviewed. dozens of dealerships visited. audi central is the lowest price for an used vehicle. they have the least amount of days on the lot for used cars in texas. the car was perfect. the process was seamless and time efficient. they sent the shuttle to pick me up. gased the venicle and cleaned it again. it is spotless.
the coffee is fabulous. the nut bars to die for. Matt and J.T. great. spoke honestly with me in order to assist me in making a decision.

I was recently driving my wife's A5 when I got an alert for low coolant. When I stopped to check the reservoir was nearly empty. We took the car to Audi Grapevine for the repair. They discovered a crack & replaced the reservoir and also recommended a brake flush. $800 & off we went.
A couple weeks later I moved the car from the garage to the driveway & discovered a substantial puddle of coolant on the floor & a very low reservoir once again. Back to the dealership. They somehow had missed that the water pump assembly was leaking also. Another $1300.
Here's the thing: they owned up to their mistake in not thoroughly investigating the problem the 1st time and ate most of the 2nd bill for our inconvenience. They also re-did the brake flush gratis because I thought they felt mushy. They definitely impressed us with the extra-level service & earned themselves some loyalty.

I'm not quite sure why there are so many negative reviews about this location out there. I did read them and was admittedly hesitant to give them a chance, but I am certainly glad I did. My sales person Marcio Velasquez was the absolute best. I don't know how he did it and wasn't going to ask too many questions, but he was able to work the impossible for me on an '18 A4 with the negative in my previous vehicle and cash out of pocket and still get me in exactly what I wanted with the lease terms I was looking for. I was always well informed and was not treated simply as another number but rather a valued customer. I strongly recommend working with him if you're in the market for a new Audi and form your own opinion of this dealership. Everything was clear cut from start to finish, not to mention I was in to test, negotiate and through finance in about 3 hours. At the very least, Audi Plano is definitely worth considering if you're in the market for a new Audi. From start to finish this was the most smooth process I have ever experienced in my years of purchasing vehicles.

I’ve purchased 6 cars in the last 8 years and have never had an experience with a dealership as I have with Audi Ft Worth. I spoke with Deb in sales on a particular Q7 they had in stock several times through the week. She made me aware that the factory wheels had been painted black so the wheels were different than stock. She had another Q7 on her lot with silver 21” wheels that we were wanting and I had asked if it was possible to switch the wheels between the two vehicles and was told yes. We made plans to drive 140 miles to Ft Worth to look at the car and make our decision on Saturday. It took us 3hrs driving through heavy rain and DFW traffic to get there. Deb had text me that morning to let me know the car was on the showroom floor so we wouldn’t have to stand out in the rain to look at it. Upon arriving to the dealership we noticed the car wasn’t on the showroom floor. When Deb came up and greeted me she told me it had sold. Her response was “sorry”. The fact that she couldn’t pick up the phone and make a 30 second phone call to let me know the vehicle might be sold is a huge slap in the face. She could have easily let me know so I wouldn’t have wasted time and dragged my family through horrible rain and traffic only to find out the car was sold. The car was on the showroom floor so ANY of the salesman would know when the doors were opened and that car was being driven out for a test drive. With a phone call I could’ve turned around and I would’ve been fine. Then I asked for the sales manager. The guy that came out could’ve cared less of the position I was put in. Debs excuse in the end was “ I thought you wanted the other car anyways” Save your money and time and pick any other Audi dealer in the DFW area. We ended up going to another dealer in Dallas and purchased a Q7 and received a lot better customer service.

"Worst Car Buying Experience Ever!"
Agreed to terms at 11 am sat in waiting room until 7 still didn’t finalize the paperwork. Had to go back 3 days later to sign. Gave a deposit and still haven’t received it back and it’s been a month. Do not buy here! Still can’t get a hold of the manager. Shady business. Will never buy a vehicle here again.
It's now been 3 months and my bank never recieved the title. I called to find out where it is and they informed me I need a vin inspection, either incompetent or don't care. I can't believe Audi Corporate would allow this type of business to be conducted under there name! Will never buy an Audi!

I wish I had read the reviews before going here. I guess since I was buying a used vehicle they thought I was a waste of time. At first the sales person Hector was nice but as soon as he closed the deal with me he was a totally different person; arrogant and rude. I got a call 2 weeks later to ask how the car was so I told him that the vehicles inspection sticker was expired 03-10 bought the car in May (that sticker should have been taken care of before they let me drive off in it); he said he was going to talk to the manager and NEVER called me back. I took care of that myself. They need customers to make money so I DO NOT understand why they lack customer service. Used or new its a sale, right!? I WILL NOT recommend anyone to them. Not nice!
