I came in for a recall on my Audi Q5 and to get my oil changed. I was amazed at how friendly and helpful everyone was there. This was by far the best experience I have ever had at any car dealership. They made sure that my wait time was what they said it would be, and made sure that during my time there, I was comfortable. I loved that I got a complimentary car wash and vacuum. Orlando Estrada was great at making sure that I got what I needed, and answered all of my questions. It made the 2 hour drive to the dealership worth it.

Getting service at Audi Central was truly an outstanding experience. Driving into the dealership in the early morning, I was immediately greeted and checked in, As I approached Jack Busche's desk, he welcomed me and got me situated in a loaner Q5. He explained the normal maintenance to be performed and service updates to be installed. Before leaving in the loaner, I stopped by the coffee bar and enjoyed fine coffee with a snack. Upon my return latter afternoon, I expeditiously checked in the loaner and proceeded to Jack's desk. He enthusiastically walked me through the work done and escorted me to my car and extended a warm "Happy Holidays" good bye. The wife and I are thoroughly enjoying our Q5 and I dare say that the service rendered by Jack and his support team was superb.

I was recently driving my wife's A5 when I got an alert for low coolant. When I stopped to check the reservoir was nearly empty. We took the car to Audi Grapevine for the repair. They discovered a crack & replaced the reservoir and also recommended a brake flush. $800 & off we went.
A couple weeks later I moved the car from the garage to the driveway & discovered a substantial puddle of coolant on the floor & a very low reservoir once again. Back to the dealership. They somehow had missed that the water pump assembly was leaking also. Another $1300.
Here's the thing: they owned up to their mistake in not thoroughly investigating the problem the 1st time and ate most of the 2nd bill for our inconvenience. They also re-did the brake flush gratis because I thought they felt mushy. They definitely impressed us with the extra-level service & earned themselves some loyalty.

I've been a long time Audi customer. I'm on my 5th Audi and I used to service at Millennium before Sewell took over. The service over the years (after Millennium) was night and day different. I was so impressed with Sewell. I've had to take my 2017 A7 that I purchased new there in 3 times in the past 6 months and I feel like I'm having Millennium flashbacks. I've seen service advisors with dip in their mouth in their office, I've overhead employees complaining about how terrible their customers are and it just seems like the nice "customer service" attitude is gone. I don't know what happened to this place but unfortunately I can't see myself going back.

Purchased used Q5. One week after purchase, I started having issues with brakes and noise in the door. I contacted my sales person who referred me to the sales manager. Weeks have passed with no return call. I am assuming because I am not a local customer, they have decided to ignore my call because I can't just show up at the dealership. I would not purchase from this dealership if you are not a local customer!

"Worst Car Buying Experience Ever!"
Agreed to terms at 11 am sat in waiting room until 7 still didn’t finalize the paperwork. Had to go back 3 days later to sign. Gave a deposit and still haven’t received it back and it’s been a month. Do not buy here! Still can’t get a hold of the manager. Shady business. Will never buy a vehicle here again.
It's now been 3 months and my bank never recieved the title. I called to find out where it is and they informed me I need a vin inspection, either incompetent or don't care. I can't believe Audi Corporate would allow this type of business to be conducted under there name! Will never buy an Audi!

I wish I had read the reviews before going here. I guess since I was buying a used vehicle they thought I was a waste of time. At first the sales person Hector was nice but as soon as he closed the deal with me he was a totally different person; arrogant and rude. I got a call 2 weeks later to ask how the car was so I told him that the vehicles inspection sticker was expired 03-10 bought the car in May (that sticker should have been taken care of before they let me drive off in it); he said he was going to talk to the manager and NEVER called me back. I took care of that myself. They need customers to make money so I DO NOT understand why they lack customer service. Used or new its a sale, right!? I WILL NOT recommend anyone to them. Not nice!
