This is my second Audi to purchase from Audi Dallas. I was extremely pleased with my first purchase which was a certified pre-owned A4.
The service department was always extremely professional and efficient. Our service advisor, Jordan Windham was always available and helpful either via telephone or in person. We recently purchased a new A4 at Audi Dallas due to our positive experience with the service department.
The Best in the Southwest - Atkins2018
I have visited Audi Service team for the past 5 years. I'm well familiar with the service personnel. This is not because an Audi vehicle requires much repair. On the contrary, my visits are for routine check ups and an occasional minor damage due to driving (flat tire). I'm in love with the service team; however, my most favorite is Mojda Abdulrashid. Why? Because she listens, she's attentive to my needs and makes sure I'm satisfied. I was there for a flat tire recently. Mojda noticed that there was also an issue with another tire. She was concerned for my safety and recommended that I have both tires attended. The tires had to be ordered and she made it her business to make sure both tires were delivered and installed before 6:00 pm. This was important to me since I had an appointment at 6. She's delivers outstanding customer service and I wish I could reward her in some way for all her extra effort. Go Mojda. You ROCK!!!

Adrian was really helpful during my purchasing process, he was attentive and returned calls promptly. I didn't end up buying a car from this dealership as I chose a BMW over Audi, but I would definitely recommend Adrian if you're looking to buy a Audi in El Paso.

I normally go to Audi Dallas, but decided to try out Audi Grapevine for their 49.95 special on oil changes to see if I would use them in the future instead. I set an appointment which priced the oil change at their special rate. Upon arrival, I also asked the advisor to add a state inspection and look at one of my tires to my list of things to do. I arrived at 7:30 and at around 9:20 the advisor comes over to let me know everything is done and also suggest a couple of more things for me to get worked on. She then returns a couple of minutes later letting me know my insurance wasn't in the glovebox and the tech was waiting on it to perform the state inspection. I thought my car was supposed to be done? My fault, I get her the insurance 10 minutes later. From here I don't hear from her until 10:30 to tell me that the machine was down and the state inspection wasn't performed. I then end up paying $121 for just an oil change! The advisor told me it was due to $50 in labor that was performed. Why add a promotion for the oil change if upon arrival it's going to be double that? On top of it all, it took me close to 3 hours to just get an oil change when I was quoted an hour. What they did all that time, who knows since my advisor never came around to update me or apologize for the wait. Lastly, I would have complained on a survey but I noticed when I got home my paperwork has another persons name, phone and address. Thanks a lot Audi Grapevine.

I was greeted the moment I pulled into the service bay. My service consultant was Chien Tsai. He was very professional as well as curtious. I had an oil change and tire rotation for my 2017 A4. He even offered a car wash for my vehicle. The wait time was not bad at all. My overall experience was EXCELLENT!

When in the market for a 2017 A4 recently, I worked with Patrick Locke. He was a pleasure to deal with, and did all he could to earn my business. Ultimately, it came down to which dealership had closest to the exact car I was looking for at the best price, which in my case was another dealership. Was very impressed with Patrick, though.
A slam dunk deal, that should of been a quick sale... - Jshun
Ignored for a while when we walked in. They were so slow! Many salesman walked by us without any acknowledgement. Finally got a saleswoman. She was overly bold. She mentioned that Audi got better MPG for 2018 even though it got faster. I said it's probably because of the Quattro ultra. Where it runs front wheel drive until you need all wheel drive. She went off sayin AUDI WOULD NEVER DO THAT. But they did... then when we found the car we were ready to purchase (Q5 prestige). It wasn't available even though she said it was. She drove us out to the storage garage. To "look for the Q5 because it might of came in early"...The entire time she was downplaying the prestige model saying the lesser models were essentially the same. That should of drawn red flags but we gave her the benefit of the doubt. Eventually we test drive a lesser Q5 which I don't recall. But we were impressed anyways. So when we got back to the dealership we were ready to negotiate except everything was horrible... starting with everyone in the finance area as well as her being unprepared... we received the wrong price sheet not once, not twice, BUT THREE TIMES. All three times they were GROSSLY overpriced... once I called it out she realized (or acted) surprised and went to get it "fixed" claiming there was a "glitch" in the system. Each time she went to the finance guy she spent a long time there each time. She came back the final time and we lost our desire for the Q5. But we tried to hear her out hoping for the best. But the numbers did not add up. Claimed that the December special was not possible. No actual price reductions (just a wrong price that over priced the Q5 and "discount" to just make it slightly more than MSRP!!!) she kept claiming she wouldn't make a "cent" from this deal. When we tried to negotiate she said there is not anything we can do. It's an Audi and December they sell so quickly and easily. When I was explaining to her how the numbers did not add up she began to enter xxxxxxxx mode real quick. Everything from that point was a lie. Blatant lie. From financing is cheaper than leasing, we can't get the December incentives that Audi offers online, not knowing the incentives to begin with, that it would be impossible to lower the price even $1 even though it was priced way higher than it should of been, and so much more. We walked out. Yes I know we were stupid but my girlfriend and I test drove several cars... and the Q5 was just above the rest.

I have purchased two vehicles from this location and their service is next to none! I've visited numerous location for service and each time I'm very disappointed at the service and the attitudes I receive from the the representatives present. Each and every time I step in the Audi North Houston location I am greater with a smile and a representative that goes above and beyond to meet my needs whether it's a new vehicle, maintenance, or a general question. I refuse to shop anywhere else. The immaculate service exceeds all. It really matters when you are paying for a service and not a car and they truly appreciate your business. It is reflective in each and every employee, including the individuals that only pick up and drop your vehicle off. Everyone goes the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction at all cost! They will continue to get my business due to the relationship that has been built based on their customer service, trust and loyalty. Words can't express my true gratitude to each and every individual that keeps this place going.

If you are considering buying a car from Audi San Juan, I would advise you reconsider and purchase your vehicle at another Audi dealership.
Up until the time of purchase, the customer service was excellent. After signing, I received probably the worst customer service I’ve had to date.
- The day I went to pick up my car I was told it would be ready by a certain time. I arrived promptly at that time, and my sales associate was gone. I waited for 45 minutes before someone finally assisted me.
- The car tucked in a corner of the lot, not presented in glass doors as promised.
- The car had 1/4 tank of gas, not full as promised.
- The car was dirty. I traded in my car and had to wait 4 days for it to be fully detailed and the trunk was full of dirt.
- The loaner car they gave me was an upgraded version of my car, and my sales associated admitted prior that it was a mistake and would leave me resenting not buying the newer more decked-out model (which it did). I expressed interest in upgrading and was not helped until much later.
- My sales associate told me I would not be charged for the gas I used on the loaner since I traded in my car with a full tank and sure enough, was charged a couple of days later.
- There was a dent in the hood of the car!! They said they would “fix” and they did so by merely painting over it.
I regret giving my money to this facility. I feel cheated and under-respected. If I could do it over again, I would not buy from Audi San Juan.

I wish I had read the reviews before going here. I guess since I was buying a used vehicle they thought I was a waste of time. At first the sales person Hector was nice but as soon as he closed the deal with me he was a totally different person; arrogant and rude. I got a call 2 weeks later to ask how the car was so I told him that the vehicles inspection sticker was expired 03-10 bought the car in May (that sticker should have been taken care of before they let me drive off in it); he said he was going to talk to the manager and NEVER called me back. I took care of that myself. They need customers to make money so I DO NOT understand why they lack customer service. Used or new its a sale, right!? I WILL NOT recommend anyone to them. Not nice!
