Overall, the experience was very positive, and we love the car! After all was said and done, Stephen Rosenkrantz, Audi Brand Specialist, sat with us in the car and walked us through the electronics. He was MOST helpful, and explained things in a way we could understand and remember. Our car was pre-owned, and the former owner had left only one key. Stephen obtained the key and mailed it to us within a few days. When we were in the dealership a week or so later, he remembered and greeted us. A great ambassador for the dealership!

Was very satisfied with the service I received and the customer service personnel were very courteous and attentive to my needs. DO NOT BUY AUDI OR FROM WEST HOUSTON AUDI!!!!!!Do not but from Audi west Houston or this product!!! I have had my car in this shop 10 times for the A.C. The GM Mack Albukhari is less than satisfactory with his Inability to return a phone call, with several voicemails left from myself on sept 3rd, regarding this manner. This dealership feels the solution is to buy another one and forget they have been useless in solving the problem. Why would I want to buy from this dealership or this product ever again???I have left multiple reviews on various websites in hope that no one else will receive this blatant dismissal of this huge problem, or any problem. The ONLY thing you can count one from this dealership is GM Mack Albukhri to never acknowledge your concerns, never returning a phone call, and him asking an employee, to ask me to take the reviews down. He did not even have the decency or respect for me as a customer to call me himself. He will not acknowledge my existence or this problem, but he sure did not mind taking credit for a job well done when I bought it. I will say I have been very pleased with the others that have had to be the middle man between him and myself, and my mechanic Adan is AWESOME!!!!. The employees can only do so much, but it is them and ONLY them that I have not rated this dealership and product sooner. If I were Audi USA I would be appalled that the GM Mack Albukhri still has not called me, the customer. It’s now Nov. 5th, 2019. I purchased a 2018 A6 and traded my 2012 A5. Ivan talked with me over the phone as I traveled 200 miles to purchase the vehicle. We negotiated the value of my trade-in site unseen. After I arrived and they found my rims needed to be resurfaced, Ivan reduced my trade by $500, but decreased the price of the vehicle by $2,000. The final price of the vehicle was at least $1,000 less than other similar vehicles. We did this negotiation in about 10 minutes with no hassle. I was in and out of the dealership in 90 minutes, including through financing ... on a Saturday. If you are in the market for an Audi, Audi of Ft. Worth is worth a look. Make sure you ask for Ivan.

Brought my A7 in for a tire alignment and the gentleman named Leo Calderon greeted me saying "whats up man" instead of by my name like they normally do since I schedule appointments and show up on time. A day later as I am driving to work I receive notification that my hood is open, so I pull over, check it out and what do we have here? One side of my hood will not latch. Thanks Audi North Houston now I have to make another trip out to the dealership, get greeted as "Man, your car is ready" again for something I am not responsible for. First something was taken from my car previously during a routine service and not put back or reimbursed, now my hood will not latch properly. Thanks again...

"Worst Car Buying Experience Ever!"
Agreed to terms at 11 am sat in waiting room until 7 still didn’t finalize the paperwork. Had to go back 3 days later to sign. Gave a deposit and still haven’t received it back and it’s been a month. Do not buy here! Still can’t get a hold of the manager. Shady business. Will never buy a vehicle here again.
It's now been 3 months and my bank never recieved the title. I called to find out where it is and they informed me I need a vin inspection, either incompetent or don't care. I can't believe Audi Corporate would allow this type of business to be conducted under there name! Will never buy an Audi!

When in the market for a 2017 A4 recently, I worked with Patrick Locke. He was a pleasure to deal with, and did all he could to earn my business. Ultimately, it came down to which dealership had closest to the exact car I was looking for at the best price, which in my case was another dealership. Was very impressed with Patrick, though.

I wish I had read the reviews before going here. I guess since I was buying a used vehicle they thought I was a waste of time. At first the sales person Hector was nice but as soon as he closed the deal with me he was a totally different person; arrogant and rude. I got a call 2 weeks later to ask how the car was so I told him that the vehicles inspection sticker was expired 03-10 bought the car in May (that sticker should have been taken care of before they let me drive off in it); he said he was going to talk to the manager and NEVER called me back. I took care of that myself. They need customers to make money so I DO NOT understand why they lack customer service. Used or new its a sale, right!? I WILL NOT recommend anyone to them. Not nice!
