Good value on awesome car - tbsdds
We were in the market for a new, safe, suv for my wife and myself as well as our 2 large dogs. Our last suv folded up like a accordion in a rear-end collision. After much online research, Audi Q7 was in the running for a luxury suv. After test drives and dealership interviews, we decided the Q7 was our car and Audi Dallas was the dealership that won us over. So far, good decisions on all fronts. Problems have been minimal and have been handled quickly.
Consistently excellent! - Bulletman

Bought my Q5 here from Adam Richards, he is awesome! The service department is also really great, this dealership goes above and beyond in customer service.
Don't go to this place alone as a female with a child. - Jordan L
I went in to buy a used 2015 Audi A4. I was trading in my 2012 Cadillac CTS. At first, everything seemed easy. The dealership is large and nice. The sales team members don't rush you at the door.
The problem arose when Robert Jean shorted me over $400 in his agreed upon trade-in offer. I noticed the missing $400 difference and when I asked him to explain he told me that because I had a trade-in that Audi was doing me a favor by giving me a "credit" to lower my total tax to bring the trade-in offer up to the amount we agreed upon. I signed papers and accepted the vehicle. My husband would be there several days later to seal the deal. That evening we realized the sales tactic that Robert Jean had pulled. "Audi's tax credit" was actually a credit that I was legally entitled to from the beginning and they in fact shorted me the $400 as I had originally suspected. Robert Jean knew that his lie would seal the deal and he did whatever it took. Audi Grapevine has refused to fix this, despite admitting that Robert Jean's tactic was misleading.
Robert Jean blatantly lied and failed to mention a few other things as well:
1. That the used Audi I was purchasing has an open, unresolved recall. The Carfax was not accurate or up-to-date.
2. That the Audi I was purchasing has a metal fluttering noise upon acceleration around most curves that they claim they cannot hear.
3. Before driving 2.5 hours to Audi Grapevine for this car, he told me he could not move any lower on the price because all of their cars come equipped with tinted windows and wheel lock kits. This was a blatant lie. My purchase has neither of those features, yet he would not deduct this $600 value from my purchase price once he had me there.
Audi Grapevine took advantage of me because I was a female, coming into their dealership made up of mostly men. They saw me as vulnerable because they knew I was distracted with my 8 year old and they ran with this opportunity. They now have my used 2012 Cadillac CTS listed for sale on their website despite the fact that my husband has not sign over his half of the paperwork and title.
The used car sales manager offered me a tank of gas to "make things right"!!! However, since writing this review, the General Manager, Mo Saleh, has reached out to me and offered to make this right by refunding me the money that Robert deducted from my trade in amount.

As good as it gets...... - Paul Lee Archibald
Over the years I must admit I have avoided "dealer maintenance" due to concerns over cost and them prescribing too many unnecessary repairs. We purchased a Certified Pre-Owned A4 S-Line and decided to go with the inhouse service at Audi Central. The best decision ever since the car is wonderful, the service is priced fairly for what they are doing, and the professionalism and customer service are second to none.
Outstanding ! - R1K
I need to be sincere and transparent. It was my firs time in an Audi Dealership. The first approach was very disappointing. I almost decide not to consider to trade in my car for this brand. Same day at night I go a call from Joe and everything started to straighten up. Joe gave me the professional attention I was expecting from this brand. Short story, I own an Audi and I am extremely happy with it.
Customer Service - Brittany Loyd
I have purchased two vehicles from this location and their service is next to none! I've visited numerous location for service and each time I'm very disappointed at the service and the attitudes I receive from the the representatives present. Each and every time I step in the Audi North Houston location I am greater with a smile and a representative that goes above and beyond to meet my needs whether it's a new vehicle, maintenance, or a general question. I refuse to shop anywhere else. The immaculate service exceeds all. It really matters when you are paying for a service and not a car and they truly appreciate your business. It is reflective in each and every employee, including the individuals that only pick up and drop your vehicle off. Everyone goes the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction at all cost! They will continue to get my business due to the relationship that has been built based on their customer service, trust and loyalty. Words can't express my true gratitude to each and every individual that keeps this place going.
Good Experience Working with Patrick Locke - bed123
When in the market for a 2017 A4 recently, I worked with Patrick Locke. He was a pleasure to deal with, and did all he could to earn my business. Ultimately, it came down to which dealership had closest to the exact car I was looking for at the best price, which in my case was another dealership. Was very impressed with Patrick, though.
A slam dunk deal, that should of been a quick sale... - Jshun
Ignored for a while when we walked in. They were so slow! Many salesman walked by us without any acknowledgement. Finally got a saleswoman. She was overly bold. She mentioned that Audi got better MPG for 2018 even though it got faster. I said it's probably because of the Quattro ultra. Where it runs front wheel drive until you need all wheel drive. She went off sayin AUDI WOULD NEVER DO THAT. But they did... then when we found the car we were ready to purchase (Q5 prestige). It wasn't available even though she said it was. She drove us out to the storage garage. To "look for the Q5 because it might of came in early"...The entire time she was downplaying the prestige model saying the lesser models were essentially the same. That should of drawn red flags but we gave her the benefit of the doubt. Eventually we test drive a lesser Q5 which I don't recall. But we were impressed anyways. So when we got back to the dealership we were ready to negotiate except everything was horrible... starting with everyone in the finance area as well as her being unprepared... we received the wrong price sheet not once, not twice, BUT THREE TIMES. All three times they were GROSSLY overpriced... once I called it out she realized (or acted) surprised and went to get it "fixed" claiming there was a "glitch" in the system. Each time she went to the finance guy she spent a long time there each time. She came back the final time and we lost our desire for the Q5. But we tried to hear her out hoping for the best. But the numbers did not add up. Claimed that the December special was not possible. No actual price reductions (just a wrong price that over priced the Q5 and "discount" to just make it slightly more than MSRP!!!) she kept claiming she wouldn't make a "cent" from this deal. When we tried to negotiate she said there is not anything we can do. It's an Audi and December they sell so quickly and easily. When I was explaining to her how the numbers did not add up she began to enter xxxxxxxx mode real quick. Everything from that point was a lie. Blatant lie. From financing is cheaper than leasing, we can't get the December incentives that Audi offers online, not knowing the incentives to begin with, that it would be impossible to lower the price even $1 even though it was priced way higher than it should of been, and so much more. We walked out. Yes I know we were stupid but my girlfriend and I test drove several cars... and the Q5 was just above the rest.
Worst Customer Service - P1234Q5
If you are considering buying a car from Audi San Juan, I would advise you reconsider and purchase your vehicle at another Audi dealership.
Up until the time of purchase, the customer service was excellent. After signing, I received probably the worst customer service I’ve had to date.
- The day I went to pick up my car I was told it would be ready by a certain time. I arrived promptly at that time, and my sales associate was gone. I waited for 45 minutes before someone finally assisted me.
- The car tucked in a corner of the lot, not presented in glass doors as promised.
- The car had 1/4 tank of gas, not full as promised.
- The car was dirty. I traded in my car and had to wait 4 days for it to be fully detailed and the trunk was full of dirt.
- The loaner car they gave me was an upgraded version of my car, and my sales associated admitted prior that it was a mistake and would leave me resenting not buying the newer more decked-out model (which it did). I expressed interest in upgrading and was not helped until much later.
- My sales associate told me I would not be charged for the gas I used on the loaner since I traded in my car with a full tank and sure enough, was charged a couple of days later.
- There was a dent in the hood of the car!! They said they would “fix” and they did so by merely painting over it.
I regret giving my money to this facility. I feel cheated and under-respected. If I could do it over again, I would not buy from Audi San Juan.
Terrible service terrible car - Saul Fierro
I purchased a brand new Audi from Garcia Audi. since I've had that Audi every time I go in they have terrible service a lot of waiting and no information. Everyone there is very rude at Garcia Audi but the wife wanted an Audi. So disappointed with their performance. $1400 for 3 oil changes big rip off.
I wish I had read the reviews before going here. I guess... - mari0605
I wish I had read the reviews before going here. I guess since I was buying a used vehicle they thought I was a waste of time. At first the sales person Hector was nice but as soon as he closed the deal with me he was a totally different person; arrogant and rude. I got a call 2 weeks later to ask how the car was so I told him that the vehicles inspection sticker was expired 03-10 bought the car in May (that sticker should have been taken care of before they let me drive off in it); he said he was going to talk to the manager and NEVER called me back. I took care of that myself. They need customers to make money so I DO NOT understand why they lack customer service. Used or new its a sale, right!? I WILL NOT recommend anyone to them. Not nice!
