I took my VW in for its 20k mile service appointment. Shelby greeted me on the service drive with a friendly smile. I explained why I was there and what I wanted done. She explained that they would do an inspection and go over the cost before any repairs are done. I had a concern regarding my windshield and she said she would have them look at it. They had my vehicle back to the technician very quickly. They were able to get everything done in a timely manner. Southwest Volkswagen service department is amazing.

I had a fender bender on my move to Texas last October, and I had my first experience with Richardson Toyota, primarily with their body shop. They set the bar high. Today, I had my first routine service appointment, and their service department met the challenge. They were personable and polite, the check-in process was efficient and fast, while still covering every aspect and answering all my questions, and there were no surprises at check-out. My bill was even a few dollars less than the initial estimate. I'll be back!
