One of the greatest dealerships I have had the privilege - KAM

One of the greatest dealerships I have had the privilege of dealing with. This was the second vehicle I have bought from them.. Highly recommend this group!!

They did an amazing job in guiding me to the perfect car. - celesteskyeee

They did an amazing job in guiding me to the perfect car. I also loved how they worked hard to satisfy my requests and ensured I left happy with my vehicle.

I had AC cooling issue for my 2024 Acura MDX which is - JohnH

I had AC cooling issue for my 2024 Acura MDX which is still under Acura warranty. I call to schedule a warranty service. The service department told me that they wil charge $500 for checking on my AC issue. This is ridiculous and unbelievable: I reported AC issue and all service department needs to do is simply check and feel if my car has cold air. Once this is confirmed, then you can check and fix where the problem is based on my manufacturer warranty. Once I hear this and try to ask for another service rep or momager to talk and was refused, I took my MDX to Gillman Acura with a long drive from Katy. Service rep confirmed my AC issue as soon as I brought my car there, and then started to have their shop working on my car. It was confirmed to be a bad oil ring and leaking Freon. They fixed and my AC cooling is working again. Comparing the two dealership, I wonder how John Eagle is doing their service business. It is terrible experience for me, and I suggest to check other Acura dealer before you go to this one - terrible experience and service

I appreciate this dealership being far more - Samantha with the Tuscon SE

I appreciate this dealership being far more straightforward and forthcoming than other dealerships. It’s my first choice and who I’ll be doing another future trade-in or additional purchase with.

Buying experience was great experience. - pardores07

Buying experience was great experience. The best I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. My sales person was great.

This is a very shady dealership. - toddhzimmerman

This is a very shady dealership. I went back and forth with the saleslady and the manager all day. I received an email documented quote for the vehicle of $20,835 plus tt&l, no additional fees. This quote included all party names, the vehicle vin number, and the out the door price. I am an out of town buyer, so I wanted to do all my due diligence prior to any paperwork. The saleslady repeatedly asked me to get the paperwork started, often ignoring many of my questions. I talked to the manager on the phone and she explained that they took this car in on a lease return, and we went over the deal. Just prior to my willingness to sign the paperwork, I did a final check of the vehicle on the dealer's website, and it had increased to $23,998 for the same vehicle with the same vin. I pointed this out to the saleslady who was still pushing hard to get the deal done. I asked the saleslady to check the price now. She came back and explained that the car was now $23,998 and that she has nothing to do with the price. I went over the price with the sales manager, and received a written quote. Does the sales manager have nothing to do with the price? Why is she sending me a written quote then? This is the same dealership that will charge your grandmother or grandfather, who don't know any better, close to $2000 for an Apex GPS system that their actual cost is somewhere around $150. This is the same dealership with numerous bait and switch complaints. Do yourself a favor, stay far, far, away.

Worse customer service. - aathar

Worse customer service. They lie to get customer in with false adds and pricing that is not honored when you get there.

Today my Husband and I visited to look for a vehicle, we - SD

Today my Husband and I visited to look for a vehicle, we walked in and were promptly greeted then the sales associate proceeded to ask my husband questions while ignoring my existence. My husband asked about another model to which the sales associate jumped to pushing us to make a purchase before we even saw the other model. We explained we are currently looking / in the comparison process as we’re still not sure which vehicle we’d like to go with. He then made a rude comment, you’re just looking at vehicles in the rain? Confused on why he had such a bad attitude my husband answered, it just started to rain. The sales associate then walked away. We felt uncomfortable so we left. Definitely the worst experience we’ve ever had at a car dealership and will never be returning nor recommending this location.

Purchased my second vehicle (for my Senior) worked with - jknewton33

Purchased my second vehicle (for my Senior) worked with Luis he is patient, very thorough and dedicated to his customers. All car sellers are good at selling but he didn’t pitch to me in a pushy way at all. He followed up o things as he said he would. Amazing experience, efforts and service. Definitely recommend.

Very disappointing experience. - Tony Nguyen

Very disappointing experience. I contacted the dealership about a specific 2026 Toyota Camry SE and was serious about purchasing it. I drove a long distance to the dealership based on the vehicle and pricing we had discussed. After arriving, I was told that the vehicle I came for was not available. I had specifically driven there expecting to see and negotiate on that vehicle, so this was a major waste of my time. I then spoke with the sales manager, Matt, about pricing. Instead of simply discussing the numbers professionally, the conversation became argumentative. I felt like I was being challenged about how I came up with my target price rather than being treated like a customer who was genuinely ready to purchase a vehicle. I came prepared to buy, but the overall experience was frustrating and unprofessional. I would not recommend making a long trip to this dealership without getting confirmation in writing that the exact vehicle is physically available and that the pricing is still valid.

I would like to describe my car buying experience from - madison

I would like to describe my car buying experience from start to finish. I was buying my first ever new car. Me and my husband went in to browse. Our dealer was Jerome. We told him we had a large family and needed a 7-seater car. He showed us a couple and after deciding we liked the Sorento, he should us some of those. He told us that it had 7 seats. (I know I should have checked, but also why would I doubt that.) It also had screens and we were told they could screen mirror and our kids could watch shows in the back. We bought the car. When we got home and loaded up the kids, they told us there were only 6 seats and our family wouldn't fit. Bummer but still loved the car and we made it work by taking 2 cars everywhere. We fought and fought and fought to get the screens to work. Hours of youtube and chat GPT and asking friends who had a Kia. I called Kia and they said it was a service issue. Service said it was a sales issue. I called again and they told me to leave my car for the day and service would take a look. After having my car up there for an entire day, I went to pick it up after work. When I arrived the service guy (Noel) said, let's look in the back. I got in the back and turned on the screens and he said, "Ok what is it doing? I was like, "You had my car all day!! Did you not even turn it on?" I then proceeded to update it myself, in front of them, for 25 minutes. Then we tried again, still no luck. He then said, "why don't you google it or ask a friend?" I JUST BOUGHT A BRAND NEW CAR!!! You are the service department. I went home and called the manager the next day. The service manager got us in the next day. Again, had my car an entire day. They weren't able to figure it out and so they had to open a techline case on it. It had been there for 3 days with still no answer. I complained about not having a car for almost a week now, being lied to about the amount of seats, and now being passed around when I bought a brand new off the lot car. I was then passed to the sales manager. I explained what was going on and he said he wanted to make this right, "How about we get you into what you want. Something that has the right amount of seats and screens that work." I bought the lie and we traded out the Sorento for a Telluride. I was told it has all the same features. It did not. It does not have wireless apple car play. It did not have the sensors. It did not have the full sun roof. I drove it over the weekend and it kept saying that we needed to update with a USB. So, I took it back today to be detailed (they hadn't done that yet since we bought it) and updated manually. Again, I was without a car all day. I picked it up at 6 and it was still dirty. They washed the outside... and the dealer (Israel) said, "oh they said everything was updated already so you should be fine. So they didn't need to update anything." I pulled up the update and it had still not been ran. I have been lied to, jerked around, spent more on the car than we wanted and I am fed up. I will never go to the Kia lot here again. BUYER BEWARE!

Customer Service - corvetteguy

I purchased a 2015 Ford Expedition from this dealer in January. From the point of sale to delivery there were no surprises. I was kept apprised of the schedule for delivery each week. After make-ready, the vehicle was delivered promptly and I was given a thorough walk-around. This is the fourth vehicle I have purchased from this dealer and will definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

Everyone at this dealership is extremely helpful and - AMANDA F

Everyone at this dealership is extremely helpful and welcoming. I worked with Alex Curlin for months on looking for a vehicle until the time was right and the deal was great. I would highly recommend this dealership based off my experience so far and I've been to dealerships all over the world.

2999 reconditioning fee for all used cars. - Brittany Smith

2999 reconditioning fee for all used cars. The price you see is not going to be the price you pay. I was getting ready to buy a vehicle they and the $14,000 vehicle with tax title and license became a $17,000 vehicle. Ridiculous!!! Greedy!!!

I've called and left several messages for the Finance - Eric Jones

I've called and left several messages for the Finance Dept., and also sent an email to the GM and GSM in regards my financial transaction and have not received a response from anyone. It has been well over a week and no one seems to care to take care of my situation. I would not recommend anyone to do business with Mak Haik Temple, or any location if this is how they conduct business.

This has proven to be extremely stressful. - Karmag777

This has proven to be extremely stressful. 2 weeks ago I send payment for half of the total vehicle cost. I was told the vehicle would be delivered on Monday and the vehicle never arrived . Tuesday I reached out to Cole Bailey and was told it would be delivered the following Monday at 6pm again this delivery time and date came and went with no vehicle delivered. I have reached out again and told the vehicle will be delivered tonight at 6pm. I have a full schedule and am not available to wait around for this days and weeks have no vehicle yet. Very poor communication. I just received a phone call from Cole saying " how about we shove lawyers so far up your a$$ you have hemroids" then he repeated it, when I informed him I was recording the conversation he replied what a tragedy. I ended the call at that time. This is not a reputable company to work with. Buyer beware

Bait and switch. - Dougstevens445

Bait and switch. Disclosed a 3000 charge for some cieramic coating in a 2016 GMC Denali that I bought with damage on the rear bumper. They had to figure out a oil leak so I didn't pick up the paperwork until 3 days later and they gave it to me in a envelope in which I just put in the glove box. Dug it out a couple of weeks later to look at the invoice and that's when I saw things didn't add up. Called the dealership and spoke to new GM, he told me that everyone that was there when I purchased the 8 year old truck has been fired. Nothing he can do about getting me back that bogus 3k charge. I am filing a complaint with the attorney generals off ice and the BBB. Beware of this place. Thanks

Best Toyota dealership experience I've had to date. - TLopez

Best Toyota dealership experience I've had to date. No pushiness, no ADM/markups, no expensive dealer-addons. Excellent sales and finance team. Stan is the best salesmen I've ever worked with, his manager Alex is extremely friendly and patient, really appreciate his love of cars and GT-R which he started for me, it was incredible! I also appreciate the patience and efficient finance manager Lou. He didn't try to hard-sell the warranties but instead explained them well and didn't get upset when I declined them like some finance managers at other dealerships do. Don't shop at any other Toyota, call Stan at Gulf Coast Toyota and work with Alex and Lou. You'll be in good hands and have a good time.
