I needed my fuel tank dropped to put a failed sensor in. I was told pretty much all day to complete the task. I was bummed, but it needed to be done. Kyle kept me informed and I appreciated that. To my ecstatic surprise, the sensor ended up being on the outside, so I received a text after only 90 minutes that said it was completed and ready to pick up. I met with Jacob (there are 2, but I don’t know how to differentiate other than the Jacob whose desk is right next to Kyle’s) and he had my key for me. He kindly walked with me to my A5 in case I had questions. Jacob’s service is outstanding! The most helpful, patient & respectful person I’ve met at Audi and everyone is extremely helpful, so that means something. I absolutely love the video at the end that the Tech creates, going over everything that was done with additional feedback. Ive been here twice and I have zero complaints.
