Steven Tolson sold us our Toyota Highlander Hybrid in February 2021. He made us feel welcome and appreciated from the very first phone call. We were hesitant about driving hours— thinking “the numbers” may not be what we needed. However, once we test drove the vehicle & sat down with Mr. Tolson our hesitancy quickly diminished. Before leaving with the new vehicle, he asked if he could pray with us over the vehicle. OF COURSE!! We thanked him & knew that God’s plan was happening despite our humanly nature to stress & worry.

My wife and I picked up our new Ford Bronco on 8/4/2022 (our 21st anniversary). The team at Stephens Auto Center was AWESOME! The process was easy and quick. Without a doubt the most painless car buying experience I’ve ever had. From the ordering process to delivery, communication was top notch. Can’t say the same for the folks from Dearborn, but this dealer did them proud and made up for it in a big way. John, Jeremy, and Rob were friendly, helpful, and treated us like they appreciated our business and would love to be OUR Ford dealer for the foreseeable future (and they will be). In this day and age of ADM’s, marketing gimmicks, and funny math, these folks are a breath of fresh air. They made big promises and kept every single one of them. I’ll drive by every Ford dealership in 5 states just to get mine at STEPHENS AUTO CENTER!

My family has been buying our last eight Ram, Jeep and Dodge vehicles at a dealership in Chambersburg PA the last four years. A three hour trip each time. But this time we went to look at a Jeep Wrangler at Miller Chrysler, Jeep, Ram in Martinsburg WV. We we so happy with the Jeep’s and all the cars and trucks they had we bought a Jeep Wrangler. The salesman Garret and manager Kevin treated us so great , the service, price and what they gave us for our trade in . We will do all our dealing with Miller from now on!! I've owned 5 or 6 Ram trucks previously and the sales experience at each dealership has been positive except for this one. Do yourself a favor and buy your vehicle anywhere else other than Urse. I live out of state and was trying to coordinate a purchase and dealt with a salesperson (Ametro) that would take days to answer questions. I called and asked for a sales manager so that I could expedite this purchase. I explained the situation (to Chad, I believe) only for them to transfer me seconds later right back to the same unhelpful salesperson. Apparently management can't be bothered to assist either. They're too busy to sell cars, so I would go elsewhere to a dealership that appreciates your business.

Drove over there today to trade with them. I had my car cleaned out and my title in hand. My car is a five year old camaro convertible with only 16 thousand miles, they did not even offer me average trade in value. The sales manager did not look at my car. They could have at least thanked me for coming in. Were a very cold group of people. Sorry I even gave them a chance.

I bought a truck at Victory, and I was pretty pleased. Until I have seen their service after the sale attitude. They were nice as can be when they are tying to sell you something. But after, beware. I bought it out of state, so I have to get an inspection done in my state. When I took it there, it failed because there were holes in the rocker panel. They neglected to tell me that the running boards were ripped off the trunk in an accident fashion. When the running boards were ripped off, it left behind big holes where the bolts were ripped from the rocker panel.
I called the sales guy, and he told me they would not do anything for me because they lost money on the deal. That's not my fault they priced the truck wrong. The salesman got rude with me, he actually said "you bought a used truck, you are a grown man and can make your own decisions," who says that to a customer... then said have a nice day and hung up on me. I mean, it only took three days for him to finally answer his phone after multiple voicemails. All I want is the holes patched. I got a local estimate and it was only $350. Fix it or reimburse me either way is fine. I don't think my request was off base. Its not like I asked them to put brand new step sides on it. It is a matter of safety. Fumes could leak into the cab. They sold me a truck that will not pass a yearly inspection. Not to mention these open holes will probably start to rust, if they aren't already. I will be reaching out to the owner, and I have already filled out the paper work for the attorney general in WV. Once I get all the copies they require, I will mail it out.
I am not the type to ever complain about businesses, or people. Everyone has a bad day, but after telling my story to a few people, I am going to take action this time. I just cannot believe the way they talked to me. Raising his voice and hanging up on me is just an unacceptable way of doing business. You'd think I was taking money out of his pocket. I like my truck, I just want a basic thing fixed, not the attitude and rudeness that comes along with it. People can go buy a car or truck anywhere, now a days its reputation that matters.
