So I had been burned by a couple dealerships previously and I cant say enough that Dahl was a breath of fresh air. I never once felt like I was being pushed towards a decision and in the 3 times I came to look at vehicles Ken made me aware of new deals and price cuts on the vehicles I was test driving instead of trying to pocket extra money on his commision. 10/10 would recommend.

My wife and I cannot speak on the financing or management side of this Dealership. But if you are looking to work with someone on a Hyundai, Ryan Vassar is your guy. My wife and I are thorough. We probably visited 10 dealers in the area. Ryan by far was the best in his work ethic, in his salesmanship, but in also listening and advising us. So many dealers you talk to and tell them exactly what you want and they still cant get it right. Ryan listened to what we needed and suggested things we did not even consider. We decided against getting a Hyundai for our current needs, but we wish every car salesman we dealt with was more like Ryan. We will be in the market for another car in a few months and we will for sure come back here first.

I bought my new vehicle (2020 Santa Fe) back in July and am still on cloud nine. I was honestly afraid of working with car salesmen due to what I’ve heard in general about dealerships and also what I’ve experienced at other dealerships. My grandma was looking for a new vehicle and checked out this dealership. She worked with Johnny Herndon and I’m so glad she brought me with. Not only did he help her find the perfect vehicle for her....but I was so impressed that I knew I didn’t want to work with anyone but him. He helped me find the perfect vehicle for me and helped bring me out of my comfort zone as I thought I was only going to go with a Ford! Everyone I have met at this dealership has been amazing. Even the two gentlemen who opened the doors of the showcase room while it was pouring rain, Johnny drove my vehicle out...nothing but smiles and laughter. You can tell this is a dealership full of people who love their job and love helping others. I have been telling others about you!!
Wasted a week of my time - Arnieb
I was going to buy a Ford Escape and was told that the car would be ready for pick up at 3PM on Monday 7/27/20. I went to the dealership with check in hand for the car and they wouldn't let me take the car because they said there was a recall and Ford didn't have the fix out for it yet. The next day they said they were still waiting on the fix then Wednesday I went there and they said no fix. I decided to talk to another dealership and was informed that there was in fact a recall on the 2020 Escape but that Ford had the fix out on Monday the 27th. So I ended up buying from the other deal not sure why Scaffidi did want to sell the car my guess is maybe they quoted me a too low of price.
I was on vacation and planing on taking the new Escape to visit my brother in Missouri but after wasting most of the week with Scaffidi I don't have enough time to make the trip.

Wrong vehicle color and never registered plates - mike2
I purchased a brand new vehicle in Dec. of 2015, and had nothing good about it. I should've walked when they got the wrong truck, as I wanted a full bed and they tried to get me to settle for a short bed. Then after I was pulled over and ticketed for license plates not matching reg. I was even more upset. The throttle body failed at 1200miles and then I picked it up and they forgot to flush the solution out and I had to go around the block in idle mode>>>>
AT 37000miles my fuel pump went and I had to wait 1.75 hrs for a tow truck from 15-20 miles away, even though the dealership is only 6 blocks from my business. They then broke 2 fuel lines making it so I was without my truck for 6 days. After that event why I had any more service does is my fault as the next was for electric problems, that one took more than a week. The last service I am having done is for a small oil leak found at normal service. Once they had a diagnose from the service tech(mind u oil guy couldn't say where the leak originated), I was told it was a 12hr repair. That was on monday at 9-10am, I was told tuesday afternoon truck wouldn't b done until wed. pm to which I wrote this review and will never do business with Ford again. EVER!

Peter was the 1st the first person who work with me. He was Great! Try to find out what I was looking, my expectations and made me feel comfortable answering my questions . And gave me options of what they showed me above and beyond of what he needed too.
Maxwell was the one who showed me the cars features . He was also Great! Explained to me all the features the Passat had that took over an hour but always made sure I understood what they were. If I didn't he went into better detail. I made him late for his next appointment but he never made me feel rushed. Was very kind.
Greg the finance guy. Explained my service options. Made sure I knew what they were. Made me very comfortable and informative of what I was purchasing.
Grant the service man after my sale emailed me to interduce himself by text. And let me know If I need any service he was my guy :)
