A couple days earlier we drove up to Bergstrom Hyundai in Appleton after emailing back and forth with salesman Chris. It was horrible — he didn’t even know who Justin was when we arrived. I was so disappointed I told Justin, 'It’s just meant to be… we’re not supposed to get the car from there.' The very next day at Rosen everything changed for the better. Avery was kind and patient (he proudly displays a little cross and has a beautiful Mother Mary tattoo). Mike in finance was fantastic — super kind, made me laugh, and worked hard to get Justin the best deal. They treated Justin with so much respect as he bought his first brand new car. Bonus: both Avery and Mike are left-handed, just like us! Now Justin LOVES his gorgeous Sonata N Line — he is so happy every time he drives it, and I’m happy too because they were just really nice. Terrible customer service and communication. I dropped my car off at 11am and received no call or updates that day. I called the following day at 12pm, 2pm and again at 4pm asking to speak with our service advisor Devin. I never received a call back after my first two attempts and on the 3rd attempt finally spoke with Devin who gave me an update that a piece needed to be ordered for our vehicle. I addressed his lack of communication with me and he stated he has been busy.

Gentlemen: Attention Kocourek Management and anyone looking for a new or used car - I have been in management positions all my life. Responsible for hiring/training/promoting/building solid teams anywhere from 8-300+ people. I have bought 5 or more of my cars over the years including my current car from Kocourek. Each one with a different salesperson. - but not anymore - only 1 for me. I bought my new to me Subaru from Sales Consultant - Logan Doiel.
