The Yark Dealership was well layed out and Mia walked us through parts & service departments. The service lounge area lookd like it was layed out by an interior decorator! He sold me my 2026 Outback with no pressure, and chise the right model I was looking for. The owner and manager both introduced themselves and welcomed me to the Subaru family. I was also taught how to set up and use all the features of my new ride by Michael Rhodes who was very knowledgeable, patient and kind. (Happy Birthday wishes Michael). I came into Byers Subaru to have a warranty issue resolved with my car purchased from Carvana. They made working with the warranty company so much more pleasant, and they went above and beyond to make sure my car was in good working order. The main issue was bluetooth/radio, and they even helped me find the proper cord to make sure the issue was completely resolved before I had to move out of town. I’ve been around the car business and have worked with plenty of sales and finance teams over the years, so I don’t impress easily—but Jason and Zach absolutely stood out. Jason was knowledgeable, straightforward, and respectful of my time. No pressure, no games—just a genuine effort to help me find the right vehicle and make the process smooth. Zach in finance was just as impressive. He explained everything clearly, made the paperwork process efficient, and was completely transparent throughout. That’s not always the case in finance, and it didn’t go unnoticed. Overall, this was one of the best dealership experiences I’ve had. If you’re looking for a team that does things the right way, ask for Jason and Zach.

I purchased my Legacy at Busam and have continued to have them service my car. They are always friendly when I call to make an appointment. Once there I’m treated like a special customer. This time I asked for something extra. I’m 75, got a new license plate and was able to replace the old one myself. They were so kind to take care of that for me. I appreciate the great care, wonderful service and kind and friendly people at Busam. I will continue to take my car there for service. A huge thank you to them!

If I could leave no stars I would. My mom retired at the start of the year and is now on a fixed income. She bought a 2018 Subaru Forester late 11/2024. The first week the battery was dead and other minor issues started cropping up. I regret that she did not inquire on voiding the sale at that point. Within 6 months the check engine light, A/T oil temp light etc. came on. She is being told she will need a new transmission for $6000-$7000. Her mechanic has been in touch with the dealership and Subaru discussing any assistance/recourse given the extreme and immediate issues she has had to no avail. Only 5500 miles has been driven since purchase. PLEASE DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE. If you do you might as well add 6-7K to your budget a buy a new or at least newer car from a respectable and accountable location. Or just make sure you won't have to actually drive the car you are buying.

Overall EXCELLENT buying experience. From initial greeting to final delivery of our 2025 Subaru Forester things could not have been handled more personably or professionally. We choose Wagner Subaru due to the proximity to our home in Fairborn as well as my personal desire to deal with a dealer dedicated to a single manufacturer’s brand. Ultimately Wagner Subaru was a terrific choice. We learned our salesperson, Sam, was relatively new to Wagner but she great to work with, answering all of our questions, showing us numerous models and making our buying decision one that we were comfortable and confident with. Easy to recommend Wagner Subaru, Sam, Susan and Lee. Lookin forward to sharing our positive buying experience with others.
