I recently purchased a 2026 Range Rover Sport from Land Rover West Houston, and I can honestly say this was one of the best dealership experiences I’ve ever had. What’s funny is that I never intended to buy a Land Rover. I initially reached out about a BMW M4 they had listed online. I had been following that particular M4 on Cars.com and CarGurus for over a month, and since I was in Houston for the World Cup and traveling from Dallas, I thought it would be convenient to stop by and finally see it in person. Andres responded to my inquiry quickly, scheduled me in to see the M4 in person and and had everything ready when I arrived. The M4 was waiting for me in their covered garage and was presented in pristine condition. After taking it for a test drive, I realized that while it was a beautiful car, it just wasn’t the right fit for me. At that point, Daniel, the Sales Manager, came by to introduce himself, and I also had a brief conversation with Jimmy their Finance Manager as he was walking by; we talked about the World Cup and the tournament results. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely enjoyable to speak with. During our conversation, I mentioned to Andres that I had always been curious about Land Rover and had liked the Velar ever since it was first released. Without hesitation, he encouraged me to explore the lineup and suggested I sit in some of the vehicles in the showroom while he grabbed keys for a Velar. The moment I sat in the Range Rover Sport, I was hooked. Over the next several hours, Andres patiently walked me through the Land Rover lineup. I test drove a Velar, a Range Rover Sport Plug-in Hybrid, a Range Rover Sport P400, and even a Defender. He was extremely knowledgeable, answered every question I had, and never once made me feel pressured. His professionalism and product knowledge made the entire experience enjoyable and educational. When we got to the numbers, we weren’t initially aligned. After several rounds of discussion, I decided it was getting late and headed back toward Dallas. What happened next really impressed me. About ten minutes after I left, Daniel and Jimmy called me and presented financing terms that made sense and worked for both sides. I turned around, went back to the dealership, completed the paperwork, and drove home in my brand-new 2026 Range Rover Sport. I want to sincerely thank Andres, Daniel, and Jimmy for their professionalism, persistence, and outstanding customer service. They took someone who walked into the dealership intending to buy a BMW and turned him into a first-time Land Rover owner. I never would have imagined that I would leave that day in a completely different vehicle, from a brand I had never owned before. If you’re looking for a dealership that values relationships, professionalism, and customer experience, I highly recommend Land Rover West Houston. This team earned my business, and more importantly, they earned my trust.

Great experience purchasing a vehicle from Land Rover Clear Lake. The whole process was very quick, easy and pressure free. Bryson and Rose were both great. Very easy to deal with. There was no excessive back and forth and very minimal waiting. Lastly, finance was quick and easy as well. Jared was awesome. It was probably the fastest sales process I have experienced.

Amazing service from Thanos and the team! Thanos was incredibly responsive to my many questions, provided all the necessary documentation without being requested, and could answer all my Range Rover specific questions without having to consult a manual. When I picked up the car he spent a long time talking me through all the functions, and set up the infotainment and user preferences for me. Previously I had an Escalade that I bought from Sewell Cadillac in Houston - I remember saying to my wife that I didn't know what car I would buy next but I knew I'd buy it from Sewell. I appreciate the level of service, the staff knowledge, and more than anything else I find everyone I deal with to be trustworthy, which is not the case in many dealers. My Escalade was stolen, I was looking for a Range Rover, I didn't know that Sewell had a Land Rover dealer so I looked online. I was really pleased to find a link on the Land Rover USA website. Thano picked up on the first call and looked after me throughout the process. It's not often that buying a new car is a pleasant experience, but this time it was. Since the beginning, I experienced pressure tactics from Gabe the Sales manager. Trying to pressure me to buy the vehicle as we got there. Gabe did not communicate that the vehicle was not ready to sell. The Dishonesty from Gabe promising something and not getting them done on time is still frustrating at this moment. He lacked communication by blaming the sales representative instead of getting the issue resolved himself, and unprofessional conduct by not responding in a professional manner and tone. Include Johnny, the GM cursing at my husband on a phone call when he was asking Johnny to help get the license plates because the permit was already expired and we were driving without the permit. Johnny called us to tell us about his marriage issues and asking about our marriage was unprofessional. It’s been 74 days since I bought my vehicle and I still have not received my license plates in the mail like they said they would send them. Yesterday we had to get roadside assistance urgently because an ugly sound (metal rubbing with metal) was coming from the rear back tires. A very scary moment as we were able to exit the I-10 carefully. The toll truck company guy said that the vehicle had no brake pads anymore. Gabe had said in the past that there were two inspections done to the vehicle to make sure everything was ok and the inspection came out good, that everything was ok. ALL THESE PEOPLE WERE IN CHARGE OF MAKING SURE THE VEHICLE WAS SAFE TO DRIVE AND THEY FAILED. THEY PUT ME, MY HUSBAND, AND MY KIDS IN DANGER OF HAVING A BIG ACCIDENT BY NOT HAVING WORKING BRAKES. WE COULD HAVE DIED. THIS UNACCEPTABLE!!!

Everyone told me to go here. I did and had a basic electrical and brake line issue. They doubled talked me. Basically, it was let us go in there and find out more and oh by the way, its going to cost a lot. In the end they took forever, charged me a ton. I wont go back. I have found another service place that are ethical.
