Sales person Alesha Bailey was professional sincere and interested in our needs as well as excellent in setting up our new Subaru. The financing office staff was marvelous as well. Extremely satisfied and first vehicle we have purchased in NY over the last 30 years. Della made it painless and affordable. Consider Della in any future vehicle purchase as will I.

Worked with Dylan at Della. Great experience purchasing the vehicle I have wanted for a LONG time. He was able to make it happen and got a great deal on my trade in. I purchased the vehicle from Della which was 2 hours away and would highly recommend their entire dealership. They made the process simple. Dylan even took the time to walk me through all of the OnStar and Sirius radio transfers. It was appreciated. Sam was great too as he assisted with some of the paperwork.

I handled financing weeks ahead. When I got into the office, they had change the offer based on incorrect information, and tried to give me *20%* loan. Incompetent and predatory. They swore up and down that this was a reliable car, and would pass inspection for at least a year, probably 2 or 3. It failed less than 6 months later, because of the tires, which I had specifically pointed out. They lied to my face about them being in good condition, and when I brought it up, they said that the *paperwork* said that it wouldn't pass inspection, despite their repeated verbal claims. I also negotiated the price ahead of time. The entire office was *xxxxxx.* When I got there, they clearly thought I was someone they could take advantage of. The woman handling the financing was freaking out, with her boss storming around behind her. They would not let me speak to the owner.

I am a former customer and contractor to the Company. After the former owner, passed away, the new owner's behavior on the phone has been repulsive. Today he told me in very specific terms where I should stick my phone(which would be an anatomically difficult feat). He is no candidate for Mr. Congeniality, and would hope that he is better with the general public than he was with me.

Each time I have gone in to look at new cars, I have been given the threat about tariffs making the cost go up soon, so I should buy now. They also used the tariff excuse as to why they couldn't negotiate the price with me. I did not appreciate it. Finally, when they emailed me about the car (threatening the tariffs again), they wrote my name wrong. I just didn't feel like I was respected. Also, the sales person did not know much about the different lines of vehicles. He had to look it up on the website, and I seemed to know more than him.
