Tyler was a pleasure to deal with during my search for a 4Runner. He kept me informed and provided me with extensive feedback regarding the particular vehicle I was interested in. I live about 90 minutes from White River Toyota, so we exchanged a number of emails, wherein Tyler provided a wealth of information. This gave me the confidence to put down a deposit without having seen the vehicle in person. I subsequently traveled to White River Toyota where I met both Tyler and the 4Runner for the first time. The actual purchase went very smoothly and quickly. I enjoyed meeting Tyler. He is a very pleasant and knowledgeable sales consultant and I would definitely recommend him to anyone purchasing a vehicle from White River Toyota.

Today I called Lebanon Ford about new Ford Edge availability since I was coming from 90 miles away. As promised the vehicle was there and ready for me to test drive. I arrived at 2:30pm and test drove the car while they inspected my potential trade in. The new car was exactly what I wanted and their trade in offer was in line with book plus they offered me incredibly good financing. By 5:30pm all the paperwork and transfers had been done and I was on the road home. I hate to waste time so by God if felt good to deal with professionals.

The Key Honda of Rutland is a bit of a drive, 1 hour and 40 minutes for us. The trip was definitely worth the effort. Staff responds courteously and quickly to all of our questions. The was no "pressure" to close the deal, it was up to us what we wanted. The dealer offered and delivered the car to our door once it was ready. We will definitely come back as buyers on our next vehicle and we definitely recommend the team at the Key Honda in Rutland..

Whatever you do, DO NOT do business with Poulin Auto Sales in Barre, VT! I traded in a 2018 Toyota Camry and bought a 2018 GMC Acadia from these people. The car LITERALLY broke down on the way home. They came and got it the next day, gave me a car to use while they looked into the Acadia. Two weeks later, I got my “new” car back. Then it started bucking like it was having issues switching gears. Their garage said they couldn’t do anything because no codes popped up. Took it to my garage who said I needed a new transmission. Luckily my warranty covered that, but it unfortunately did not stop the bucking. I have had this car for a year and 1000% regret buying from Poulin. I thought being a small family owned company, they wouldn’t rip me off but boy was I wrong. Now I’m going to have to take a pretty big loss and trade it because I just cannot stand driving this car anymore and no one is going to give me what I owe on this xxx. Learn from my mistake and STAY AWAY from Poulin Auto Sales in Barre, VT
