Joe (Greenberg) listened to my wants and needs and we looked at the truck and the price was right. He was very knowledgeable and professional . We came back in the afternoon and Joe had all the paperwork and a nice shinny truck ready to go. I wound up having a minor issue with my truck and Jason Bernhardt My service guy was absolutely amazing I'm a A tech also in the automotive industry and I was extremely pleased with my experience and I am extremely picky when it comes to having to bring my car somewhere for service. I live 40 minutes away from the dealer and because of Jason I would definitely go back there for service

Worst Experience...last Thursday drove an Acadia that I loved the sales person and store manager would negotiate on price. No problem, thanked them for their help and left. Received a text on Thursday night from the Customer Care Team and they asked if they can my price for the car I wanted...if I agreed to pick up on Saturday. I said absolutely! Customer Care Team said they would speak with Manager and get back to me. Received another text Friday that we had a deal, would I be picking up the car on Saturday, I said yes I will be there at 10am...arrived at 10am and was told they sold the car.

BADCADILLAC.com for all the info I went to Johnson Cadillac in March/April of 2024, test drove a car, gave them a $10,000.00 deposit on a 2023 CERTIFIED used Cadillac, signed a bunch of paperwork but NEVER TOOK THE CAR HOME. Why you ask. Because Johnson Cadillac is a corrupt dealership, filled with lying con artists that try feeding on the vulnerable people that come to them looking for a car. The car was a CERTIFiED vehicle and yet before I could take it home it had to be sent out to a third party because the strut was falling off the car, the control arm was bent and it needed a front end alignment. It needed all this AFTER it was sold to me as a CERTIFiED used Cadillac with a 172 point checklist that specifically stated struts, control arms and alignment were good. It got no better at Johnson Dodge, the sister store, when I went there to explain the problems considering Johnson CADILLAC couldn’t figure anything out. The sales manger at Johnson Cadillac told me face to face that they don’t have a front end rack there, don’t inspect the front ends of any cars prior to certifying them and as a matter of fact he assured me that NONE of the vehicles that have left Johnson Cadillac have ever had a full 172 point inspection prior to selling them CERTIFIED. They feed on people like YOU. I told them I’m not like the others so I’m doing a good deed and warning people about the despicable, conniving, deceitful thieves that call Johnson Cadillac their home. I have fully documented my experience with these people and was forced to send them an email calling them out on all their malicious behavior. They NEVER responded. I brought a dvd player in to be repaired. It was working and playing movies but my toddler had put coins in the machine so it made a whirring sound. I paid $130 for them to take the coins out and had been told that the DVD player was working. Got it home and it did not work at all. So essentially I paid them to break the device and they will not honor the repair and fix it for me without having to pay them again. Which means they are calling me a liar and claiming that it worked when they gave it to me but it did not. They are dishonest swindlers. Do not do business with them.
