Thomas was very knowledgeable, friendly and very patient answering questions. I received a call the following day after going home with the new car to inform me I had left a pair of glasses in my old car. He continues to call often to check to make sure we’re enjoying the car. I asked if he would have time to go over some things I’m still not familiar with on the new car and he generously offered to help me navigate these issues, This is our first Toyota and we’re not too familiar with all the wonderful options on the car. Thomas went over and beyond with helping us and he made the buying experience a lot less frustrating and we enjoyed the experience. We look forward to dealing with him in the future.

Was in the market to upgrade our Toyota Highlander 2008 Limited earlier purchased at this dealership. Obviously, being as we loved that SUV, we bought an 2021 certified used Highlander. It was a no brainer. Financially we received over $ 1000.00 credit for having serviced the 2008 SUV at Team Toyota throughout the many years of ownership. Secondly, we had concerns with driving with a physical disability.Mechanically, the 2021 Highlander could be adapted in the future if needed for transferring to a wheelchair from the driver's seat. Rich Kearney, our salesman, was such a decent human being. We were treated with kindness and courtesy. Rich understands what he sells and believes in the products. He took time to explain the functioning of the vehicle and obtained a owner's manual for the vehicle which we preferred to an online manual. Overall, from sales to finance, it was a great experience.

This was the worst experience I have had in years at a service shop. I do. Not recommend them. I paid $350 for my oil change. I did not even get my $30 coupon, from the website. All they did was a diagnosis, an oil change and a wheel rotation, for nothing to be wrong. The tech even said it was a waste of money. The tech was Anthony Diaz, he never checked in with me. He sent. Text at 12 ish, and I texted back and he never responded. I was there 2 1/2 hours. I went to him to see my car was done. He didn’t even tell me. I saw. All the people who were after me left before me, there reps talk to them. Do not use this place Toyota of Runnemede for service, you will not be happy and you will be there all day.
