We just purchased our first car from Pumpkin. My wife and I enjoyed the entire experience. Khristian greeted us outside on a very hot July afternoon. He brought us into the showroom along with a few cars for us to inspect, away from the hot sun. He then introduced us to Franck Freon, the owner who took care of us. Franck sure knows how to select his inventory (very impressive). Following our test drive and Q&A, Franck brought us into his office. We closed on our choice without the back and forth between sales rep, manager, etc. This was top shelf!! Emily handled the rest of the transaction. She took care of the credit and payment options, etc. The whole process was easier and quicker than any other car purchase we ever made. Emily was organized, attentive and experienced. She also demonstrated all the features in the car plus a complete Q&A. Before leaving, we met Gina Freon who was gracious and supportive and told us to come back and visit anytime!! Thank you to the "Pumpkin Family"!!!

My wife used to own a Jeep Cherokee that she traded in a few years ago. I searched the internet and found a new 2023 Jeep Cherokee, leftover at this dealership that is over 100 miles away from where I live. I called and worked with Demetrius. He was a great please to work with. When we were close to a deal the manager Jay called me and got me to a price that was in my budget. It was very low pressure and I was happy that I was able to get the deal done over the phone. It only took a little over an hour to do all the paperwork. And the payment ended up being about $10 per month lower. When we were done Demetrius had a bouquet of flower for my wife (nice touch). He walked us through the delivery process and answered all of our questions. I was very impressed with all the staff I encountered with their professionalism and kindness. Definitely would recommend this wonderful family run dealership.

This is our second Subaru from Ciocca and it was the most hassle-free experience we have ever had when purchasing a vehicle. We LOVE our Onyx Edition Subaru and the wonderful features it comes with. Plus the Turbo WOW and just the whole package including the black rims. Highly recommended to start your search at Ciocca because even if you don't buy a Subaru, you will find the vehicle that is right for you. But get a Subaru already! Also talk to Elvis who will put you at ease and help you through the entire sales process. Looking forward to years of safe driving. I agree with everything said in the reviews above. I wish I would have read this prior to my purchasing the vehicle. They were nice up until the sale. Then all the the rules changed. They delivered the car 1 day late, and the car didn't come with all the special "extras" that every car comes with. ie Wheel Locks and sunroof deflector. They said these came with the car, they were not on the car. Yet they were on my buyers invoice. I did have to pay for them. The service and sales deptartments equally are terrible. Service Deptarment is an ultimate JOKE.. PLEASE LISTEN to my complaints. They are all the truth. Today I took my 1 month old car to get redetailed and all the the "defects" fixed. Waited from 9:30 am to 1:00. The car was "finished". When I obviously noticed "defects" I wanted fixed were not. The sales man came out and told me I have been unhappy since day one and that is just too bad. If I want to wait again then MAYBE they can work on those things I wanted fixed. I am NOT a picky person. These are things I PAID FOR!!!This dealership provides poor quality service. Overall.

Never had a problem with them and don't expect to. I refer to them anytime someone even mentions they are looking for a car or a new mechanic.

This Mini Cooper was a piece of junk from For starters , there was no oil on the dipstick . The oil light kept on coming on and it took 3 qts. 2 days later the light came on again it it was low again. Thete was no visible leak and very little smoke from tailpipe. I dont travel far, just around town and it was going through oil like crazy! Also I guess they never checked the air conditioning, the fuse blows right away and I traced it to a shorted field coil on the ac compressor. Also there is no way you didn't know that it stalls at just about every light. Now the motor went bad on my way to dr today. The car sputtered and died. Found that the coolant entered crankcase. Either crack head or block. Possibility a head gasket. I was able to deal with the little xxxxxxxx but this takes the cake!!!!! Leaving vehicle where it sits. KEEP IT!!!! After multiple phone call and emails the dealership has yet to respond. I did purchase an extended warranty and the salessloth made it very clear that gaskets were not covered. He knew ahead of time it had a failed gasket and really made sure I knew that’s not covered beforehand. The motors no good and the gasket failed and caused the motor to go bad so nothings covered. A whole 40 miles I drove with this car! Jerry is a true snake!

This is no doubt the worst experience I have ever had buying a used van, OMG ,He first told me that he would give me 1000.00 for my trade and thats was cool,then after I drove my van 74 miles home and 74 miles back with my 1000.00 deposit, he changed his mind and he didnt even want my van then, I dont know what not a man of his word. He had me stuck with two vans and again he changed the deal the van had a rack in the back he told me he would have that removed , welll it was still there, I had to take it out, the van was so greasy inside,I had to almost steam clean it...the we made a deal to pay at the dealership office every week, which I did every week for 7 weeks then I go in and find out he sold my loan to a fly by night company in Georga for the rest of the loan, I never got any paperwork from the company for two weeks after but as per his instructions I continued to pay there every week, he and the company agreed to have my checks sent to them till I get the paperwork myself , well one day I was informed that I was one payment behind, he never send in the payment for payment #9 causing me to repay the #9 payment again he said he sent it back to me I never saw the returned check,another lie...well its almost paid and I guess I will have to pay the lasy lost payment because I was threatened if I didnt I would not get my Title ...I guess I will have to sue Chris and affordable auto for the small but mighty last payment.. PEOPLE PEOPLE PEOPLE DO NOT i SAID NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS SO CALLED COMPANY, THEY DID NOTHING BUT RIP ME OFF AND CHANGE THE AGREEMENT FOR THE SALE SEVERAL TIMES.. Heed my warning DONT BUY anything there...this is just my personal opinion and its all the truth.....

Harry is a well-known entity in the area. He has little overhead, so he doesn't have to make thousands on the vehicles you trade to him - he always gives an extreme premium on trades vs. dealers. He has several dealers he uses to source whatever new vehicle you are looking for. His prices aren't the best - they are only as good as the dealer that supplies him for that particular vehicle, however, the fact you get a premium on the trade on top of the most important part - NO HASSLES - keeps me and my family coming back for more. The actual transaction can take as little as 10 minutes! there is no haggling or any of the nonsense that occurs at dealerships. He shows you the price faxed from the dealer, with his cut on top, and that is that. Take it or leave it. You will have to keep after him if you have him searching for a specialty vehicle but he is basically a one man band so I never get frustrated with the fact that I have to do some follow-up with him here and there. He does have multiple options for financing no matter what you credit situation is. I have been using the local credit union on his recommendation and that has worked out very well.

I bought my vehicle from Joshua Motors 3 months ago. Since then I have had numerous issues with it including one now that will cost me over $600 to get repaired, the mechanic has made known to me that the vehicle has had this problem and I was sold the vehicle this way. Upon calling Joshua Motors I spoke to very arrogant salespeople and after 24 hours finally got to speak to a manager who was by far the rudest person I've spoken to in the dealership. Their customer service skills are horrendous, they are not accommodating and basically told me you bought the car you have to deal with problems. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. Save your time and money and Shop elsewhere, Joshua Motors is by far the worst dealership I've ever dealt with in my lifetime

I went to Rob Jacob's Used Auto Sales to look at their selection of cars. I had minimal funds, and honestly, was new to buying cars. Being that my first car was given to me, I had no clue on how to go about buying (and the process involved). After looking at Rob's inventory, I found a car I really liked. I took it out for a drive and loved it. I asked Rob for a Carfax, everything checked out to my liking. I ended up buying the car for what I believe to be a more than fair price. The car (2001 Ford Focus SE) is in amazing condition for its mileage (125,000). Rob and his mechanic, and his secretary were so helpful and so patient with all of my questions. I am more than satisfied with my purchase, and I will definitely recommend to anyone in search (or thinking about buying) a used vehicle. I will go back myself for future car purchases as well. Great place, wonderful people. Consider checking Rob's lot out if you would like a car - you won't be disappointed.
