Employees at service never heard of a funnel for adding oil after oil change. Engine shroud oil drip marks all over it , also front plastic over radiator area full of oil running marks never heard of towels to place items on. All this was clean when I bought the car and only have oil changed there.

We decieded to give Tasca another chance. We have taken my Escape in for service twice before and it was an all day process. Inspection, tire rotation, and oil change. This time took less time . One hour twenty minutes. Last times were 8 hours and 5 hours. It was horrible! It seems some attitudes have changed for the better. Will resume taking my car there!

Wayne County Ford was great to deal with. Due to the current supply situation, I had to order a vehicle but they made this easy and even though it took much longer than expected to arrive they were friendly to deal with. I traded my vehicle in when I ordered, and in the 10 Months it took Ford to make the vehicle they honored the order price, handled the trade paperwork and taxes properly, and didn’t add on any Administrative fees that many other dealer are doing for these high demand ordered vehicles. In a tough market where new vehicles are just hard to get, they are doing a great job and being very honest and reliable. Things have changed in the way vehicles are purchased and sold, and they are adapting well to this new market.

Purchased a 2021 Jeep Wrangler from Ray Price Ford and I love it. Working with Joe he got me all the information I requested, even sending videos of the vehicle. I was greeted at the front of the dealership with a warm welcome from Joe, and was in and out within an hour. I traveled 3 hours for this vehicle and was immediately impressed by the dealership and the professionalism. I also dealt with Stuart who will surely make it a memorable buying experience, full of personality. I truly enjoyed the entire buying experience and their willingness to work with someone out of state and making the whole process smooth. I found this dealership on Autotrader as I was looking for a Toyota Avalon to replace the one destroyed by a deer. They gave me a deeply discounted price on the 2000 Avalon in the ad. It was well worth the 150 miles I drove from Maryland to pick it up and drive it home. The entire transaction went smoothly and they only charged me $99 for dealer prep and that included the 60-day Pennsylvania T-tag. A truly stress free experience and I would drive the 150 miles again to do business with them. Kudos to Squire and Conor!

DISHONEST PRACTICES - Ras

I recently took my car in for an inspection. Car is only three years old and with low mileage. Warranty has run out on parts like brakes, battery, etc. Was told that I needed brakes and rotors. Had a feeling that this was not true. Took my vehicle to another station. Was told I DID NOT NEED brakes or rotors, and my car passed inspection. So sad when a dealership has to be dishonest in order to make money off of their customers. Also have been having transmission problems with my 2013 Ford Fiesta and have had the car to the shop FOUR times and car is not even four years old yet. Would never return to DelBaso for any vehicle EVER!!!!!

I am talking specifically about their diesel repair shop. I have a 2006 f250 6.0. My HPOP went out and I had them fix it. Their repair lasted a couple months until the brand new stand pipe started leaking due to a Crack from being over torqued. The truck had to be towed. The dealership found the cracked stand pipe, a nicked O- ring pn an injector dumping fuel into the crankcase and the number 4 injector totally failed (they replaced all of the injectors, the HPOP, the stand pipes and dummy plugs and the IPR. Costing $5000). The truck was down for 3 months while they hunted down all the problems caused by their faulty work. Then, over the past few months, I had the exhaust Y pipe to the turbo start leaking. Didn't think much of it until I started working on it. It turns out they didn't torque the turbo stand correctly so it started moving. The movement is what caused the Y pipe to go bad. Not I'm replacing the head gaskets. I don't think thays their fault, but they didn't torque the intake manifold correctly, so it's loose. They also didn't put the egr cooler support boot is, so that stated leaking as well. I also found many other bolts not torqued to specification. Some loose, some over torqued. This service center is a joke... and a bad one at that. If you value your time, money and your truck, stay far far away from this shop.

H.L. Stephens is a rural dealership with no bells and whistles attatched. They are honest, and there is no stress attatched when purchasing a new vehicle. My wife and I have purchased 17 new cars in the last 29 years. We have been to countless dealerships, and never have we been more satisfied with the experience that H.L. Stephens gave us. They are more than competitive with price, too. Our last two vehicles purchased were from there. Our last vehicle, a 2012 Ford Explorer, we ordered over the phone, not having to show our trade in vehicle because she trusted us. This was convienent. Most dealerships waste my time, looking under the hood, and telling us how terrible our trade is. By the way, this purchase with trade difference was $8,300 cheaper than Coccia Ford in Plains, Pennsylvania, and we spent 2 hours there wasting my valuable time. Most other dealerships give you a song and dance routine that I don't appreciate. We can't believe H.L. Stephens is no longer going to be in business after 96 years. My thought is Ford Motor Co. has pushed them out.
