I needed to purchase a company vehicle and didn’t want to waste time. Unfortunately, I started with two other local Toyota dealerships instead of Sloane and both were a mess. My requests were ignored, I was forced into the outdated car-buying routine of sitting in a cubicle while a sales rep vanished for 45 minutes, only to return with a manager to pressure the deal and tell me the car they claimed to have wasn’t actually available. I then contacted Sloane, clearly explained what I wanted and the terms under which I would buy and it turned into the single best car-buying experience of my life. No games. Just honest answers. They delivered exactly what they promised, including getting the vehicle to me within 15 minutes in a completely frictionless process. Alex Jackson and Jamie Findley were true professionals and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants to experience how buying a car should feel.

Was promised two key fobs and then they could only find one and tried to tell me my car only came with one. Thankfully I had a screenshot of the listing from their website and they had another one made- which wasn't convenient bc I live over an hour away and they wouldn't even mail it to me. My salesman Hector was extremely rude and aggressive after I bought my car and had issues with the car play and tires. When I told him he was being disrespectful he said "what are you going to do about it?" Manager Odie was standing right there and told him to cool down and that was it. Had to come back three times to have small issues taken care of. Overall terrible experience here. Still haven't received plates after three weeks. 0/10, DNR this dealership.

I went to this dealer because I thought they were professionals. I only asked for tire replacement, wheel alignment, and balancing. Of course, they had to do their video inspection and check things I didn’t ask for. They inspected the filters and didn’t put them back properly. The tire balance wasn’t done correctly either, as my car was still vibrating at 65mph. I went back, and they re balanced the tires improperly again. I also asked for proof of the alignment that I paid for, but they didn’t have it, so I requested them to check again. Turns out, the alignment was also off. I told Mr. Carl I’d go to another mechanic, and he simply said “very good.” I decided to stop and go somewhere else. I ended up at Keystone Discount Tire Center, where experienced mechanics work. They fixed the alignment, and the vibration at high speed went away. What I learned is that while dealers may seem professional with their nice service advisors and waiting areas, they often don’t have experienced mechanics. Mechanics at small, independent shops care more about your car because it’s their own business, and they don’t want to risk their reputation. Dealers, on the other hand, often have high turnover and less experienced mechanics.

Refused to even entertain a price that didn’t include their ‘silent security/theft guard’ and ‘complete care’ like these things were mandatory. Also registration and dmv fee when you’re transferring plates does not cost 424.44$ . It literally costs 4.50$ to transfer plates and another 80 or so to register. So because they were absolutely unwilling to listen to what I wanted which was to pay the taxes, doc fee and dmv outright and I didn’t want their ridiculous up charges of almost 2500$, they lost the deal. I low balled my offer intentionally so they could meet me somewhere in the middle (they took 750$ off msrp but completely stopped listening to me and shook my hand and said bye, we’ll try to find you a used one! All bc I didn’t want to pay their ridiculous up charges and I wanted to structure the financing MY way. I just contacted another dealer
