We’ve been going back and forth with Hertrich ford Elkton for 4 months trying to resolve a transmission issue on our 2020 F-150 (10 speed transmission). They say it’s fixed, then the problems continue. They even left clamps in place disabling the heater and tried to pass it off as an unrelated issue to charge us a diagnostic fee to discover their mistake. The issue has yet to be resolved and in spite of the continued inconvenience of having our truck in their repair facility, they limit the ability of their shuttle driver to help me get back home. I can forgive mistakes if there is an apology and willingness to own the error and learn but their stubborn refusal to accept responsibility and continue to make excuses is astounding.

Ed Ryan and his team did a great job replacing the motor in my 2012 f150 3.5 ecoboost. Work was done in a timely matter along with frequent updates on the status of work being completed. The service team also took detailed pictures of the old damaged motor during tear down. Ed was even able to negotiate with ford corporate to help assist me financially with the repairs being done. The truck was fully detailed and ready for pickup. One year before this, I purchased a 2016 Ford Edge from bayshore in Pennsville and both times it was a good experience and they are a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend.
