My husband told the service department to check the tires’ air pressure. They did not. They should have. Any time a vehicle is serviced, this should be done, especially when a customer requests it specifically. Other than that, it was good work.

Dishonest and incompetent - walker

I had multiple problems with this dealership. I had called beforehand to inquire about the car I was purchasing and a price was agreed upon. When I got to the dealership, they kept trying to increase the price and get me to buy additional extras. They stalled, making me sit there for almost 4 hours while trying to convince me to pay more. I was lied to about several features. I specifically asked about navigation updates and was told there was no cost and it would be done automatically. After I got home and looked through the owner's manual, I found that was a lie. I was told I would have Sirius XM Radio and NissanConnect for 12 months. They both expired a few months later. I left the dealership with under a half tank of gas after being told they would fill the tank before I took possession of the car. While all of these issues may seem rather small, ultimately they totaled well over $1000 in additional expenses when combined. They were supposed to have had the state safety check done to cover the next 12 months. It expired a few months after I purchased the car. They charged me for two years of licensing and I was later told by DMV that Sheehy had given me expired plates. I had to pay a second time to get new license plates. I was lucky I didn't get pulled over during that time or I would have had to pay a fine for expired plates on top of everything else. A few months after my purchase, Sheehy sent a check for a little over $8 with no explanation. They sent it to the wrong address so I didn't get it until months later, after it could no longer be cashed. The check amounted to a SMALL fraction of what I was owed. For weeks after I purchased the car, I kept getting phone calls saying they needed me to send pictures of the mileage on the odometer because they hadn't recorded it and they needed other information on the car. I was out of state at the time so could not respond to their repeated requests for information to cover their incompetence. The messages they left were always vague and non-specific. When I finally did speak with a representative, I was 2000 miles away from the car and unable to provide the documentation they neglected to record. I absolutely would not go back to this dealership, if they were the last one on earth. I doubt i'll be buying another Nissan.

I purchased my car from there about a year ago. Mr. Ahmed went beyond what was neccesar to make sure I was a satisfied customer. From the time you start shopping until you purchase and then every time you have service or any inquiries, Timbrook Nissan staff are there to help you. Greg Shumaker is an excellent salesman. He is very attentive and always aiming to please. He follows up on new sales and checks in with customers to see if they need anything. Inquiries are handled quickly and satisfactorily. I feel like he is my personal salesman! He is definitely my “go to” when I need anything!

Paid 24.95 for them to shut off brake monitor sensor on my dash I could’ve done myself. It stated on the bill to shut off in settings. This dealership is a joke and sad that take advantage of people that don’t know mechanics.

Worst experience ever with a sales manager called Patrick. Please find Colton if anyone wants to make a purchase without pain. I am looking for stores to make a purchase for a new CX-5. While I made an online inquiry on Truecar, Colton called me but he can't compete with the other quotes I have on hand. He did send me a message and told me to feel free to reach him out anytime if I have any questions. I figured out the lower quotes I have on hand tend to ask for higher monthly payments, so I called Colton back, unfortunately, he is off. After I talked with a sales person over the phone, a manager called Patrick called me back. He tended to be aggressive on the phone call. Especially, when I asked the lease terms, he refused to give me lease terms unless I GIVE HIM MY SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER. [He said it's their policy, they only can provide me the numbers after pulling my credit scores. Can't believe it's something happening in Lynchburg.] After I asked him to whether I can talk with another sales manager, he became very aggressive: he told me he was the only sales manager there, no matter I called there tomorrow, next day, next day, next day, he would be the only one. Eventually, (I was literally shaking at the other end of the phone), I asked him if I could talk to another salesperson, he refused. He told me they would give me the exactly same information. While I insisted to talk with another person, he started to not listen to me at all. He said thank you and hung up. I tried to call the Lynchburg Mazda back [trying to talk with someone to report my experience], I found out my number was blocked. I think my experience might not represent the average customer experiences, but it does show the business styles of Patrick. My only hope at here is he won't call me back with any curse words due to the review.

I’ve bought tons of cars and as a woman, I’m always worried I’m not getting a fair deal but Bob Kemp was amazing!!!! He was so laid-back and there was zero pressure. He showed me a breakdown of all the costs and explain them and even print it out the same car with an F 50 or 60 mile radius and that they had the number one price. Highly recommend colonial Nissan. It’s our second purchase from them. Go see Bob Kemp!!
