Carter (Service Writer) was great, and precise. He provided options without any “sales pressure”. Though I was there for the airbag warranty, I chose to have my spark plugs replaced, (vehicle at 124,000 mi). Though it seemed expensive for 6 plugs and “gaskets”; @ $521.00 it was completed in 5 hrs.

Hi all my wife and I just purchased a new 2500 HD from Boyd. It was our first time at the dealership nice clean and organized placed. I have purchased quite few vehicles in my 70 years and had a great experience. I connected with Chuck hitch told him what I wanted to look at and he had it ready and waiting upon our arrival. Chuck was a great salesman, not pushy at all and was knowledgeable about the truck. He’s just an all-around nice guy. I would definitely buy from him again if you go there, make sure you ask for Chuck

The rear hatch on my SRX wouldn’t open any more. I took it to a Cadillac dealership who advised me that the issue was un-fixable as the necessary part was no longer available. In desperation, I called Randy Marion Cadillac for a second opinion. The receptionist connected me with Danny who knew what my problem was even before I had the chance to tell him I already knew. They fixed the problem with a brand new part and cleaned my car so well, my wife yelled at me for buying new rims. Danny was personable, knowledgable and responsive. Since he was able to save me some money from the original quote (one of the parts turned out to be unnecessary), he offered to also repair another issue (strong salesman’s skills). I couldn’t be happier. Kudos to senior management for running a tight ship, Danny my advisor and to the mechanics. Nice job !

I called and spoke with Brittney, a sales supervisor, who was informative and courteous, and we made plans to look at it the next morning. Skip this dealership and go elsewhere in Asheville/Morganton/Rutherfordton/Burnsville areas. As an out of state customer, I was interested in a cash $75k+ purchase because the truck I wanted was in their inventory. The salesman was irritated that I had not read an email he sent with the final numbers on the evening that he emailed them to me. I told him that I reviewed them the next morning and had a couple of questions. I asked Mr. McNeely two questions about the accessories on the truck and whether the delivery fee could be waived. He immediately said, "you are just making this too hard and we either get this done today or we're going to have to move on." This was literally within three days of my first contact with the Sales Manager and my second conversation with McNeely. I was, and continue to be, dumbfounded. Business must be great for this dealership to treat a new customer this way that would have probably closed on the deal the next day and picked it up in the next few days (since they wouldn't waive the delivery fee). I live 200 miles away and work full time and have a family...not an unreasonable request. After thinking through it, my guess is another customer drove onto the lot and wanted the vehicle. Proves these folks (Sales and Management) have no integrity and are simply lazy. Please go elsewhere. Who knows what these people with no character will do to the next unsuspecting customer....just honest feedback folks!
