The service team was exceptionally helpful, friendly, and even offered going the extra mile by promising me a ride to the nearest car rental company. I was treated with total respect and actually felt like I was working with friends instead of the usual customer/vendor relationship. I was kept informed on the status of my vehicle through text messages and phone calls. I was even called by Judy to inform me that she had moved my vehicle inside the shop since my windshield was destroyed and rain was imminent in the Bennettsville area. I HIGHLY recommend using this dealership for any and all vehicle service work!

Customer service is terrible. I mean this with the utmost respect that their customers service is selective, prestigious and projecting. No matter whom I dealt with with an exception of a few, each staff representative has been rude and sarcastic but being who I am I can also dish it. The moral of the story show more class and patience. I mean I'm here now for an appointment and by the time I was finally acknowledged after the gentleman has already introduced me to women staff where neither even recognized me with a greeting until minutes later as I stood there patiently because out of the two women one I had previously encountered many times who is flat out evil. She has on a yellow shirt and black shorts today with short hair and never shows growth or maturity. But when the other lady finally got to me she spoke as if I needed a lecture before listening and learning. I mean don't be upset with me or any other customer because you're having a bad morning or even if we had bad experiences before, this is a new day. I'm always respectful but I do speak my truth. So no apologies needed just do better in your actions. Edit: 9.3.26 8:47 pm would like to give an updated review on my prior concerns. Although I still recognize that customer services lacks prestigious representation at times, I would like to recognize Sherri for fulfilling her role and duties and ensuring that my concerns were addressed and respectfully identifying what led to the initial review. I wanted a blue truck, only found red, black and white. They searched and found me a 2026 Colorado that was loaded with everything I wanted and more in another state. When I returned, Natalia finished the paperwork and ensured that I received all discounts that was offered at time of sale. If I could leave zero stars, I would. Beware of this very shady company. I purchased a 2020 Grand Cherokee from them, and less than a month later the vehicle broke down. I contacted the salesperson who sold me the vehicle, and was basically told, “It’s a used car.” He also told me the warranty they sold me would cover everything and instructed me to take the Jeep to a dealership for repairs. After the dealership inspected the vehicle, they found it wouldn’t even pass inspection. Since purchasing the vehicle, I’ve had to spend several thousand dollars on repairs, including: 2 new batteries 2 motor mounts Battery-to-alternator wiring replacement Alternator replacement Radio replacement Driveshaft replacement Water pump replacement Rear trunk motor replacement Thermostat replacement This vehicle should never have been sold in the condition it was in. The warranty was also extremely misleading. They claimed it was their “highest package” and would cover just about everything, but when it came time to use it, I found out it wouldn’t cover dealership labor rates because the dealership charged more per hour. After being instructed to take it there to only pay deductible. Overall, this has been a terrible experience. I strongly recommend thinking twice before buying a vehicle from this company. Learn from my mistake and take your business elsewhere.

As I have several questions on the extend warranty coverage. I have yet to receive a return call to my inquiry. I found their lack of a reply to be very unprofessional…. Shameful For Capital Chevrolet of Shallotte to treat a customer! Beware of this treatment!!!
