I usually work with Maverick, but this day he was already - Retundra Johnson

I usually work with Maverick, but this day he was already booked with an appointment and I was a walk-in. Before his appointment, he still took the time to let me test-drive the vehicle I was interested in and made sure I was connected with someone who could answer all my questions. Thank you, Maverick, for taking time out of your busy schedule to make sure I was taken care of. I truly appreciate you going above and beyond, even though you already had an appointment scheduled. Your kindness and willingness to help made a big difference in my experience.

Kenny and Marlos were absolutely amazing. - Madyson Waters

Kenny and Marlos were absolutely amazing. Kenny Beasley was our salesman and he made the process so smooth, pulled the car immediately and walked me through all car features. Marlos immediately started working on my power of attorney and had all the paperwork ready to sign in a matter of 30 minutes. Kenny had patience with me and my two screaming children, allowing me to feel comfortable in my decision. I highly recommend if you are military, dealing with a POA, or just wanting a good experience.

I had a pleasant experience with Havana Ford. - Mike H.

I had a pleasant experience with Havana Ford. I'll admit that some of the communication seemed a little juggled at times but was ultimately pleased with the results of my purchase.

We were car shopping online and found they have the vehicle we like. Contacted them via email and they were very friendly and they responded quickly. Understood our budget limit and kept us updated if there's any changes on the price. Special thanks to John King who patiently answered my questions about the vehicle. Unfortunately we could not make a deal but I would recommend them.

I had a issue with my truck of 14 years and they were able to no only work with me in trying to get my initial issue taken care of, but also helped with additional problems I had asked them to take care of going above and beyond to be accommodating. I can not thank them enough for their work and highly recommend them to anyone needing repairs.

I had the pleasure of working Lee Boyett, and he was - Tiffany and Linda

I had the pleasure of working Lee Boyett, and he was amazing. He answered all of my questions, and personalized my experience. I drove away in 2023 Nissan Altima and I absolutely love it. If you’re interested in new vehicle, and you want to work with someone who doesn’t pressure you but listens to your needs, go see Lee and tell him Tiffany and Linda sent you.

I wish there was spots to give everyone kudos. - N.Marie

I wish there was spots to give everyone kudos. I did not find a rude or snake-type person in the entire bunch! The service people even treat you fantastically. Everyone says hello, opens the doors, doesn't point but will walk with you to your location. Oh and popcorn from the express lube is a plus too. As far as the sales team, that is the fastest I have been in and out of a dealership ever. Not loaded with crazy mark ups. Bethany really listened, and made sure I was in the right vehicle for my needs!! I also loved the family feeling from the managers and everyone else. They didn't hide in a box, or look down at you. They came out, they met us. Chad even made finance not that painful!

I had shopped online and found a car I liked. - leisajon68

I had shopped online and found a car I liked. It was on the Thomasville lot, so I made an appt. to test drive online Sunday night. Monday morning I received a call from salesman Hunter Rondello from Thomasville office. He was the best salesman I have ever dealt with. He was professional, kind, honest and made the purchase so easy and quick. Best experience ever buying a vehicle. He followed up after purchase and has promptly answered my questions in regard to my purchase. Best car buying experience I have had. Thank you Hunter for all of your hard work.

Service department was terrible they spilt oil all over - dstreetman

Service department was terrible they spilt oil all over my engine and then on the way home home it got all over my vehicle. They took my vehicle back the next day to clean it and it is still a mess they didn't clean anything. It is evident that they don't care about your investment because you spend 50 to 60 thousand so now that they have your money they could care less about helping you keep it appropriately maintained! They didn't even fill the oil completely so be aware! They should fix the problem that THEY created!!! If I was their boss they would all have been terminated immediately!!!!

This is the worst dealership in Georgia. - mdstrans50

This is the worst dealership in Georgia. Took over a month to payoff trade. Mike at the dealership is a “BIG LIAR” stay away from this guy. Almost screwed up my credit by not paying off my vehicle in a timely manner. I had to drive from the Tallahassee, Fl. area back to the dealership to make them payoff my trade-in and print a check for a late payment on the trade-in.

I had a very disappointing experience with management. - Karna

I had a very disappointing experience with management. Steven and Spencer were rude and unprofessional on the phone, and there seemed to be a lack of accountability for their actions. A vehicle was sold without a title, which has caused significant delays for the customer. It has now been two months with no paperwork. Stay away from this dealership at all costs. ZERO STARS.

My sales person was Trev Simmons super nice and gave me a great deal on my purchase of a 2023 Ford Mavrick and trade in value for my old car. And he addressed any questions I had about the Mavrick and showed me how to use anything in the vehicle. I highly recommend the Dealership and sales person I worked with and other people I dealt with there.

If it was possible to give zero stars I would. - Disappointed in John

If it was possible to give zero stars I would. I called and spoke with John in service. I told John I would be dropping my vehicle off for service. I specifically asked for a certain tech to work on my car. He has been working on my car for years. Come to find out my car was never given to the tech I requested. I don't appreciate my request being ignored. If a service writer can't follow a simple request, will he be able to relay the proper information to get my car fixed properly? Every other time I requested a certain tech work on my car; it's been given to him. Why John took it upon himself to give my car to whomever he wanted it beyond me.
