Bought a used vehicle. Number of issues with the car. Calls to salesman, sales manager and general manager were ignored. Head office would not help. No action until I physically showed up at the dealership. No customer service. Lack of courtesy and dismissive attitude at all levels within the dealership. Get a VIN search. Check out OMVIC for dealership regulations.

I don't know that I've ever been able to say that it was a pleasure to buy a car, but these folks made it a great experience from start to finish. They were quick to answer my questions about the vehicle, and we quickly agreed on a fair price. I was an out-of-state buyer, and they offered to pick me up at the airport (1 hour, 15 min drive) and stayed open late to allow me time to get there. Everyone I encountered was friendly and professional. They were located a few miles away from the row of brand-new car dealerships coming into town, and their showroom is little older and less fancy, but if you're in the area and looking for a Nissan at a fair price in a low-pressure environment, this is the place for you.
