Overall, I’m very happy with my new CR-V and appreciate the effort the team put in to get us into the right vehicle in the end. The negotiation process was productive, and they ultimately honored the numbers we discussed, which I appreciated.
That said, the experience wasn’t without some frustrations. Communication could definitely be improved. There were multiple moments of confusion regarding vehicle availability, trim level, and inventory, and I often felt like information was inconsistent depending on who I spoke with.
Post-sale follow-up also left room for improvement. I was encouraged to “reach out anytime,” but when I later emailed and texted with a few simple follow-up questions, responses were either minimal or nonexistent. Even when I did receive replies, they often lacked the level of helpfulness or guidance I would expect after making a major purchase.
In the end, I do believe the people involved were trying to help, and I’m genuinely happy with the vehicle itself. I just think the dealership would benefit from more organized communication and stronger customer follow-through after the sale.
