If you're looking for a salesman who is honest, quick to respond, and makes you feel like your time is worth while- Then talk to Jacob Gillette. After shopping for a used car in the 30k-35k range and talking to multiple dealerships he is the salesman that stood out tremendously out of the 10+ I had spoken with. Don't believe me? Take it for yourself when you call and ask for Jacob specifically. Ultimately I did not buy a car from Jacob as another dealership gave me a deal I could not pass up (hopefully it doesn't bite me), but even after i let Jacob know that- He didn't pressure me one bit. He asked if there was anything at all he could do to EARN our business (I was impressed with this terminology, as all the separate salesmen i spoke with at other dealerships i didnt seem to matter to them), and didn't make me feel guilty about passing him up. I'll be looking for a full sized truck soon due to a baby on the way- I will absolutely be reaching out to him. You should too if you want to support a salesman that isn't pushy and isn't just in it for the money, he seemed like he actually WANTED to sell me a car, which I found out nowadays is surprisingly hard to find. Curry Chevrolet- hope you realize this employees worth, not often dealerships receive positive reviews after not even buying a car lol

We were greeted by a very pleasant sales consultant Steve Caudill . He was very professional and knowledgeable of the inventory and was very easy to work with. Hello, all! If you're reading these reviews, I bet you're probably in the market for a new vehicle. Well, I'm not here to tell you if Gates is the place for your new purchase, but I am quite prepared to say you should never try to get a vehicle serviced at this dealership! I came to Gate and attempted to have my low-mileage, under-warranty vehicle diagnosed for a knocking sound. After a 2.5 hour wait (was told 1 hour, and watched another customer enter, get service, a loaner, and leave before me) a serviceman approached me and outright refused to diagnose the issue, stating their refusal was due to 'snow on the ground', and that I should come back when it's nicer outside. Seriously! As soon as I left their service center and hit the road at 20mph, the knocking was CLEARLY audible! After calling the service center to set a date and time *they* find appropriate, and not being given one, I requested to speak to the floor manager. The gentleman I spoke to was very pleasant and helpful, but said he could not arrange a diagnostic until the following week, which I found unacceptable. I'm sure their salesman are quite genial and the deals superb, but I would suggest staying away from their service center: they seem selective about who they want to serve and who they do not.
