The grounds and facilities are pretty clean aside from the bathroom… I had already done three weeks of research on my next vehicle, and I on my last test drive tour. GMC and Chevy were my final 2. I was looking to purchase a vehicle when I arrived, I walked around the showroom, then outside to view your lot, then the showroom again and I almost left because no one greeted me inside, and no one came outside to see if I needed any help. I was walking back to my car to go visit another lot then Del Hogan intercepted me and asked if needed anything. He was already busy helping another person and there were 2 available salespersons sitting in the showroom who said nothing. So when he stopped me I immediately said he would get my business. I was between the Yukon/Tahoe or Silverado/Sierra. Thanks to people like Del, you got the sale, he was busy, but not busy enough to greet and assist, I came back to purchase because of Del, the customer experience is the most important part about purchasing your vehicle. I left 2 other dealerships who ignored me inside and outside of there facilities even though they both had vehicles I WANTED to purchase. You should give Del a raise and a bonus for his customer service and support, he was great, straight forward and humble. Big thanks to Michelle Cafeo as well, she was great sharing and explaining the options available during the financial and add-on services portion of the buying process. I appreciate you two!!!

My experience with Empire Auto Collection was definitely a journey, but I believe it’s important to share the entire story because it ultimately ended on a positive note. The purchasing process itself was smooth, and we were excited to bring home our 2019 BMW X5. It wasn’t until after we had the vehicle home that I discovered issues that prompted me to reach back out to the dealership. Those discoveries led to many conversations as we worked through our differing perspectives on the situation. Naturally, it was frustrating at times, and there were moments when communication was slower than I would have liked. Throughout the process, however, the dealership remained willing to discuss possible solutions. Although we did not agree on every aspect of the situation, they ultimately honored the repairs we agreed upon and followed through on their commitments. The most positive impression was the effort made by Frank. From the moment he became involved, he took ownership of seeing the process through, kept everything moving, and consistently demonstrated professionalism, patience, and genuine care. He went above and beyond my expectations to make sure I left satisfied, even accommodating a few additional requests that I honestly did not expect the dealership to fulfill. Those gestures spoke volumes about his commitment to customer service. While I wish the circumstances that led to this situation had never occurred, I also believe the true measure of a business is how it responds when challenges arise. Frank worked diligently to see the process through and ultimately earned my appreciation for his professionalism, integrity, and commitment to customer satisfaction. The reason for my four-star rating is that, although the final outcome was positive, the post-purchase experience was much more difficult than I believe it should have been. At the same time, I also believe it’s important to recognize when someone genuinely works to make things right, and Frank absolutely did. After a fairly good experience purchasing our new to me used vehicle (a 3 hour wait to finalize the paperwork) with a good price. I had a verbal agreement with the sales person to provide me with the second key fob that was at "the other location". After I left happy, I am now not. They tell me it is not a requirement to provide a second key for a used vehicle (and I agree with this statement). But this was a factor in my decision to purchase this vehicle as I need 2 keys. When I contact the sales associate they tell me they will talk to the manager and I never get a call back and always the brush off. So I am sorry to say, what could have been a very good experience has now been tainted by a key fob and poor follow up after sales. So my families future car purchases will not be through Feldmans or any of their branches and I recommend to any that read this... If you are dealing with Feldmans make sure you get it in writing if you expect it to be done.

This used to be a good dealership. I bought 2 GTIs from them. My last one I brought in for service for a check engine light august 2023. I was told they couldn’t look at my car for a month. This was my daily driver. I took it to an independent garage and had it back in less than a week I also had them document corrosion damage under the extended warranty. I never heard back and ended up taking it to another dealer. Ever since the owner was appointed a diplomat this dealership has gone downhill. The service department is rude and apparently they can’t keep technicians according the service rep I talked to.

Blatant False Advertising – Worst Car Buying Experience in Decades We found a used Mazda CX-5 listed at this dealership, advertised clearly as being equipped with Apple CarPlay/Android Auto. We went for a test drive, liked the car, and trusted the listing. My daughter tried checking the feature on-site, but it didn’t work. We figured maybe we just didn’t know how to operate it and assumed it would work once we got familiar with it. BIG MISTAKE. Turns out, the car did NOT have Apple CarPlay at all. Zero. It was falsely advertised, plain and simple. My daughter had to move states within a week of purchase, so we had no time to bring it back. We went to the Mazda dealership to get it installed – $550 out of pocket. Add in the cost for replacing bad brake fluid and it totaled nearly $900 in expenses within 3 days of buying the car. I went back to the dealership, showed them the listing, and directly asked them why they listed a feature that the vehicle didn’t have. I asked, “Isn’t this false advertising?” The response? A very calm, unapologetic “Yes, it is.” No attempt to fix it. No compensation. No ownership of their lie. Just an admission of guilt – and then a shrug. This was intentional deception. They knew what they were doing: slap on a feature list to make the car more attractive and hope the buyer doesn’t catch it until it’s too late. And they have the audacity to hide behind “we’re not responsible after the sale.” And then there was the financing nightmare. The finance guy tried to push a warranty down our throats, using scare tactics and saying “anything can go wrong” – the usual fear-mongering nonsense. When we resisted, he casually mentioned they make more money from repairs and service than from car sales. Think about that. This is an Alfa Romeo dealership basically admitting their real profit is from vehicles breaking down, not selling them. I've been driving since 1997. This was hands-down the worst experience I've ever had at a dealership. They lied outright, admitted it, and still did nothing. This was my daughter’s first car, and it was supposed to be a positive experience. Instead, it was a lesson in how shady and dishonest a dealership can be. I will NEVER return to this place, and I strongly advise anyone reading this to stay away. There are plenty of honest dealerships out there. This is not one of them.

I will never purchase another vehicle from any Feldman dealership. I took my 2018 Ford Expedition Max in to have my A/C fixed last June. They allegedly replaced the condenser and refilled the freon. However, a month or so later, my A/C is running hot again. I was told that if it runs hot again, it probably has a pin hole in it somewhere and to bring it back and they would run the dye through it to locate the leak. At the time, they tried to coerce me to pay out of pocket for this repair but the A/C was still under warranty and I ended up not paying anything. However, it ran hot a month or so later but due to me coaching, and teaching, it took some months before I could make an appointment to get my truck back in for repairs. Each time I tried to make an appointment, I was told that they were short staffed and I would have to leave my vehicle for several days just for them to look at. I asked for a loaner and was told they do not have any. I tried again this past June and was told the same thing. This was repeated when I was at the dealership today. I was also told today that the A/C is no longer under warranty and in addition to the wait with no loaner, I would have to pay out of pocked. This is unacceptable business

Overall I had a good experience. They are very upfront and honest, and they tell you from the beginning that the cars have salvaged titles and are sold as is. I brought my car in August, and it had a problem on the test drive with the air conditioning. They fixed it as promised after I brought the car. They offered me a loaner while I waited. The manager is a little spicy for my taste, but she means well and is very efficient. I had a great experience all the way around. Highly recommend.

Arraigned for a test drive (1-20-22) on a Acura MDX that the dealership advertised for sale on December 3rd. So Jeffery Automotive had possession of the vehicle for 6 weeks. Drove over 1 hour to get to dealer. Car was still on sale line near roadway. Clearly been sitting for awhile. Salesman drove the vehicle up. I then want around vehicle opening up the doors. Front passenger side on sun visor (fingerprint) and head liner (smear) was blood. Center consul was sticky from front to rear seat. The interior was a bio hazard with blood and grim. Passed on even sitting in that mess. I told sales person I could not believe they would have a vehicle on the line clearly with blood His response was I’m sorry. I saw that when I was pulling it up. No idea why it was not cleaned. This by far was the worst showing by a dealership I have ever encountered. 2 hour drive for a huge disappointment

I told the rep. that the air filter light was at 0% he said they would look at it and let me know if it was bad and let me know if it was bad. they replaced it and put the "bad " one in the car. I do not know what a bad one looks like, but it did not look that bad to me.
