We found him to be charming and easy to work with. The dealership was also easy to work with and arrange financing through. We love our new Subaru Outback and will enjoy it immensely! Having trouble with my ability to call a person from my car phone, as well as the volume being inaudible, I pulled into Suburban Cadillac's maintenance department and was greeted by Jack Bergman. After explaining my frustration, he sat in the passenger's seat and worked out one of the problems fairly easily. What I saw then, was Jack reaching out to another service advisor to help solve the second issue. What impressed me the most was the teamwork between the two men, and how they listened to one another to get the final problem solved. I appreciated that with this dealership, teamwork brings results, and for me that is top-notch in my book!
