I have been able to text him anytime I have questions about my new vehicle and he’s always happy to help. Very responsive! He even scheduled my first oil change and car detailing for me. The dealership drove 30 minutes to my home to pick up my car and gave me a loaner while they serviced it. It was ready and delivered to me sparkling clean within 24 hours. 2 failed engines and numerous Electrical issues on lease - Sickofit

This dealer is incompetent and u professional. They do not return calls and have no regard for the substandard care they sell and lease. Leased 2013 ATS. 4 cylinder. Needed a. new motor at 15000 miles and then again at 180000. Cue was also a failure. In the shop for weeks. Loaner ATS failed and the dealer did nothing. I had to call them back every time and car can't be fixed Would not recommend GM or this dealer to my worst enemy.

Repairs not performed properly on 1st visit. Had to pay again for same service. Complaints to district manager went unresponded to. Ended up getting service in Houghton Lake, MI - much better service. Superior's service sucks. No more of my business.
