Just purchased a F-150 through Zeigler Ford, Lowell, MI. We worked with Stephen Roberts and had a very pleasant experience. Stephen went to the mat for us and did all he could to ensure the feeling was good on both sides as we came to an agreed upon price. He had the shop transfer my hard tonneau cover without an issue. We can confidently recommend Stephen Roberts as a source in your search for vehicle. BTW, Zach in the finance office was also a very good experience for us. Very thorough.

The best truck buying experience we ever had. They really knew their vehicles and got us our new F-250 dream truck for hauling our RV and horses. The sales lady 'Sam' was patient, friendly, funny, no-pressure, and went beyond the call of duty. The manager 'Erwin' was smart, always smiling, and the place had really good vibes and teamwork. The finance guy 'Eric' was a nice guy and saved us money. They got our fifth wheel installed and we were good to go. We got a good deal and are very happy with our purchase. Cole is number one with us.

The dealer worked well with the Ford's Friends and Family Program as I had a cam phaser issue. Few little glitches and they also helped me with some extra parts that I requested. Everything worked out well in the end. Service was completed, my truck is running much better after taking a trip this past weekend. Should you have a warranty claim Ford has stepped up the Friends and Family Program and are wonderful to work with. They were on top of my claim and in touch, their advocates are top notch.

I purchased a 2012 escape from this dealership about a month ago. The test drive went well even for one with a stick transmission. I saw no problems and bought the car with a cashier's check. Within a couple days I could see an oil stain under it and the shifter never would engage consistently. Plus there was a squeaking belt that developed. I will probably end up selling it

The sales staff were friendly and did everything right when it came to closing it was a very unpleasant experience . The person who processed the paperwork started telling us everything that can go wrong with this beautiful vehicle belittling the Lincoln name which I highly respect he was pushing to sell us extended warranties starting at 2500 dollars. He told us there is nothing better and that I had to make a decision right now. Of course that made me just want to get away from him figuring that it must be a very large commission for him. So when we got home with the car my wife is questioning if this is a good vehicle what’s going to break. We have had much discussion of what to do and after I thought about it I decided to put tit in the hands of the dealer. So I sent them my complaints and at this point they asked me to provide a review which I am, happy to provide. I have no idea if or when they will tell me something to make me feel better. I believe this a good dealer with a bad employee/. At least I hope they didnt train him to torment buyers.

Purchased a 2020 Ford Edge from Albion Ford on October 29, 2022. Richard in finance was rude, pushy and very unprofessional. In May the windshield wipes quit working, in June my front collision sensor came loose, then my cruise control quit working (probably due to the sensor failure). Spent $700 to get it fixed so I could sell it. When I went to sell it, I was told it had been in an accident (car facts) that was not disclosed before my purchase…illegal. I took a $8K loss to get rid of this piece of junk! I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN! Dishonest employees who just want to rip you off! ALBION FORD IS TERRIBLE!!
