Outstanding staff! Incredible experience! My husband and I purchased our first vehicle together from Zeigler Ford of Lowell, and we couldn't be happier. From my very first interaction with the dealership over the phone, I knew it would be a great experience. Bill Meier was exceptional and very thorough, and he made sure we were comfortable and confident throughout the process. Bill was clear and concise, but very friendly and knowledgeable. The entire team went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied and happy with our purchase. Eli explained all of our paperwork very clearly, and made sure he answered all of our questions. We will be recommending this dealership to our friends and family, and have confidence that they will receive the same care and respect.

Awesome Sales Experience - JTAUTOMAN

I stopped in to look at a pre-owned ford F150 and was greeted by Eric the Finance Mgr. He was very helpful. He was able to explained the finance process and helped me make an informed buying decision. This was my first time at a car dealer where I wasn't pressured into buying a vehicle right now! I made my choice bought mt truck and have a salesman for all my future Ford Purchases!

I brought my F250 super duty pick up in so they could - Overbywoj

I brought my F250 super duty pick up in so they could patch a leak in my driver side rear tire. The staff was friendly and I told them that I was towing my 40 foot 5th wheel. They advise that they would fix it right and it would take about 30 minutes. The tech (Jacob) came out and told me that it was a nail hole and it was a simple repair. The next day I hooked up my 5th wheel and headed home. I did not even get to Midland when that tire went flat while driving on the highway. This became dangerous being on the shoulder of the road having to disconnect the 5th wheel from the truck and then changing the same tire that they just fixed. When I got home and went to my Ford dealer where I bought the tire the technician who repaired it advised that the previous repair was done wrong, that Babb Ford (Jacob) just plugged the tire instead of doing it right by putting a patch on the inside of the tire on a superduty that hold heavy loads (as in 5th wheels) Fortunately their wasn’t any damage or injuries and I was in a area were I could safely get on the shoulder to change the tire. I did advise service manager of the issue

Avoid this service department. - ted32

Avoid this service department. The service manager lies. They scheduled my truck for service and didn't start working on it for another week. Then returned it to me with an obvious coolant leak. Within 100 miles after their repairs, I had a check engine light on and found that they smashed a connector together, bending the pins, and had to pay someone else to fix it. They are okay for tires and batteries, but if you need anything complex or involving them touching your engine, go elsewhere.

My wife and I drove from Lansing to look at a super duty they had in stock. Don helped us out, we traded in my wifes camry and got the rest of the price financed pretty easily. I have never had a positive experience at a dealership before going here, so i wanted to post a revew to let people know its worth a drive to Portland. - John Gregor
