I had the opportunity to work with Nick Skogman in the - octagon.82octopus

I had the opportunity to work with Nick Skogman in the Service Department during an extremely stressful situation, knowing I could potentially be facing some major mechanical issues with my Highlander. I purchased this Highlander from a non-Toyota dealership—which, in hindsight, was my first mistake—and I also didn’t realize the implications of purchasing a Canadian vehicle. The Highlander seemed to run perfectly for about eight months, but then I found myself facing a MAJOR mechanical nightmare. That’s when Nick stepped in. From the beginning, Nick listened. He truly heard my concerns, took the time to understand the full situation and all the complications involved, and then took action. He did everything within his ability—even working the system—to keep my costs down, explore every possible solution, find every available discount, and communicate with me throughout the entire process. Nick also shared some of his own experiences and offered professional advice based on his many years of working in dealerships. He made it clear that he would do his part to make sure I was satisfied, well cared for, and saved as much money as possible. And in the end, he did exactly that. He saved me a significant amount of money. He listened to my concerns and acted on them. He never rushed me, gave me the runaround, or made me feel like a burden. Most importantly, he made me glad that I was at Carlson Toyota. I genuinely felt that I was being given honest information and that everyone was doing everything Toyota had available to help me through a very difficult situation. We have always purchased Toyota vehicles because of our great experiences with their reliability. This particular experience really threw me for a loop—but talking with Nick changed everything. He listened, he acted, and the service team delivered. My next vehicle purchase will definitely be from a Toyota dealership. I now understand the value of knowing where the vehicle came from, who services it, and having a dealership that stands behind its work and its customers. Thank you, Nick, for listening, caring, and going above and beyond. I truly appreciate everything you did!

Zackary Anderson did everything he could to make buying - rbistodeau79

Zackary Anderson did everything he could to make buying out our 2023 Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid lease as seemless as possible. He was our salesman when we first leased our Van. This time around Zack made sure we were connected to the right people to get our vehicle financed, even though we are in a active Bankruptcy. Which led us to talking with Michael Nordick the Finance Director, and Ryan Wichman the Finance Manager. Both of them were able to answer all of our questions about financing our loan. We also want to add installing a trailer hitch onto our loan. For that we talked to Kyle Johnson the Accessories sales manager, he was able to answer all the question about how the tow package would work. All in all we have had nothing but top notch care from all the employees, at CDJR! We definitely would recommend, going to CDJR to all our friends and family!

Working with Stephane was fantastic, relaxing with no - stahlmann714

Working with Stephane was fantastic, relaxing with no pressure. She was very professional with no pressure. I went in just to look at a few used trucks not really looking to purchase at that time, just to get a feel of what was out there. Two weeks later I purchased my 2019 RAM 1500 and absolutely love it. I'm glad she was there to help. I was very indecisive and she never pushed just offered side by side comparisons and let me go through my options.

A great experience. Family owned and operated and people of integrity. Believers and promoters of the Lord Jesus Christ. I came to look at a certain car and they had it ready for me in the warm garage. Trevor answered all our questions and was informative and respectful of our concerns. They had it ready Togo for me the next day, with everything done that they said they would do. I bought it and drove it home clean and licensed! Very nice experience.

Bought a 2015 nissan sentra and im on my 3rd transmission... - zacharygraves21

Bought a 2015 nissan sentra and im on my 3rd transmission already and they will not work with you because they already did everything they should by giving you a warranty not even as long as the loan and say you are lucky you even have a warranty that you have to pay 200 for something to get fixed when the transmission went out after 1k miles and still had to pay for it which is xxxx wouldn't recommend this dealer to anyone unless they have a brand new car for sale I sold them a truck from 2002 with 260 k miles with no problems ever but I get a 2015 and already need a transmission again.

Excellent source for older Saab parts - joefen

I own a 1992 Saab 900T convertible. Bought it new for my wife's birthday. She has since past and I'm driving it. Recently one of the radiator fans quite. It took my 5 days of searching before I thought about Andrews of Princeton but I'm so glad I did. They were able to supply me a nice used one virtually over night. I'm staying in Georgia w/my daughter and son-in-law and the only thing I don't like about it here is the oppressive heat. I needed that fan to run my AC.

I just had a great experience buying a truck from Wheel - dennyarons

I just had a great experience buying a truck from Wheel Co. I've been in and out of their lot for the last 6 years and they have some of the cleanest, best kept, used vehicles I have ever seen. I worked with Mitch who made the buying experience super fun and not stressful. If your about to make a buy decision, check out their inventory first ! Denny Bay Lake, MN

Caveat Emptor-Let the buyer beware - Peteygr123

The transaction started good enough. I was in need of a car so my wife and I test drove a 2009 saab that had been for sale for a couple months. It was pouring so we didn’t get the close look we should have. Upon driving the car we noticed a severe “shimmy” in the front end that came and went as you drove it. Jim said it was likely flat spots on the tires from sitting. Anyway, I had him write into the agreement that he’d work with us to get the issue resolved. I purchased it, and took to my mechanic for a full inspection. The tires were significantly out of balance and I was able to get that rectified for $40 which Jim had agreed to pay (I made him write it into the purchase agreement), but 2 months has passed and I keep hearing, “the check is in the mail”. The reason used car people get a bad wrap is because of situations like this. They didn’t follow through and now I’m left to write a bad review. The inspection also showed a few other surprises, such as muffler rusty and needs replacing, headligh relay failed and needed replacing and the headlights are so yellow, the low beams barely shine light onto the road. Just my luck headlights are several hundred a piece. My recommendation is have the vehicle inspected by your mechanic prior to purchasing anything from this guy. I’ve owned 15 saabs, and one thing about Saab people, they do what they say and don’t try and scam you. This guy is not a saab guy even though he seems to have quite a few on the lot.

Condescending sales people for overpriced inventory.... - Bon

Condescending sales people for overpriced inventory. Stay far , far away from these people. No intention to help , profit driven

These guys are horrible. I went in to buy a new Impala. ... - dmwinkleman

These guys are horrible. I went in to buy a new Impala. They wouldn't honor the price they quoted me. They came up with some lame excuses such as " well, the price we quoted assumed a trade in" What a crock. Of course I didn't buy my vehicle there. These guys like to play games, they bait and switch, and they are crooks

Never go to skyline! Wanted to buy a car, even gave them... - Pat the painter

Never go to skyline! Wanted to buy a car, even gave them my credit card info to money on the car! Claimed they would not run the card until it had been checked by their mechanic but I was “safe” until then. Spent a week waiting for them to put on rack and then I called and was told car had sold! What.a dirty underhanded thing to do! Stay away! This gives all small dealerships a bad name!
