The staff are so professional, and Kevin helped me with this purchase, and made sure I was satisfied before I had it home. My only regret is that they are not closer to where I live, but I know they will be there for me, if I need something.

Outstanding customer service from their Service Dept! They helped ensure that Ford Motor Co honored their drivetrain warranty to replace the transmission on my 2019 Fusion. Furthermore, Ford Motor Co had originally denied my claim for tow truck and rental car expenses because I did not book the reservations through Ford, but Michelle stayed on Ford and got them to reimburse me for both expenses!

I trusted Annie (and now trust her more) - and she honored every word, and -very specifically - the sale price of an AMAZING SUBARU OUTBACK, and she honored her phone offer for my cars trade. No back tracking, shifty numbers, or shenanigans. The sale, was seamless! No hustle, no back end pressure. Just amazing service predicated on trust. Oh, the travel to Bloomington from Springfield was approximately an hour drive worth THOUSANDS of dollars. More importantly TRUST made that drive worth the trip!

Went to the Dodge dealership just to look. Wasn’t really looking for a new vehicle as I loved my 2019 Jeep Cherokee that I bought from Bob Brady about 6 years ago. Met with Diana Hughes and she was amazing! We had gone to a couple other dealerships and actually walked away from some good deals because the salesperson was either too pushy or rude. Diana never once pressured us into buying a new vehicle. She just explained what deal she could give us and what she could do for us. We test drove a 2024 Dodge Hornet and I fell in love with it. Because of her laidback and friendly personality we decided to buy it. Won’t be going to a different dealership in the future and will always ask for Diana in the future. Other dealerships must think people love pushy salespeople but never once has any of the staff we’ve dealt with at Bob Brady have ever been pushy or rude with us. Thank you Diana for helping us! You definitely have long term customers out of us!

Very dishonest people. If you drive more than a few minutes to get there, then they think that you’re invested in the car and will lowball you in the trade in and refuse to negotiate. They are very kind over the phone to get you there.

I highly recommend working with Joe Wenskunas at Bob Brady Honda. I looked at different cars at multiple dealerships to find a reliable and inexpensive small car. I found a lot of bluster, little expertise, and poor service until I drove to Decatur. No pressure, sound knowledge of the vehicles on the lot, friendly follow up, and respect for me as a buyer made all the difference. Joe said up front that he wanted to earn my business and he did. Great experience, and I love my new car!

Maloy even created a personalized video of the car and a full view of any imperfections and to give me piece of mind since I lived 4.5 hours away. He even ensured that I would be able to hear the exhaust as this was a big selling point. Maloy made the purchase painless and even gave me a courtesy call the day after purchase to ensure that I was completely satisfied. You will not go wrong purchasing a vehicle from these guys. Highly recommended. Even considering making another 4.5 hour drive when my wife's vehicle is ready for trade. 5 STARS!!!

I bought a 2022 Mercedes new and experienced a multitude - Anonymous

I bought a 2022 Mercedes new and experienced a multitude of error codes from the vehicle, one of which makes the steering pull to the right while driving among other issues. After receiving 3 different loner cars and months of trying to get the issues fixed the dealership told me they can not fix the issues this car has and I MUST return their loaner car to the dealership or they will file a stollen vehicle report and arrest me. I told them I don't want my car back if it is not fixed and we are now in the process of transferring the vehicle to a different dealership. I never received any communication about the status of my car through any of this which is not good and when I called to check on its status the manager told me he doesn't want to work on it. I then got the police involved to sort everything out and we are moving forward but the bottom line is this dealership lacks communication and the knowledge to fix the cars issues. Two separate issues now and they have basically told me they don't know how to fix it. The first issue got fixed with the steering wheel shaking over bumps but I had to tell their mechanics the cpu codes to fix that! I got on the Mercedes-Benz online forums and finally found the answer to educate their mechanics who are trained way more than I am and that took months too. Ridiculous! I do not recommend this dealership to anyone, for anything. Period.
