We have now owned it for about a year and they give us priority when it needs anything service wise. They fight to get your work approved through the warranty programs. And Chris Madden was the star of the show when it came to picking our car out. He was direct and honest about our options. We were very happy with the entire process.

I have nothing but positive words to share in my experience with Adam Hart and Montrell Cozart at Reed Jeep. Adam was very respectful with my time and answering all my questions, which was a lot. It took a couple weeks for me to make a decision and never once was he pushy or in a hurry for a final decision. Both Adam and Montrell were very professional all around and exactly what you hope for when making an important decision like that. My wife and I had the best car buying experience we’ve ever had at Reed Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. Nick Patterson was our sales consultant and he was amazing. He was straightforward, honest and took the time to listen to what we needed and wanted. He was patient as we asked questions and tweaked what we wanted. We were looking for a safe car with more space than we currently had so we could safely fit our son’s car seat. Nick showed us options and even let us put the car seat in for the test drive to see if it really gave us the space we wanted and needed. We didn’t fee any pressure to buy something we didn’t want or need and Nick truly helped us find the perfect car within our budget. We truly can’t thank Nick enough! And to top it off Nick had us finish the financial things off with Cody Dover who helped round everything off with even more great, friendly customer service!

Purchase a new Truck during a pandemic - Mark in Plattsmouth NE

While a new truck was not a must have during a global pandemic, I had already planned on purchasing one and wanted to support local Plattsmouth businesses working through these crazy times. The Gregg Young team was a pleasure to work with and Bill Merrill provided us with a great deal for my new diesel RAM 1500. The process was careful to make this easy and comply with the social distancing guidelines – nearly everything was done on the phone or through email. They even offered to deliver the truck to my house and finish the paperwork on the tailgate. I did make a trip to the dealer to see and test drive the truck, and they fully supported my use of gloves, wiped down surfaces and practiced distancing. Like most dealers, they offered several additional options, but when I opted out there was no pressure. I love my new truck and I encourage everyone thinking of buying a Chevy, Dodge or Ram, to support our local dealer first.

I couldn’t give this dealership a worse recommendation if I could. I purchased a 2004 Chevy Silverado duramax with this company on 02/26/2019 they were supposed to have the vehicle delivered due to my busy work schedule as most working adults have. Instead I was givin the runaround as too why they could no longer keep there end of our agreement. They ask if I can wait a few days after they have been paid close too 20,000 for said vehicle. So I take off work early an drive over two hours to pick this vehicle up. I show up to get the vehicle it has less that a quarter tank of fuel as well as it hasn’t been detailed or washed. After owning the vehicle a little over a week only driving a little under 400 miles ( over 50 of which being due to the fact I had to pick the vehicle up) the cv axle snaps on 03/07/19. I call the dealership to see what can be done. I just now on 03/12/19 finally get ahold of the dealership after Continuously calling sent to voicemail or being hung up on. I am told there is nothing that they can do. I as well have still not received the title for this said vehicle. This has now all together cost me over 20,000 dollars. This has been the worst experience buying anything I have ever bought period. Can’t stress enough not to trust this company

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! THEY LIED ABOUT MY CAR BEING IN 2 WRECKS!!! first off within 3 months of having my car. The ac compressor completely went out. Tried multiple times to contact the dealer and emailed the manager and they wont work with me or help me with my car. They then told me to deal with chrysler. Then come to find out that they lied saying my car had only one owner and it actually had 3 previous owner . tried to ask the manager why they lied and he would never answer me. Took me 3 times before they would send me a list of what they fixed on it and I think they didnt even send me everything because come to find out it had been wrecked not only once but twice and they LIED to me about it. Long story short they will commit fraud!!! They are liars and will not help you and will not try to make it right. Very disappointed!!
