I wasn’t sure what car I wanted but over the course of a month he patiently helped me test drive a half dozen before I found the one that worked for me. Tried to leave several messages and even went to dealership and left my name and phone number. Still no response I will look for another dealer to provide my services

I have never had to take the mats out of the truck I was trading-in to have floor mats. So, I would say all was perfect, until I signed. Also, I would think t H ey would push the GMC extended warranty plan, but I don't think that is what I was sold.
