ZERO STARS Salespersons retrieved my payoff number on my lease termination on the vehicle I was currently driving, the numbers were showed to me, salespersons told me that the difference would be paid to the other dealership and I would walk clear from that vehicle. All understood and I know the difference would be added to the new vehicle as we all know when there's negative equity. The issue here is when the salespersons took my old leased vehicle that dealership tells them that more money is owed. Now the new dealership that I purchased the new vehicle is telling me that I need to pay the difference. No way!!! They themselves got the pay off number and was never told that I was responsible for the difference, Their excuse now is that they retrieved my payoff number on the 4th of July from my credit report. How is that my fault where they got it from? That just proves that this dealership just wanted to make the sale that day and will say anything to the customer to get them to buy it right then and now. This is complete deception and lying by omission. I will never buy from them again and will tell all my friends and family and to anyone that reads this. Beware customers and fellow veterans from San Antonio and surrounding areas of this dealership for their deceptive and misleading practices. Never again!!!

I purchased a 2022 Kia Telluride from McCombs Ford West, and within 24 hours the check engine light came on and the car began shaking. That was back in March—and I’ve been dealing with problems ever since. The so-called “extended warranty” is nothing short of a nightmare. You’ll end up paying more in rental car fees than the cost of the warranty itself. Their warranty claim process drags on for weeks, leaving your car sitting at the service center while you’re stuck paying out of pocket for transportation. I’ve had to take this vehicle in four separate times for service. To avoid piling on more rental fees, I eventually paid the invoice out of pocket—even though the warranty should have covered it. This dealership prioritizes their bottom line over their customers’ well-being. If you’re thinking about buying from here, I strongly urge you to think twice. Don’t make the same mistake I did.

Bought new F150 Lariet. Immediately had problems: amber " service light " coming on. Griffith Ford ran bunch of diagnostic tests, but didn't solve problem. An idiot at the service desk said it could be a problem with the oil. At 500 miles!!! Problem got worse, with shift lever locking in position at times. Back to Griffith, but they wanted to keep the truck for days. No longer trusting them, I took the truck to Lockhart Motors. The problem was diagnosed as a faulty transmission module. 10,000 miles later still running fine.

I told them what time we would be there and Jon Mack and Clay was waiting. They showed us the truck and gave us a fair price. The entire process to less than on hour. Wait on the funds to be transferred took longer than the sale. The team told me several times to take the truck and not to worry. The dealership was excellent. The entire sales process was excellent and I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a great deal and a wonderful sales experience. YOU WANT BE DISAPPOINTED!!!
