We took our car in for a service.Noticed we had a head light out and opened hood.Had to remove air box and found dog food all in it from pack rat.Also all through the engine bay evidence of pack rat easily viewable to someone servicing.The air filter was never recovered or they would seen the dog food.Called dealership and the service manager said someone probably got lazy due to the heat and just didn't check it.This is unacceptable anywhere.

I took my 2018 Chevy Silverado 1500 to them a couple of weeks ago, the transmission was slipping, the ABS had issues and all 4 tire sensors were out. I have extended warranty from where I bought the truck used in 2023. I live in Pampa, I started taking the truck into Country Chevrolet here in town in December of 2023 for the ABS problems, the ABS light would come on, the stability track and parking assist would turn off and the brake pedal was really soft when you put your foot on it to stop and then it was hard and pulsated/grinding. I also told them the front tires squeal like I am peeling out sometimes when I turn corners. They reprogramed the wheel angle sensors and said there is nothing wrong with the ABS. That didn't fix the tire squealing so they replaced the sensor that was covered under the warranty. On the second or third time I took it in for the brakes they did replaced the Brake booster vacuum pump which was a recall from the factory. In total it was in the shop here at least 6-7 times (I lost track after six months or so), it was the same thing every time...THERE'S NOTHING WORNG WITH THE ABS. In December of 2024 the transmission was slipping and shifting up and down driving around town and on the highway it felt and sounded like I was hitting rumble strips about every 20 -30 seconds, this is exactly what I told Josh, (I googled it ...), I said I think it's the torque convertor. That evening when I went to pick it up they said there was NOTHING wrong with the transmission but they figured out the problem...are ya ready for this???? THEY BALANCED MY TIRES!!!! Actually charged me 49.97 to BALANCE MY TIRES!!! The next morning I took my husband in with me, Josh asked what we needed, I told him I just wanted to let him know that BALANCING MY TIRES did NOT fix my TRANSMISSION problem that I brought it in for. The service manager went for a ride with us and said it is definitely the torque convertor...they ordered the part on 12/18/24. I called and left messages, with no luck except for once and Josh said the part was on back order. A few weeks later I called the service manager and his parts department people didn't make it in because of the snow but he personally would call me back and let me know the status of the parts....nothing but CRICKETS! Once I found out that Borger was no longer Country Chevrolet, I called over told them a little about what I was going through here, they checked on the torque convertor, it was in stock in the Denver warehouse (Pampa had access to the same warehouse) if it was ordered by 2pm it would be there the next day! I made an appointment at Webb in Borger...they actually replaced the transmission, replaced the ABS module and all 4 tire sensors. All covered under my extended warranty. I HIGHLY recommend them, they were friendly, customer service was amazing, repairs were done in a very reasonable time frame and let me know what was happening every step of the way. Thank you for ending 13 months of aggravation dealing with Country Chevrolet in Pampa!!!!! Leslie Huddle

I stopped at this dealer ship on my way back to Michigan to have them do a force regeneration on my 2017 F250. They completed the service and then called me out to my truck to tell me I had a small rear differential leak but said they topped it off and I would be able to make it home. Eight hours later I’m sitting on the side of the highway with my differential blown to pieces. Now Im stranded outside of Oklahoma City at 10pm. Fast forward to Monday and I get a call and text from Whiteface ford that they have my differential plug and wanted to know if they wanted me to have them mail it to me. I called them and told them about the catastrophic failure with my rear differential. They said they would get back to me and let me know what they would do. Total cost to fix my truck was over 12k. Now they won’t answer my calls and no one will call me back. I’m not looking for much but you would think they would at least refund the service charge for the work they did on my truck of 420.00 and pay the 600.00 towing charge. I would never recommend them to anyone. Beware if you use them for service on your vehicle. They made a catastrophic mistake and won’t take responsibility for it. I have the voice mail and the text from their employee saying they have my differential plug. I was just asking for them to do the right thing and they won’t even respond to me. How shameful.

I have been attempting to contact someone for days about two automobiles they have posted on their website. Finally I received an email and respond requesting a PO, never arrived not even the next day. Call the dealership and spoke with someone who provided another number to the sales guy from the email. After awhile I reached out again via call and text he sent me to voicemail. Then he calls and reports he has to find the truck that was advertised on the website before he can send me a PO. So I inquired about the Lincoln Navigator that was advertised, if it was still on site and he confirmed it was. Requested that PO for my bank so gain approval status. He said he could get it to me in a hour this was lunch time. Close of business today, still no email of paperwork. Unfortunately some businesses are doing business and some are talking about doing business. If this is the customer service I received without leaving my office, I would have being extra disappointed to spend my workday at this car lot.

After traveling over 100 miles to buy a car (on a Saturday), we were allowed to browse the lot at our leisure but when we asked about purchasing, we were told to come back on Monday. We informed the salesman that we traveled a long distance and were planning to buy that day and would not be back on Monday. He just shrugged and said that all the banks are closed on Saturday and it was out of his hands. THEN. as if that wasn't enough, when we tried to leave, we were locked in and not a person in sight to guide us as to how to exit the lot! After 10 minutes or so, we finally located someone who pointed us to the back of the lot. I have never seen a dealership try so hard to NOT sell a car. We went straight to another dealership where the salesmen were friendly and they stayed late to sell us a car....on a Saturday!
