I had an excellent experience working with Ryan Torres - larrytrentham

I had an excellent experience working with Ryan Torres when purchasing my RAV4! He was very professional, knowledgeable, and truly well-versed in the products he sells. He took the time to make sure I understood everything and made the entire buying experience smooth and stress-free. You can tell he knows his business and genuinely cares about helping his customers. If you're in the market for a new vehicle, I highly recommend going to see Ryan Torres! You won't be disappointed. Thank you, Ryan, for making my car-buying experience such a great one!

They were very helpful and informative on helping me - rachel.robledo15

They were very helpful and informative on helping me secure a car. They were very understanding while I happened to run into some kinks with my bank, and helped me find an alternative option to get my car.

I just purchased a vehicle from Scott Middleton at Cross - tabithachaudhury

I just purchased a vehicle from Scott Middleton at Cross Pointe Auto. He was terrific to work with. He was patient, understood what I was looking for, and ensured the vehicles he showed me were within my budgeted price range. All of the staff was helpful and supportive and considerate. They were all easy to work with, not pushy and so not what I expected. I am very grateful to all of them for the amazing customer service! I highly recommend a visit to Cross Pointe Auto!!!

OUTSTANDING DEALERSHIP! - AmarilloClan

Bobby Duby Motors will give you the best experience you can have buying a car! There are no pushy sales people, I looked and wandered, they let me get comfortable and then approached to ask if I needed any help. I was able to test drive the car for several hours looking over EVERYTHING! I got an outstanding deal on my trade and a more than fair price for my new Toyota. There was no back and forth "let me ask my manager", it was clean and simple...in and out quickly! Thank you Bobby, Brad and Todd...I will be back

They always do professional work on my vehicle and are - Gary.thomas58

They always do professional work on my vehicle and are always very polite & friendly. This time, when my car was brought around front for me, it had just been washed! I am made to feel important to this dealership & they are important to me! This is why i chose Brown when i purchased this vehicle, not all dealerships care so much for the customers. I live 3 hours away in Oklahoma and prefer to shop here!

Have had my vehicle in there 3 times every time I pick it - Ratliffmichael393

Have had my vehicle in there 3 times every time I pick it up. It has a new problem that it has never had I highly do not recommend this place for servicing of your vehicle. They have messed my vehicle up instead of fixing it the owners are rude and the service guy angel gives you a run around my vehicle is a 2023 so it should not have any issues when it went in for a diagnostic on the way it shifted not a timing issue then now a cooling fan issue just to be told they havent done nothing wrong. I am going to be out even more money getting a second opinion and to figure out what is going on with my car after they messed it up

I’ve been looking for an F250 that fits my budget for - Braydon Miller

I’ve been looking for an F250 that fits my budget for several months now and finally came across a 2021 F250 with 188k miles on it for sale at Whiteface. I called and spoke with Dustin who answered all my questions, addressed all my concerns, and drove the truck on the freeway to address my ride/steering fears. When the shipping quote came back high (as expected with fuel prices right now) Dustin offered to meet half way ON HIS DAY OFF to deliver the truck to me. I bought this truck site unseen from 400 miles away in southern New Mexico and I’d do it again in a heartbeat. The most honest vehicle purchase experience Ive ever have had in my life and I don’t think I’ll buy from another dealership ever again. Dustin Almond and Joe Charles were fantastic to work with and made what would usually be a very stressful experience the complete opposite. 10/10 would recommend.

I would like to describe my car buying experience from - madison

I would like to describe my car buying experience from start to finish. I was buying my first ever new car. Me and my husband went in to browse. Our dealer was Jerome. We told him we had a large family and needed a 7-seater car. He showed us a couple and after deciding we liked the Sorento, he should us some of those. He told us that it had 7 seats. (I know I should have checked, but also why would I doubt that.) It also had screens and we were told they could screen mirror and our kids could watch shows in the back. We bought the car. When we got home and loaded up the kids, they told us there were only 6 seats and our family wouldn't fit. Bummer but still loved the car and we made it work by taking 2 cars everywhere. We fought and fought and fought to get the screens to work. Hours of youtube and chat GPT and asking friends who had a Kia. I called Kia and they said it was a service issue. Service said it was a sales issue. I called again and they told me to leave my car for the day and service would take a look. After having my car up there for an entire day, I went to pick it up after work. When I arrived the service guy (Noel) said, let's look in the back. I got in the back and turned on the screens and he said, "Ok what is it doing? I was like, "You had my car all day!! Did you not even turn it on?" I then proceeded to update it myself, in front of them, for 25 minutes. Then we tried again, still no luck. He then said, "why don't you google it or ask a friend?" I JUST BOUGHT A BRAND NEW CAR!!! You are the service department. I went home and called the manager the next day. The service manager got us in the next day. Again, had my car an entire day. They weren't able to figure it out and so they had to open a techline case on it. It had been there for 3 days with still no answer. I complained about not having a car for almost a week now, being lied to about the amount of seats, and now being passed around when I bought a brand new off the lot car. I was then passed to the sales manager. I explained what was going on and he said he wanted to make this right, "How about we get you into what you want. Something that has the right amount of seats and screens that work." I bought the lie and we traded out the Sorento for a Telluride. I was told it has all the same features. It did not. It does not have wireless apple car play. It did not have the sensors. It did not have the full sun roof. I drove it over the weekend and it kept saying that we needed to update with a USB. So, I took it back today to be detailed (they hadn't done that yet since we bought it) and updated manually. Again, I was without a car all day. I picked it up at 6 and it was still dirty. They washed the outside... and the dealer (Israel) said, "oh they said everything was updated already so you should be fine. So they didn't need to update anything." I pulled up the update and it had still not been ran. I have been lied to, jerked around, spent more on the car than we wanted and I am fed up. I will never go to the Kia lot here again. BUYER BEWARE!

We took our car in for a service. - thomaskirkpatrick69

We took our car in for a service.Noticed we had a head light out and opened hood.Had to remove air box and found dog food all in it from pack rat. Also all through the engine bay evidence of pack rat easily viewable to someone servicing. The air filter was never recovered or they would seen the dog food.Called dealership and the service manager said someone probably got lazy due to the heat and just didn't check it.This is unacceptable anywhere.

Brent and Brittany at Lipscomb Ford were outstanding from - Texus Rhed

Brent and Brittany at Lipscomb Ford were outstanding from start to finish in all aspects of the purchasing process. Their response times and knowledge of the process would be hard to beat along with the hospitality they had in the area of the client relationship. This was the first time I've purchased a vehicle out of state as well as trusting the salesperson that the vehicle was exactly what it was presented to be. I strongly recommend purchasing through them if the opportunity presents itself. -Robert

I have been attempting to contact someone for days about - Online Buyer

I have been attempting to contact someone for days about two automobiles they have posted on their website. Finally I received an email and respond requesting a PO, never arrived not even the next day. Call the dealership and spoke with someone who provided another number to the sales guy from the email. After awhile I reached out again via call and text he sent me to voicemail. Then he calls and reports he has to find the truck that was advertised on the website before he can send me a PO. So I inquired about the Lincoln Navigator that was advertised, if it was still on site and he confirmed it was. Requested that PO for my bank so gain approval status. He said he could get it to me in a hour this was lunch time. Close of business today, still no email of paperwork. Unfortunately some businesses are doing business and some are talking about doing business. If this is the customer service I received without leaving my office, I would have being extra disappointed to spend my workday at this car lot.
