The new team at Groove Subaru is unlike any I've ever encountered. They moved mountains for me to get into my new Crosstrek after experiencing the wildest car accident and repair journey this summer with a different dealer.
Jay (GSM), Bernadette (Customer Retention Director), Jason (Fleet Manager), Brooke (Finance Manager), Lexi and Logan (Love Encore Delivery Specialist) are some of the most genuine, kind and service-oriented people I've ever met. No, not just at a car dealership; I mean EVER.
When I arrived to finally return my leased car and sign a new lease, they were waiting for me as if I was royalty, greeting me with warmth and so much care. I had some tricky financial parameters that they helped me navigate with zero friction, with smiles on their faces, and genuine care in their hearts. It was clear that their goal was to alleviate any iota of stress in the process for me, and to get me the car I wanted.
They did exactly that, plus some.
It makes me emotional just thinking about it, honestly. I am overwhelmed with gratitude for their humanity, and I genuinely count them as important members of my community now.
I truly do not ever plan to own anything but a Subaru, and I won't go anywhere else to buy one. These gals and guys have my loyalty forever.
