I was 1000 miles from home when my new Ranger Raptor had 4x4 issues off-roading in Arches National Park. It was stuck in 4 low and flashing all kinds of warning lights. I was able to drive it in to Performance Ford of Moab and they started looking in to the problem immediately in spite of being short staffed that day. They worked on the problem the rest of that day and into the next. They discovered that Ford had not installed the hold down bracket or bolts securing the range sensor to the transfer case. There was no specific information available from Ford regarding the missing pieces so the techs had to come up with a solution on their own without the proper hardware being available. Their “temporary” fix has worked flawlessly for the 4000 miles we put on the truck to continue our journey and to return home to Alberta. A very sincere thanks to the Tech, Logan Randall and the 2 fellows assisting him and the Service advisor Levi Chadd. You guys have done your dealership, your profession, and your community proud.

We had already done some homework on-line and found a pickup truck that looked like what we wanted, but it was a couple hundred miles away. When we contacted Columbine about the truck, the salesman, Stan helped us with our questions, and we decided to make the trip to Rifle to look at it. Stan was awesome when we finally arrived, even gave us live directions on our cell phone, when we took the wrong turn in town! He had the truck pulled up front ready for us to look at and drive and told us about all of the extra features it offered. Inside the building, Evan was super friendly and helpful filling out paperwork and explaining many things to us. We would like to express our greatest thanks to Stan & Evan at Columbine for their excellence and patience when working with us, and we would refer them to anyone out there looking for a vehicle! Feel so wronged and hussled for over almost $1,000. Took our vehicle in for a broken A/C. They advised that a condenser was punctured and needed replacement and that should fix the issue. We picked the vehicle up and the lady said it's all fixed but the A/C should take a minute to kick in but it's working. Had a quick drive and it never blew cold but it was also towards end of Friday business so just drove home. Monday brought the vehicle back as it was definitely still blowing hot air. They advised they'll check it out again. A week later, get a call that they further more thoroughly diagnosed there is a punctured hose that is leaking air so that is why the A/C is not fixed however this is common in old cars but now an ADDITIONAL $2,200 repair. So, if this is common, why was this not assessed in the initial diagnostic when we came to a Jeep EXPERT to tell us what needed to be repaired to fix the A/C? Why would you not double check all related potential issues and talk a customer into a repair that wasn't going to fix the issue they came to you with. Now, out $900 for an unnecessary repair. Of course we would have never repaired it if the dialogue was we think this is the issue but of course we didn't FULLY DIAGNOSE THE ISSUE FROM THE START there could be something else. We would have to have just not repaired it, saved ourselves over $900 and the of course their words "understaffed staff's" time in fixing our vehicle. Feel beyond ripped off and sick about this waste of time, money, and level of service. My family members and I have been loyal Berthod customers for decades. Not only purchased so many vehicles as well as been loyal in many big service jobs. SO disheartening to have this outcome from a dealership we've trusted and been such good customers. Beyond disappointed this was our situation with no apologies or customer service in attempting to rectify this situation.

Rude, unprofessional owner. I had heard that Auto Corral and her husband's business Precision Auto were shady people but now I know it for sure. The owner Julie made up some story about what a great deal the car was and how well it had been cared for. On the first -20° we had this winter the paint literally started peeling off on of the doors of the car. That was about a week ago. Now paint peeling off other parts of the car as well. Cheap, sleazy used car dealership tactics. They refuse to stand behind the cars they sell so this is the only option I'm left with. Way to screw a young married couple that just bought a house. Not a lot of extra money around to fix greasy used cars. Auto Corral- Julie- you are a bad business and a bad person.

My wife has a 1990 Toyota pickup that she loves dearly. We recently had a major service done at Bighorn Motors in glenwood springs, CO. After getting the vehicle back we drove home a few micellaneous errands before we left town for a week vacation. Upon our return my wife did one short trip and then called me to tell me that the truck would not run. I called the dealer and told them about the problem. As expected they said it could be any number of items that had nothing to do with the service they performed. I told them that the truck was not drivable and they said we could get it towed to them. We live 40 miles away from the dealer so I chose to invest in a mobile repair man to come and check things out. Iwas informed that it would take a lot of work to diagnose the problem and it was better to take it to the dealer in case it was related to their prior work. After contacting the dealer again - Don arranged for a tow and told me they would get to it as soon as possible. It turned out that it was a part that was part of the original service. Don took the time to explain to me what they found and the possible causes for the problem. When my wife picked up the vehicle they did not charge us for the fix or tow. They said we've been long time customers and the repair is something they would not normally do (don't even stock the parts because it's done so infrequently) but felt that since the vehicle was so old they should have reccommended it. Great service and best way to keep us coming back - we have 2 toyota pickups and are looking to buy another this year - definitely reccommend this dealer/service.

My reason for visiting this time was to trade in my beloved old car for something more fuel efficient. I was treated with respect and the salesman was friendly and courteous. I feel the price of the car was fair and I have faith that if there is ever any difficulty with the car I can count on the owner and the salesman there to assist me. Overall it was a positive experience once again at this dealership. I put my trust in Dana Motors and I have sent several of my friends there over the years.

I was interested in buying a 2004 Toyota Avalon from Durango Value Auto. However, when I got it inspected by my mechanic there were several major issues with the car that were not mentioned. To list the major three: the car was in a front end collision, the catalytic converter was damaged (mechanic said it looked like someone tried to steal it), the right inner tie rod is worn and needs replacement which is a safety issue(you could lose steering). There were several other issues too. I tried to negotiate with Cadence and his manager but they wouldn't negotiate the price.The Manager de-emphasize these issues stating "the car is still in good condition for a 20 year old car" and "the mechanic is likely looking for way to make money". I especially didn't appreciate the manager's comments, so I calmly told them thank you for your time but I cannot by the car for the price considering the condition of some of the components. I do not believe they followed their values listed on their website such as " The Value of Honesty and Integrity" as they said it was inspected by their mechanics and they did not see anything wrong with the car. If they did negotiate then we would've had a different outcome. Thank you for taking the time to read.

Greedy, greedy, greedy. Only way to describe this dealership. Came in to look at Tellurides. Took a test drive and came back the next day to make a deal and put down a deposit. Sales manager said that they would NOT sell me a Telluride for MSRP, but he wanted an additional $10,000.00 over MSRP to place an order. He also low-balled me on my trade-in vehicle without even looking at it. I feel that I should have been told this up front as it would have saved us both a lot of time and gas money. Won't go back to that dealer. EVER. A Denver Kia dealer only adds $700 as "Dealer Handling." Perhaps I may call them.
