We have bought 2 vehicles from Mark and he took very good care of us as well as never telling anything but the truth about how long our orders would take to be filled from the factory but kept us informed all the way. We bought new a 22 Bronco Sport and a 24 Ranger. Both have had a couple of recalls which Landmark Service (mobile)and at the dealership could not have been nicer and on time.

My husband had a service appointment this morning at 9am. This appointment was made a month ago and he drove one hour to get there. He checked in early and waited for over an hour. When he asked the service employee when they would be getting to his vehicle they were very rude. This normally patient man was so upset that he took his key and left. the service department up sells , went in to have tires rotated got a call that the lug nuts where rounded and there the only one s to rotate and mount the wheels on our vehicle cost me extra 90.00$ for new lug nuts that they had destroyed i have bought 7 vehicles from them in the last 20 years , Never Again !
