I can't say enough good things about this dealership. My experience with Luis Murrey was more than I expected. He was genuine in his interactions with me and his customer service was exemplary! I decided to purchase out of state, I live in Washington state after I had a very poor experience at our local Dodge Chrysler Jeep in Wenatchee Washington. The difference as to how I was treated by Luis as compared to the Wenatchee sales manager was night and day. Luis was extremely communicative and quick to respond to me phone calls and texts. Even on his days off. We were dealing with a shipping issue due to a wheel bearing on the shipper's vehicle. Even though this was out of Luis's control he was so apologetic and was concerned about my feelings and concern about getting the car delivered. He even took a video of it in the showroom to alleviate any concerns that I had that it was still there and it was mine during the time we were trying to arrange the shipping. He made sure that I was happy and felt cared for by the whole team. Another compliment goes to Shannon the delivery driver. What a kind and helpful person. He made sure that I understood all the paperwork and even connected me with someone (sorry I do not remember his name) to walk me through the paperwork page by page. Even though Shannon had a long 9 plus hour drive back he took his time, and I never felt rushed. Overall, I cannot say enough good things about this dealership, Luis and the care I received. We had specific needs in what we were looking for. Nick went above and beyond in helping us. After looking at several vehicles, we were able to pin it down to two similar 4Runners. Working Brian on closing the deal was pretty painless. They met us where we needed to be and we left with a new car. Nick knowing how particular I was with details took it upon himself to clean several areas of our new car that were missed in the detail shop. A true sign of someone who cares about his customers.

A couple of weeks ago, I visited this dealership for a routine oil change, and my experience turned out to be far better than I could have imagined. During the service, something unexpectedly broke on my vehicle. and the team immediately took full responsibility and assured me they would take care of everything at no charge. Not only did they repair the issue completely free of charge, but they also provided me with a rental car for five full days at no cost while the repair was being completed. On top of that, they didn’t charge me for the oil change either. I walked away without paying a single dollar, which speaks volumes about the honesty, integrity, and customer first attitude of this dealership. shout out to Derik, Sam, Carson and Diego Loera for their professionalism and genuine care. They were upfront, transparent, and made sure I felt supported throughout the entire process. They went above and beyond, that gave me total peace of mind knowing my car was in good hands. This experience has earned my trust and loyalty. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone! They have bilingual staff which made my customer experience even stronger. I've had a very positive experience here from the time I walked and looked around in the parking lot until I drove my car off the lot. I was approached and asked if I needed any help and told them exactly what I wanted and they ordered it for me and it got there in 2 months (estimated was 2-3 months) just as I wanted. I was working with 2 sales persons as the 1st one got promoted as I waited for my car and the Sales Manager. Everything went smooth. The Finance guy was top notch too. I was informed of my available options in regards to financing and also on available warranties. I made my decisions and nothing was ever pushed on me, much appreciated!! I am a happy customer and highly recommend the Klamath Falls Subaru Dealership in Oregon.

My wife and I recently mad an offer on a 2013 Honda Civic sedan. They were asking 13,000, we agreed on 12,500 and went to sign the contract. We went in an office and the finance manager showed us a paper that had the deal itemized. 12,500 + a warranty for 2,300 that equaled 15,000 and change due to the warranty and DMV costs. The finance manager told us that the only way they can sell us the car for the agreed price of 12,500 was if we bought a 2,300.00 warranty because they wouldn’t make any money on the deal. So they wouldn’t sell us the car for the agreed on price of 12,500.00. Very unethical to agree on a price then not sell said car unless you buy a 2,300.00 warranty ! Beware beware beware of Medford Voltzwagon, Medford BMW or Medford Nisan. They are all owned by the same owner.

Bought 2nd vehicle. 1st one I put new motor in. Day I bought 2nd did not make it home before engine light came on. I bet they reset light no concern for safety of buyer. Immediately report in the following morning car in shop I wanted my down given back or a reliable vehicle. It was denied for four weeks my 18 year old had to pay 400 on insurance on vehicle not in our possession to use. Chevrolet dealer needed to reprogram brain of car then the Sole Savers manager said he undo the deal three weeks later still waiting for that to take place. Called today no return call. I called for my attorney to look into this manner and made complaint to BBB.

These guys are crooks. Do not do business with these guys under any circumstance. Brody, Brent and Dave were dishonest at every opportunity. I bought a car on a Saturday with 70,000 miles on it and brought it back on Monday with transmission problems. Their mechanic Byron took a ride with me, told me it was normal because it's a "double clutch". The transmission continued to slip until it stalled out on mcandrews on Thursday and completely stalled out on Friday on hwy 62 forcing me to have to pull off the road, beyond unsafe. I immediately took it to the mechanic who said I needed a new transmission. The owner, Brody called me and told me he would make it right. Mind you, by this time i had only driven the car about 100 miles. The car spent a week in my possession and another with the mechanics. I went back to trade it as Brody said he would. He proceeded to attempt to sell another piece of junk with a airbag light on a few thousand dollars above blue book and was now offering 2000 less than i paid the week before on trade in. He told me he had to pay his people and i got the use of the car. His sad sack routine of he isn't making any money off either deal was incredibly insulting. He already ripped me off and fully intended to screw me further. VERY DISHONEST CROOKS AND LIARS. DO NOT GO HERE, GO LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE.
