I recently went in to buy my second vehicle from this location. It needed to be ordered. I gave them the original specs that I wanted. I had to re-go over the specs multiple times as they kept forgetting things. They had me deal with two different sales agents who apparently never communicated with each other. [Issue 1: you have to really stay on top of what you are buying and what they are specifying on the order sheet because they will mess up and they will forget.] After a couple conversations I asked them to add/remove items (over the phone). Later on I noticed things were wrong. I went in to get it all straightened out. They said they got it all fixed. Later I was in with my partner and some friends as they were both potentially in the market and wanted to do some test drives. We were talking to one sales rep. She was very nice and helpful at first. At one point my partner said she didn’t want/care about this one luxury feature. The sales rep acknowledged this and moved on. Then another sales rep poked her in the side and gave her a head nod for her to push that feature. After that point she kept bringing it back up. We had to mention multiple times that we didn’t want it. It made us not want to talk to her anymore and not want to talk to anyone that day. My wife started getting DAILY calls & texts about purchasing a vehicle. Even an offer to test drive the exact same vehicle we already had. I also got 2-3 calls/texts per week. I spoke with the manager Robbie about this. He was amazing and helped assure me that it would be taken care of. I also asked to have my wife be switched to my sales agent and off of that one as the constant calling is ridiculous. [Issue 2: highly pressuring sales people who treat the place like a back ally 3 card monte routine. Buyer beware] When the car was ready a random person called me to say I can come pick it up. I had to tell them that "no it’s not ready, there’s things being added at the dealership". He argued with me and eventually I said “hey, I’ve been over this with my sales agents. Items 1, 2, and 3”. He then said “oh ok”. This is just more examples of how they don’t pay attention or communicate with each other. I went in to buy the car and went through the whole process. After it was all done I noticed that an item was in the trunk. I told them I didn’t purchase this and they should take it back. They said don’t worry about it. Consider it a free gift. I thanked them and left. Later I was looking at the final spec sheet and noticed the item was listed. After going back and forth on the phone, I went back in and said hey I didn’t want to buy this. I mentioned it earlier on to take it off the spec sheet. They told me that it’s Toyota policy that if it’s on the spec sheet after a certain date there’s nothing they can do. I told them that I asked to have it removed well before that date. I couldn’t prove it because it was over the phone. Even after the date, I was still asking to have it removed (because they forget things constantly) and they said they would take care of it. Apparently, they didn’t. Even after I explained that the item being on there was their mistake and that it’s just an item in a box (it’s not actually installed on the car), they said their system can’t handle a return. I told them that I don’t want it and that I’ll never use it. They said well you can give it to us if you want but we can’t give you your money back. My sales rep was Nestor. While he was very nice he did forget things a lot that made me need to go in and sit down with them to get it all ironed out. I don’t blame him for the item as I talked to a different person to have it removed and ultimately it’s Toyota or the dealership with this ridiculous “gotcha” policy. In the end, we liked Nestor although you have to stay on top of him This was once a great place, it now feels like a used car dealership. This was a scummy, disorganized experience from start to finish. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

He is exemplary in his ability to listen well, have patience, communicate well, and go the extra mile to make his customers feel well represented and comfortable that CDJR will take amazing care of their vehicle and return it as soon as possible. I also had the chance to meet one of the service managers - Larry Brent - and he was very helpful in describing in detail an integrated wiring problem with the Forward Facing Camera Module that I was having. Both these men are to be commended as leaders and I think they should be advanced from their present position.

I purchased a 2020 Audi S7 from this dealership. Before the purchase, I was told that the vehicle was in excellent condition, had never been in an accident, and had no issues. After the purchase, I discovered serious problems that were never disclosed to me. The first issue was that the side window was improperly installed and misaligned. In the photos taken at the time the car was being sold, it is clearly visible that this problem already existed at the time of sale. The second issue appeared about a month later when I discovered a large amount of water under the vehicle (approximately 20 gallons). This problem could not be noticed immediately because the water was trapped underneath the vehicle’s lower structure. This strongly suggests that the water issue existed before the vehicle was sold. I informed the dealer about these problems, but they refused to address any of the issues and ignored all of my messages. I also want to point out a very serious issue regarding the license plates. I fully paid for the vehicle including registration and license plates, but when the plates arrived at the dealership, they did not give them to me for three months and provided no explanation. When I came to the dealership in person, I was told that I had to pay an additional $350, even though this amount was never mentioned in the contract. When I refused to pay money outside the agreement, I was told directly that I would not receive my license plates. I tried to resolve the situation peacefully, but the dealer behaved in a dismissive and unprofessional manner and completely refused to resolve any of the issues. Because of ignoring the customer, hidden vehicle issues, and attempting to demand additional money outside the contract, I strongly do not recommend using the services of this dealership.

Dropped a car off for repairs. Knowing what the issue was and thinking warranty would cover it. Warranty denied it. Do to a nut coming off the turbo. They had to do there diagnostics for the warranty to know what the issue was. Warranty denied, so of course I'm forced to have to pay for the diagnostics. $1300! Show up to pick up the car and it wasn't together all the way. Drove over 2 and half hours pulling a car dolly to show up with the car in worse condition then when we dropped it off. Note in the window from the technician saying cars in pieces see technician. Instantly not happy. Go inside pay my bill and ask why isn't it together all the way like when it was dropped off? They say, Oh we're doing you a favor not putting it back together all the way. Not happy... I say, So I have to wait for you to put the car back together completely and waste more of my time waiting and you want me to pay full price? They say, Oh we can put it back together. I say no way. Your done touching the car I'm not waiting I'll do it myself. I'm a diesel technician and have been working on vehicles and anything with a engine for over 40 years. The only reason the car is there is for warranty to cover it. The warranty was denied. I paid the diagnostics and labor fees. Not happy of course since the car was not put back together all the way like when it showed up. The Intake was left off of it and so was one of intercooler hoses. Left wide open for the dust to get in. They expected me to want to tow a vehicle on a car dolly over 2 and half hours with the intake and intercooler hose off of it. Id expect for everything to be put back on it. It rains quite often and the roads are usually wet. I put the car back together right there in the parking lot noticed more stuff broken from them taking it apart for diagnostics. Please don't do people a favor and leave there car in pieces and expect them not to be upset and not want to wait. And have to pay full price for shoty diagnostic work. Now I have to fix more broken connectors and plastic pieces after I replace the turbo and everything else that might be needed. Be nice if warranty actually was a warranty. Not this dealerships warranty a bought added on warranty. It would be great if you gave a vehicle to someone in a certain condition it would be in the same condition when you picked it up. Now the car will get repaired by me and get better parts put on it for way cheaper then what they wanted to repair the vehicle for. Absolutely ridiculous!

Took my escalade in under my own better judgment...have had poor experiences with this place in the past and hoped after 2 years, they got their act together. NOPE. Came in for an oil change, AC charge and a sensor install (that I provided). Was quoted 350 on the AC charge as being on the high side since, and I quote, "they didn't know how much refrigerant it would use. Ok. Fast forward to completion - and since I declined on their estimate for other things I did not ask to be quoted on...maybe if they spent the same amount of time doing what I asked instead of looking for more money on my car, then I wouldn't be writing this. Get a message that says the condensor is leaking and they cannot charge the system...but still charged me full 350 plus. Didn't test the system for leaks...I mean it is a sealed system and shouldn't run out of freon, so if it did, maybe that indicates a leak? But now they expect me to believe they used the max amount of freon in a system that couldn't take a charge and weren't able to recover whatever they supposedly used? Yeah, ok. Don't even get me started on the 3x full retail price on the parts quoted for their "other findings"....yes, THREE times. These guys will stop at nothing to make a dollar. Used to wash your PREMIUM car as part of the service, keep things clean...but nope, not anymore...oh you're not going to spend 7k MORE with us, let's charge for a service we didn't supply, park this car curbside across the parking lot and say too bad too sad. No more lot porters, no clean cars, just 3x the cost and 1/4 the quality., DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHCILE HERE FOR SERVICE!!!!
