When I first visited looking for information, I didn't expect to custom order a new car but I'm glad I decided to as it was the right decision for me. Once my order was placed, Josh sent me information regarding the build process and tracking, and did a great job keeping me informed throughout that time frame. When the car arrived, Josh sent me "fresh off the truck" photos & the paperwork was smooth and quick thanks to Aaron in the finance team, appreciate you. I was walked through all the tech features and personal preference settings at delivery with Kristian Matz: Thanks Kristian, you are awesome as well and did a truly FANTASTIC job spending that time with me setting everything up! Everything I asked for - Josh delivered on! He is a true professional and class act, five stars all day long. I wouldn't hesitate to refer friends, family, or co-workers to purchase vehicles from Josh or learn about their car's numerous features with Kristian. All three are assets to the Ferman team. More

Just bought my 3rd bmw and the first from Ferman though all my cars are serviced by Ferman. This was the easiest and smoothest car buying process that I have gone through. My client advisor William Patti was exceptional, took his time, answered all the questions never pushy and very welcoming. Even let me drive the car home alone to show my wife and in itself was a relaxed test drive for me. In tge service dept. Ceasar is always on top of everything and never recommends unnecessary repairs. Can't say enough other than kudos and great team work. More
