Great when you're buying a car - No one will help after. I bought a used car in Feb 2020, just before the pandemic. I did not receive the paperwork for the warranty and tire service warranty that I paid for. I bought a used car in Feb 2020, just before the pandemic. I did not receive the paperwork for the warranty and tire service warranty that I paid for. Recently I has a problem with a tire and tried to contact the finance department. In the past 2 weeks I have left 10 phone messages for the finance dept, 4 for the title dept., did a live chat with Vance, sent an email. I was assured in the live chat that someone would get back to me. That was over a week ago. I did receive 2 phone messages from a sales person who obviously did not read my email, they thought I was interested in buying a car. Never again. More
